I bought my led tv on 28 march after 2 or 3 months it is showing black patches on screen i have tried to contact consumer support but they did not resolve my issue instead they were ignoring my complaint and its been 3 months they are not answering my phone and person i spoke to is anand and his no is [protected]. I am looking forward to solution otherwise i am filing a case against sansui

My washing Purchased on 28th Dec 16 is not working, all the nos of the Customer Care & Toll free and Phone no not working were 2 contact the team for service .

Since last 10 days i am trying contact the Sansuai team but there is no means to contact. Is this service they give post selling the product
Hi Team, My Name is Uday, I purchased SANSUI 40'' LED TV on 28-06-16 & from[protected] it's not working. I raised a complaint (HYD[protected]) on[protected] & the same day technician came and told that MOTHER BOARD need to be replaced and it will take 2 days. I tried to contacted Sansui Customer Care and they told part is pending. Today it is 11th day but issue is not resolved. The worst part is the Customer Care Person he won't listen what customer saying he will say what he want. I can't say rectify my problem as soon as possible because already taken too much time.

    To Sansui team,

    Myself Mr. Uday Khadpe had brought sansui model with extended 2 year warranty
    Now Iam experiencing a problem related to the display of my television.

    When contacted sansui technician and informed the same. The visiting charges quoted were Rs 1600 just for visit. And repairs and taxes extra. Are these charges so exorbitant high.

    Mr Panchal (technician) was also rude at the time of the conversation. Please note we tried to bargain the deal to which he was very rude. Is this the service you extend to your customer. At the time of purchasing your brand of tv I had recommended it to my extended family members.

    Please take note if it that a unhappy customer can further share his experience with the same people around him completed no TOH[protected]

    We bought a Sansui 6 kg top load semi automatic Washing Machine from Flipkart on 1july, 2016. It has stopped working completely. Since it has a 2 year warranty, we expect it to fully repaired/replaced. The customer care numbers for Sansui are all bogus. PFA original invoice for the product.

      Hi Team,

      I am Jitendra Lawaniya from Agra, I have been facing problem in my LED,
      Engineer visited to my home and according to him something wrong with LED Panel and made me assure that it will take maximum 2 days.

      Now 4 days gone, Issue is still not resolve, tomorrow is Holi festival and my TV will not work, any ideas guys what I supposed to do whole day...

      I AM FACING WORST CUSUTOMER CARE SERVICE IN LIFE.

      Please say sansuie72 support 4g or not.I saw in amazon, it is given that it supports 4g.But in other websites it is saying that it does not support 4g.So please say does it support 4g or not.very urgent!!!

        I have purchased 40' Sansui LED TV on 8th March 2016 and after only 6 months o[censored]sage black marks started appearing on the screen, I raised a complaint two times to the customer care and once the service men came and told that he cannot replace the unit but only open the unit and clean the black marks. As my unit is under warranty I insisted on replacing it with new one, he entered my complaint in the system as informed to me but till date I have not received any call regarding the replacement of the unit. Sansui service person now not replying to the call.

        I need help in solving the same.

          I have purchased 1 LED of sansui 5 days back from sargam electronics janak puri after 3 days suddenly led was not working i have called to customer care number the engineer has visit to my place and said that the mother board was not working its dead and it will resolve after 1 week but now we are tried calling to customer care numbers they are not piking my call and talking rude and said we are not change the LED

            i am purchase sansui led tv date 04/07/2015 for gift to my wife .and my business purpose i am going to abroad date 01/08/2016 to 19/02/2017 . that time my tv is packed and put on box. and i come back in india and start to my led so tv so only power not on so i am check to retailer they said me any issue of mother board but i dont know and may be total cost of repair 7000 . so this is your standard ?? i am just use only minimum to 1 year and now my led go to scrap or despose !!! if you are not make a perfactly product so why you are sell on market . my side and how many people you are cheat them . your led work only for maximum 1 year !! thats why you are give to warrenty because after we are in relationship procedure and earn more than money by customer am i right ????? so you have any answer ???
            and right now !!! any person ask to which one is good tv so my side i am never refer to sansui product . . . . .

