With reference to my order no: 1nsf99962133, i have raised a complaint for defective supply of solid wood curved easy chair. The part of the units was cracked on both legs and not useable.
I have been following up through email several times without any results. They have been promising that the complaint will be addressed but now nearly 6 months no action from their side.

    I have bought a kuber table and chair on 18th october, 2017. I had received the table in an unbalance faulty condition. On complaining, i was been updated by vikas that bushes will be installed which were not been installed previously as they forgot. Today is 13th november and nothing has arrived, on checking with customer care executive karthik, i was updated that the bushes will arrive tomm by speed post and will have to be installed by us!!!

    1. Why the table was sent in a faulty condition?

    2. Does it take 14 days to deliver bushes?

    3. Why it was sent by speed post knowing the fact that they deliver real slow?

    4. Why we will install it, do we look like carpenters?

    I request you to please look into this matter asap.

      The bed came with cracked planks (Ply wood) and cracked frame from 3 out of 4 sides of the bed leg. The planks are not fitting in the frame, one plank came cracked.
      I placed the order on 12th may 2017 and received the bed on 27th. I called to complain on 29th since the bed came on saturday night and they are closed on sunday. I was informed that someone will get back to me by the end of the day on 29th, which did not happen. I called back on 30th may and send them a mail along with pictures of the damaged parts of the bed. After calling again and again they send over an executive who checked the bed and told them that the bed cannot be fixed and needs to be replaced.
      It has been 5 months since the complain and i have not received any proper update as to when will the bed be replaced. Everytime i call they say the bed will be shipped today and will be delivered in two day, i have still not received the replacement product or a call / mail clarifying the situation till date.

        We ordered a solid wood voted platform bed in july 2017 for around 28k

        Just after using the bed for 10 days, the bed started sagging from center and creating creaking sounds. When we removed the mattress and checked, we figured out that the 4 boards which are creating surface of the board have lost their balance completely, the middle wood...

        I am extremely disappointed by the damaged and defective furniture delivered 3 weeks ago. They have showrooms showing stuff which is obviously not like what reaches ure doorstep. Inspire of repeated calls on the very same day of delivery nobody has turned up so far..

        Unfortunately we had been to the showroom so got duped. After seeing the reviews later on and no response from the company

        I would strongly advise for not buying their stuff ever

          I had ordered double bed, side tables, and study table. All are damaged. Coustomer care people are not responding.
          They have used the wood which was already damaged.
          The top of the study table is completely bent.
          Side of the double bed has prominent curve instead of being straight.
          The sides of the bedside table are made of damaged wood intentionally which is evident from the fact that fresh polish has been done on it.
          Very poor experexperience. Felt like as if we have been cheated.

            The solid wood essentials bed was delivered by insaraf in a damaged condition. A huge nail is sticking out of the front board. The center support is not touching the floor. I called insaraf customer support more than 20 times to get me ar replacement but they don't care. There is no concept of customer service. Even after one month insaraf.com has not even provided a replacement nor a repair.

            Never buy online from insaraf.com because they cheat the customers with defective and damaged furniture without any post sales customer service.
            Better buy from pepperfry.com or other reputed online stores.

            Two carpenters whom i showed the bed said that the bed was not even sheesham wood. Insaraf claims all their furniture is made of sheesham wood. Do not trust them.

            I booked a tv table (solid wood cube smart tv unit) from saraf furniture/ I saraf.com website. The order no was #INSF[protected] on 5th oct 2017 .I recieved the delivery on 12 oct 2017. When I opened the box the table was broken from one side. Request you to help us in getting refund/ return of the product.

              My order no 10320, i bought dinning set and tv unit, paid approximately 50, 000/ 2 mnth back from insaraf furniture, since the day it is assembled i m calling them everyday bcz what they hv delivered is all damaged. There is no one to respond, the support system is so pathetic just fed up. The call centre says that their report says that the complain by us is solved and the furniture is repaired. Such a big liar. No one has come to us n they r saying it is repaired. Such a fraud

                Ordered couple of side tables, one of the tables delivered was broken and not in a shape to use it. On call they have not taken the complaint and asked to send an email, they will reply in few days with complaint no. And after no proper response of getting that repaired or replaced. We lost thousands of rupees spent on the table. One should not believing these insaraf cheaters. They are just attracting the customer with nicely photoshop photos and delivers the cheap quality products.

