I had ordered the product on 6/10/2020 but from the past 2 months when we call them they say that the product will dispatch in 4-5 days . but that never happened and they ended up changing the dates 8 times . I have made an initial payment of 20000/-.I had requested them to return the money but they won't even respond to that, neither by mail nor by call.

    I have paid extra money for customisation and replacement of the product on 8th Aug 2020(mind you initial delivery took 3 months). Confirmed to deliver by 6th sept 2020, since then they keep delaying till 31st oct, on that some one told that the customised product failed in quality test hence they cannot deliver, they suggested me to chose a standard product so that they can deliver quickly, i chose the product on the same day, today we are at 13 th nov, no clue of the delivery. Their customer service to worst, senior team never come on calls, i doubt they exist or not, they never meet the commitments, overall a pathetic experience, arrogant staff, reluctant behavior. Too frustrated with this. I ahve paid inr 37600/- not yet got the product. My orser number is - INSF[protected]

      Ordered furniture on 23rd of september, delivery time stated on website 11-15 days, now 10th of November, only some has arrived. I have asked them to cancel remaining items and refund. They refuse. I have contacted them more than 10 times to follow up, they keep saying pls wait.

        I had placed an order on 11 Oct 2020 and i was told that it will ship on 3 Nov. it’s 10 Nov today, the product is not shipped yet. Every time I call them, they give a new shipment date and keep lying about the delivery dates over and over again.

        I need my refund. They’re blatantly looting people.

          InSaraf had assured free home delivery when the order was placed.
          The order has reached to the Baroda Shipment company last Friday on 30-October-2020. The courier company denied to do door delivery stating that they had informed Saraf on the same. Ideally this has to be sorted from Saraf Furniture Team. From 30-October-2020 till today, we have contacted Saraf Furniture team on daily basis, but we are not getting any resolution to this. I have evidence of assurance from chat messages and phone calls, but there is no confirmation of resolution. Infact the customer care member rather than getting it resolved, threatens and states to cancel the order.

          Insaraf has done door delivery to other orders done by family and friends. But here they are not doing justice. We had placed order for a specific reason to get the room done and ready before our relatives arrive. But this delay has cost us trouble and no specific action or movement done from them even makes it worse to feel valued to order from Saraf.

          I want as resolution the Bed to be delivered to my home on this Saturday, which is 7-November-2020 and the installation to be done on Sunday 8-November-2020

            I have bought the furniture online which was a defective one delivered and the replacement was promised and not delivered and I have been following for the past 3 months after making 100 phone calls only to be lied.
            It has been the most frustrating experience after having paid for the product.

              I purchased a dining set on 28th September 2020, paid full amount. I am still waiting for the product to be delivered. They keep postponing the date of shipment.
              Seems Fraud company and experienced their CEO or owners do not respond.

              Kindly take legal action against this fraud company.

                I suggest no one should go by website design on this company. A highly defective product delivered but thankfully not accepted by me. My diwali is ruined and also credit payment is due. No favorable response received till now jn last 15 days. Poor customer services and satisfaction.

                My hard earned money is blocked.

                  I had ordered in July and order was delayed too much.. I was informed the order will be cancelled and refunded in September, yet it was sent to me and the clock I got is broken.. the clock has come out and parts that should be stuck/nailed are not even assembled

                  I want a refund of the purchase and they can collect this clock from me as I have no use of the same.

                  I ordered a queen bed with storage which has doors to open to access the storage. The doors were made smaller then the opening and it has every for insects and lizards. There is no bordering either for the opening to make the doors air tight. Even the plywood used at the bottom of the storage is un even and has gaps making it easy for insects to enter.

                  They are offering a technician to come home and repair.

                  Don't I have the right to receive a quality product delivered when I purchased in full. Will request insaraf to do proper qc before sending out the manufactured product and please either replace or take away your product and return my money.

                      Placed an order on 13 Sep 2020 with Saraf Furniture. I was told that order will be delivered in 15 days. Today its 30 days and my product is still not ready. When I call customer care then they keep giving false promises. Objective of company is to tell lies about delivery timelines and convince customers in buying. Once product is purchased then nobody cares. I feel cheated. My order number is - INSF[protected]. I will never ever buy from this fraud company. They have ruined my plans.