              I am regret to inform you that my TV make Sansui which was under warranty was breakdown in September 2016. The said breakdown complaint was lodge by me at the same time. Your representatives given me assurance repair or replace of TV within few days. But till date my TV was not rectified. The complaint details and assurance communication of your representatives attracted with this email for your reference.
              Once again you are requested to look into matter very seriously and solve our TV problem immediately to avoid further grievance. Otherwise this matter will go to consumer court as well as media.

                  I have ordered a Sansui LED 4K TV from Tirupathi Electronics on 10th OCT'16
                  its was delivered on 12th OCT'16, Rite from the day one their was a technical error raising, the menu bar is blinking automatically with any manual operation. The was communicated to the technician who came for assembling, he tried his best and could not fix the problem and the same was reffered to Mr. Kalyan Das, Mr. Kalyan Das could not resolve the problem and same was referred to Mr. Deneef and the same problem raised, Mr Deneef referred to Head Office and gave the contact of Mr. Rajesh in Head Office, Mr. Rajesh verified with Mr. Deneef and said that the TV will be replace in 7 working days (one week), not almost one month passed but no response from non of the above.
                  Kalyan Das says its not my look our contact Deneef, Mr. Deneef does not respond to my calls nor he calls back, Mr. Rajesh Kumar number is not in use not.
                  This is really a pathetic service and respond from the persons above, I never came across such service till now. I Think i have done a mistake choosking SANSUI.
                  Please do the needful at the earliest.

                    Sansui mobile.model no. S451720.damage from vice receiving mice.for repeat given to service sentra JAI ENTERPRISES from 10 January 2017. But not repair in today date. please solve those matar.(मै राजकुमार सैनसुई मोबाईल एस451720 दिनांक 24/11/2016को खरीदा। उसकी माइक खराब होने पर जय इंटर प्राइजेज सर्विस सेन्टर मथुरा मे रिपेयरिंग करवाने हेतु दिनांक 10/01/2017को दे दिया।तीन तीन दिन के अन्तराल पर तीन बार जाने के बाद भी अभी दिनांक 19/01/2017 तक मोबाइल ठीक नही हो पाया है। मेरा अगला कदम उपभोक्ता फोरम होगा।

                      Pathetic and stupid product you have. Product that you have is of least quality, Which work for not more than 2 Weeks.. I bought your product during Jan 2016 and as on date i have made 4 complaints for the Display not been blacked out and only sound is heard. Each time you have send tech to resolve and already 2 times you have replaced the panel board. Still the same issue continues. Please replace or fund the money. last complaint raised was COC[protected]

                      Product was purchased from Lulu Mall Connect, Cochin, Kerala. 1st complaint was raised on Jun 24, 2016, 2nd in July 10, 2016, 3rd on Dec 10, 2016 and 4th on Jan 11, 2017. I really don't want this piece of #### and would go for something better and with more features than this stupid TV which keeps on breaking down very often and me and my family need to wait for 2 - 1 week time to have this resolved.

                        Dear All Indian Consumers, please don’t buy Sansui Products because they will provide 1 year Warranty,
                        After that your LED Sansui TV will not work, due to Panel problem will come, Sansui Customer care they will ask from you for repair cost or replacement cost of Rs. 22000/- for Panel cost, your TV cost is Rs. 28, 000/- Kindly inform to your friends / relatives / collegues don’t buy for Sansui TV / LED and any products . Till now you are unable to rectify my Sansui LED 40 inch TV for replacement of Panel for free of cost due to duplicate product / low quality.

                        Sansui Customer care centre is very worst service especially in Chennai, I request all consumers do not
                        Buy Sansui related products, because they will provide warrant for 1 year or 3 years after that your any type of Sansui product will not work, if you are going for repairing option that repair cost is more than a product cost.