                  I purshased a bed online from insaraf.com website in july 2017. The delivery time was ok, but the bed came all wet and the plywood base was all wet and absolutely bad condition.

                  I noticed that the support base of the bed had deep cracks in it, which was visible when the assembly team was onsite. I told them and they simply asked me to talk to customer care.

                  Also, the bed has a front sliding storage, which wasnt working (Even with wheels on the base), so their assembly team removed the side support channels altogether, which made it worthless.

                  The bed is just sitting in my home right now and not being used. And after spending 45k on this so called sheesham bed, which is now broken, wet and in dilapidated condition, i have no idea what to do. The customer care doesnt respond. After many phone calls, eventually they decided to send a carpenter to fix it (That too from a third part contractor "easyfix" who called in and had no clue why he was being sent.. How would the carpenter fix a crack in the bed corner? How long is this bed now supposed to last? Only 1-2 years?

                  I managed to get hold of the owners number, on speaking to him, he asked me to message the order id. When i told him why his team is sending me a third party carpenter, he just said "whatever i am getting be satisfied else do whatever you want".

                  They are theives... Do not buy from insaraf. And there is no guarantee on their beds. They have not been able to fix this problem and their carpenter also rated themselves 5* even though i have a recording mentioning that the work was not completed satisfactorily. Easyfix is also a thief company

                  After having the bed for 1 month now, it creaks when you sit on it, as if its 50years old. The plyboards dont have any proper support in the bottom. On their website, it shows as one single large plyboard piece below mattress, however its 4 small seperate pieces.

                  I have all voice recordings and pics of the bed when it arrived. This will go formally through a notice thru lawyer

                    We hv purchased capital dinning set and tv unit from saraf furniture a very expensive. The tv unit is very badly cracked and the dinning set is with chairs cracked, table chipped and cracked and the wood is expanding from the corners and may fall anytime. The customer service is very very pathetic they don't respond to emails or phone calls. I m tired of calling and emailing them.

                    Furniture ordered was received BROKEN !!!
                    THEY ARE NOT REPAIRING... lots of followups not fixed yet.
                    They are not ready for refund also.

                      Pl refer order number 10369, inv sfn[protected] ft 19/8/2017 solid wood jodhpur sofa set honey,
                      1) the delivery was received yesterday with the sofa cushion was soiled & delivery was open condition.
                      2) the colour of the cushion is different from received.
                      3) the smaller cushion ordered was the contrasting colour where as received in same with cushion colour.
                      3) the height of the sofa or 2 seater & single seater is different.
                      Request you to kindly fix the above issues immediately.

                        We had ordered curved chair videINSF[protected] via insaraf.com, walnut finish as displayed in website. Picture attached. We got black finish product. Now they say that in website it is honey finish and error in our website. But customer care says walnut finish product delivered correctly. Huge error from insaraf furniture site. We want product to be replaced immediately. Even ply board is not polished m raw ply is provided. Fooling public in name of money

                          I have received a termite infected product and i have been raising a complaint from 2 months and no action has been taken. After two months of follow up and sharing images i receive this stupid generic response from the customer care team. so i called these folks (they cannot speak in english) and managed to tell them that ive raised a compliant and there is no action.

                          The fellow said the same generic response.

                          Please replace the termite infested chairs or just take the whole product back and refund the amount. I cannot spend so much time on this one

                            I made an online purchase of "solid wood capital tv unit" from insaraf furnitures on placed on june 28, 2017 08:17pm and they supplied on 13th july 2017.
                            There were problem with the alignment and chipped (I found cracks and chipped wood on the top o[censored]nit), though they claim... Highly sub standard product what they claim on website.
                            I have reported them on email, telephone and call centre and made across more than 25 calls to get help for rectification \ replacement of product cause the product was new and paid in advance 100 % money.
                            But i found every thing is just waste of time and money.

                              I made an online purchase of sofa set and centre table with 4 stools from insaraf furnitures on Mar 25, 2017 and they supplied on April 03, 2017. There were problem with the alignment and chipped, insect wood and highly sub standard product what they claim on website. During the assembly, I found cracks and chipped wood on the different parts. I have reported them on email, telephone and call centre and made across more than 25 calls to get help for rectification of product or replacement cause the product was new. But every thing is just waste of time and money. I called Mr. Raghunandan-[protected] (may be the owner) but he never returned the call even after doing the promise.