                        On 6june2020 I hv ordered a bar cabinet from insaraf and I received that product on 23 Aug 2020 that to in damaged state because of poor packaging.

                        On same day I hv placed a mail to support insaraf Id regarding the replacement of product.

                        Now it's been 1&1/2 month Inspite of giving them unlimited calls they...

Now I hv shown you people enough of patience this is the heights o[censored]r unprofessional behaviour.what do you think customers are fool kindly refund my money as soon as possible else don't force us to complaint against your company and owner fr this fraud business in consumer forum.Now enough is enough.

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          Subject:- order no #insf[protected] damaged study table delivered and no replacement for 2 month and also refusal to refund of money as we are not happy with product and service.

                          We had purchase study table on 20th june and it was delivered after one month that is on 21st july. We had asked for refund as they have no replaced the product for another 2 months. Due to immense delay we purchase another study table and we asked for refund of money which in saraf people said that they cannot do so because of their own company policy.

                          We have made several call to [protected]

                          It very bad customer service, and no refund of money as the product is also not of solid wood as it is claimed to be.

                          Hence want refund rather than replacement of the product.

                            Saraf furniture / insaraf.com — fraud company (Insf[protected] solid wood bed - order placed on 2/aug 20
                            I had placed an order on there website - www.insaraf.com on 2nd aug, 2020 for which i not received the product till 25sep2020.
                            I have been trying to contact the customer support ([protected]@insaraf.com) but no response is being provided. I called up there owner, mr raghunandan saraf he is also not responding. It has been one month and they are not providing a solution, just keep saying will be dispatched after 2 day every time you call or chat with them. I do not know there intention whether they want to cheat customers with pre payment of orders. My order number is #insf[protected].
                            I have wasted my 45 days of time and still the product is not yet delivered to me.
                            Without any further delay please help me to get my refund and cancel the order. I would like to have my refunds in my account as soon as possible, so that i can go for another option and buy a product somewhere else.
                            But truly this was a horrible and extremely disappointing experience overall and nightmare for mental torture for me.
                            There is no value of customer representative words. Before placing an order, i inquired about delivery time and commitment was given to me that i will have my product delivered before the 2nd sep, 2020)

                              I ordered a Bar unit worth Rs17, 990 on 8th Aug & paid online for it. It said the shipment of the product will be done by 30th aug. Since then I keep following up with them & I always get a different answer on the delivery status. Now there is no option of cancellation & not sure if they will deliver my product also or not.

We are following up with ghitorni distributor and your team with online chat also, but no positive response received.

                                  1. I had purchased a bed (Order number 1nsf[protected].

                                  2. The product was to be shipped on 25 august 20, however, same has not been done till date. I have been regularly speaking to your executives, and each time i have been told that product will be shipped in two days.

                                  3. I must put on record that your customer services are insensitive, shameful with no concern or regard for the customer. Not once was i contacted or communicated about the delay in shipping. It is me who has been chasing you and requesting for an update, which is always incorrect. It seems your only aim is to trap the customer by getting an order and then let him suffer.

                                  4. Just check on your system how many inquiries have been made about the order under reference and what has been your response, i think for a moment you will feel ashamed of yourself. I dont think i am here to make you multiple calls and waste my time.

                                  5 i dont need your product, please cancel my order, and dont give me that silly cliched excuse that order can not be cancelled. If you can't cancel the order, please keep the product and i dont want a refund also. You can keep the money and be happy.

                                  6. Only suggestion is stop telling lies and making fool of buyers, learn to respect customers. And yes, please stop using that made in india tagline on your website, because a true indian doesn't cheat anyone.

                                  7. I dont need the product, there are thousands of better supplies than you in this great country, i will pick it up from a true indian manufacturer.

                                  8. Please pardon me if i have been harsh with my words but that is the kind of situation you guys have created, so much so that mere mention of insaraf puts me off.

                                    We have ordered below mentioned products on 15-JUL-2020 and paid in advance Rs.39598.20. The screen shot from your website is given below which is showing the payment status as paid
                                    Expected date of delivery is 06-Aug-2020.
                                    From 6th aug, I am following up with insaraf team over chat, email and phone. Everytime they tell me just 2- 3 days for dispatch. Even today I called up and in chat they havnt provided me the status. They always say the server is busy. They always say they will call back. But they never call back. As a customer i am feeling cheated and lost hope.
