So Pathetic, after this much of rigorous follow-up, I am highly victimized, if you people are not capable of handling customer problem then why do you sale your product.
You can only Send commitment mail and Message containing Complaint number but don't have any control and tracking over person who is supposed to fix the problem.
It is customer only who initiates follow-up from his side only to get false commitment - waiting throughout day for the service person to come and getting reply that we will come some other day. Now after 2-3 days no response from service person also.
You people are blind to the severity of customer problem.
You can track back how much and for how long myself and my family has suffered because of this nonsense.
You are blot in the name of customer service. People like you deserve severe penalty from consumer forum and Govt.