                              The technician made a visit and also confirmed the cracks, chipped wood, non-treated ply and back side of wood such as on coffee table and stools. There are visible marks of cracks joints, rotten wood, insect infected wood and putty marks on various parts of wood. The parts are not properly mend cause after well tightening of all screws, there are visible gaps between side and back portions or parts. These gaps are very much visible between wooden parts. He also informed me that if repair will happen it will
                              require cutting and finishing of wood which will be subject to finish
                              and strength of supplied items (This need to be again confirmed that the product is NEW and not being used by a day).
                              Now the joint of table and stools are started to leave there location. The supplied material is of a quality lower than that prescribed by law. I have informed and complaint them with every possible method. I can produce all the email communication, messages, pictures of bad furniture and request for legal support. This company is doing the organised loot from the innocent customers. I hope a very STRONG action against the company and owner. I also propose rectification of all customers issues which has been reported so far.                                 We have ordered bed from insaraf in may 2017. We clearly informed that we would need some time for delivery still they pressurized us for the delivery as they wanted after that we chased them for assembling the bed and when the carpenter came they realized a part is missing for assembling the bed and some of the parts were damaged. We raised a complaint on the same to the mentioned email id, didn't get any reply. Have called them many times on the customer service and have always got different replies. Its been a pain to get that bed assembled and get it repaired. The bed is just lying from past one month. No response on the mail they provide if you write them always gives an extended timeline for the delivery of the missing part and replacement.

                                  I purchased one dining table set in mar 2017, and to my surprise one of the chair of the dining set has caught termites in 2-3 weeks after delivery. As per my knowledge sheesham/rosewood is extremely resistant to termites. And now in july 2017, dining table top has developed two big cracks. It makes me thinking that wood used in dining table is not real sheesham wood as promised.

                                  On the other hand, i am quite unhappy with the services provided by your customer care so far. I had raised couple of issues regarding the dining table and a previous purchase of double bed and none of those are addressed yet. I had written couple of emails and made 100s of calls (Literally) to customer care and every time answer is "we will send a technician to take a look at the issue" or "we will talk to our senior and get back to you" or "seniors are either on leave or in a meeting", or "our server is down" etc. And they crossed the limit today, i guy from customer care pretended to be a senior person but that stupid fellow could not even tell his designation. We never got any callback or any kind of service till date. This is a very serious issue for any vendor doing online business and not addressing customer issues despite tons of emails and phone calls.

                                    I had bought the entire house furniture from saraf furniture, which cost me quite a bit. When they delivered the furniture, the dining table was damaged and unusable. It took me more than three weeks of consistent follow up to get them to send a carpenter to fix it. It was almost as if i was asking them for a favor!!

                                    Within a couple of months the beds started creaking really loudly, the wood of the sideboard door expanded and rods fell of some dining chairs. For weeks now i have tried to call/email them but they are not interested in solving my problem. Once i was told that all these issues don't fall under lifetime warranty - if the warranty is for the wood then how does 'expanding wood' not fall under that? Or do they only cover termite protection in the so called 'lifetime warranty'???

                                    The customer service is zero... Just not there! After many many calls (Including some to the owner mr raghunandan - who only disconnected my calls repeatedly without bothering to call back) i was even promised by one of the guys that the problem will be solved in the next two days... Its been three weeks since... No calls... No mails... No answers to anything!

                                    I guess if the person heading the company has such a callous attitude, what can one expect from the employees. A few days back i had expressed my frustration on their facebook page and today i am shocked to see that the comment has been deleted along with the rants of several other customers which i had read earlier. I guess saraf furniture decided that it was easy to just wipe clean the facebook wall, instead of cleaning out the rot in the system and trying to solve customer's problems. It only goes to show the attitude of the company... Unbelievable!

                                      Filed a complaint against Insaraf 3 weeks ago as the bed we ordered came in the wrong finish and was damaged in parts (rotten wood) I sent pictures to the company and managed to speak to a guy called Vikas who was helpful for all of 5 minutes. I have been trying to call to have the bed exchanged/refunded... Or if they cannot even do that then to at least assemble the wrong bed the delivered 3 weeks ago as I have been left with a box of rusty bolts and screws and no information on to assemble the thing. If anyone else has any issues with this company and are willing to get together to start a law suit against them then please contact me at [protected]@hotmail.com