                        For Example I have purchased Sansui LED 40 Inch TV Rs. 35, 000/- on 25/05/2015, given warranty for 1 year, my Sansui got “Panel “ repair on 27/12/16 within 18 months got repaired, for Panel replacement cost is Rs. 22, 000/-. At present market rate for TV price is Rs. 21, 500/-. It is very surprise for Sansui company is making low quality / duplicate product that is worst quality.

                        I have purchased 40 inch LED Sansui TV in the month of May -2015 but yesterday ie 27/12/16 my LED got repaired. I have complained to customer care centre at Tambaram (Chennai), their service Engineer came today, he says "PANEL" problem, panel to be change.
                        Kindly replace the my LED TV or Panel due to your faulty products must ban Sansui brand in India. Because you are reputed brand in home appliances and many of our family is using the same brand & same make there is no problem till now during long service, whereas in this case I faced above problem.
                        Your esteemed positive reply for replacement of my LED 40 inch with same model required or panel otherwise no consumer will not buy in your products further onwards because duplicate product / inferior quality selling for the customers with Original price which is not justified. Please note that it will reflect on your brand & reputation.
                        Please take immediate action for replacement of TV or panel. . Till now you are unable to rectify my Sansui LED 40 inch TV for replacement of Panel for free of cost due to duplicate product / low quality.

                              Kindly note that I have purchased Sansui Colour TV in the year 2001, till now there is no repair at all, due to this aspect I have purchased 32 inch LED Sansui TV in the month of May -2015 but yesterday ie 27/12/16 my LED got repaired.                               He informed to Customer service centre at Tambaram ( Chennai), they called me yesterday afternoon they are saying for panal replacement cost is Rs. 22, 000/-, I am very surprised, because I have purchased TV in the year May 2015, TV is working for 18 months, that product was made in duplicate & quality is very poor such a highly branded company, manufacturing in low quality & duplicate products and also crores of TV selling in Indian markets.

                              Kindly replace the my LED TV with brand new otherwise I will apply consumer Court for compensation & I will apply in Supreme Court for huge compensation & all Sansui brand ban in India. Because you are reputed brand in home appliances and many of our family is using the same brand & same make there is no problem till now during long service, whereas in this case I faced above problem.
                              Your esteemed positive reply for replacement of my LED 32 inch with same model required, otherwise will approach legally for duplicate product / inferior quality selling for the customers with Original price which is not justified.                                   We had purchased a Sansui split Air conditioner from Flipkart on 5/4/201.The specs are, model no-VM35781, capacity 1 ton. On 28/10/2016, it stops working that is it was not turning on. So we have launched a complain and our complain no is- KOL[protected].

                                  The very next day, 2 service engineer came and diagnosed that there is a problem with an internal parts and its needed to be replaced. But after that they never came to replace the part. We have tried to contact them so many times, sometimes they picked up and told us they are gonna come within few days, some times they never picked up. As you can see it almost 2 months from the date of complain, our problem is stil not solved. Please take necessary action asap or we may need to move to the consumer court.

                                      I have purchased as sansui 40 inch led on 30th nov'2016, from, krishna electronics zirakpur, and it is not woking i have loged a complain no cha[protected] in service center a service egg. Visited and said to replace the led penal after 2 days he came again with old repaired led panel to replace with current defected penal i refuse to change the same at it was old and repaired, kindly do the needful as i have punched the new led and service center is replacing same with old one. I have talked to dealer to replace the my led his reply is "i have already warned to not purchased the sansui led wht can i do". Now tell me wht should i do.

                                        I bought sansui 50 inch led after 6 month it has aoto maticaly swich off not working. I called for complaint after 7 days latter compny send macknic. After chaking he said led pannle has some mistake.. I will tell compny. And they will change your led.
                                        Every day i making contact but they were not working. Now i m very apset with this compny. No body is redy to soul out my prob. Im totly dis appointed.
