For the above order id, 3 products are placed namely 1. Dresser 2. Study Table & 3. Wall Shelve. After delivery of product it was found that item no. 1. & 2. were damaged and defective respectively. Dresser was damaged when opened and Study table was defective. Regarding these, I have mailed constantly to the insaraf support but they are avoiding to address the issue by replying vague statments (attached). I have called to customer support also but they asks details and tell to wait.

    They are fraud do not buy any product from them better to go on other online furniture sites .get alert before you lose your own money its a fraud trap I ordered a coffee table at 8:30pm then I realised that the size is very small I called them immediately but they didn't pick the call as there call centre opens at 10am and when I called them at 10 am they said 12 hours are over so we can not cancel and refund the amount .when we order a product it is no where written on their online site that we have to cancel the order in 12 non working hours ...they are not at work and we have to pay the penalty

    On getting the product delivered today I found 2 broken and one cracked chair The table packing is not yet opened. Seeing the customers complaints and the company's inaction's on this Forum I feel the money has gone down the drain and I am another victim of in-FRAUD.COM!!!

      Hi,
      I placed an order for 4 seater dining table with chairs on 6th may on insaraf website. When i received the item, one of the chairs was received in broken condition. I lodged a complaint immediately (Complaint no. 63097). 3 weeks have passed bit i have yet not received the replacement. The customer care dept is useless and is not there to listen to customers grievance. I want help in either getting the replacement or get my hard earned money refunded to me.

        Cot was delivered on 16th may, but shelf's was missing from storage and under storage was not fixed properly. No response from customer care. Contacted shop and they sent carpenter after three days to fix under storage. No resolution provided on the noise issue and shelf's are still missing. No response from shop or customer care.
        For noise issue, per carpenter the noise will not go. Even changing position on bed results in creaking noise.
        Per shop, temporary carpenter came and will send a good one at unknown future date.
        Pathetic service and bad quality product.
        These guys are cheats.

          I have recieved my product almost 15 days back, and i have been calling the customer service to have one my product installed and the bed had to be replaced to king size. I am done persuing the issue. I want my money refunded and plz pick up your uninstalled furniture asap. I have been harrassed everyday by the customer care guys to explain the entire story. They do not listen and have no intention of helping. I have to take out time from my work to call them endless resulting in noting. I am mentally under pressure as i have spent a huge amount of money in the furniture and it's lying usless in my house.

            I purchased double bed from insaraf furniture online for rs 40, 499/- it makes noise while take turn so we can not have sound sleep at all. I raised the complained online with insaraf. Their technicians visited twice and confirmed that it's a faulty bed and need repair work. Now i have been following with them since mar 2018 but no action has been taken from them to repair this or take the delivery back. Can you please advice in this case.

              I've ordered a bed which got delivered on dec 31, 2017, which broke within an hour of installation. After raising a complaint and call them for over a week they have sent a carpenter for fixing it. Carpenter himself told that the fix is a temporary one and the bed broke again in coupe of hours.
              After calling the insaraf customer care guys they have even worsened the situation by giving fake promises that replacement will be delivered soon. Sometimes they are very rude and cut the call. It has been 130 days now. I didn't even get a proper response from them. I've sent a legal notice but still no response. I'll be filling a complaint against them now.

Later on it was found that double deduction was made for above order.. A telephonic complaint is already made. But till date no refund of excess amount has been made from your account. You are requested to refund rs.25, 199/- immediately

                  I have purchased dining table from this company through online order placed on 10 february 2018 vide order no. Order #insf[protected] and made online payment through credit card. The order received by me at my address in raipur chhattisgarh on 20 february 2018. While assembling, it was found that table was damaged grossly on one corner which was immediately informed through email to saraf furniture and necessary photographs of the damaged portion were also sent on their request. I did rigorous follow up with company and they responded back saying they don't have their technician available in raipur. Upon their request, i had provided them with contact number of technician and asked them to coordinate directly with the carpenter/technician. The company has not taken any action even though i made continuous follow up on email and telephonically. Finally, i managed to send them a legal notice from advocate and provided them 7 days time to response which they did not respond.

                  Later on i found the chairs provided are also of inferior quality and started decay.

                  An action and advice in the matter is requested.

                    On 30th March 2018 I had ordered & made online payment of Rs.13, 299/- for Solid Wood Maharaja chest with alteration of solid sheesham wood back panel & drawer bottoms which they agreed.#INSF[protected]. Abhishek & Sahil their executives always bluff regarding shipping date. They are not even bothered to call back not reply to my email. Moreover they give false promises of shipping & call back which never happens. Let's see when will I get the shipping or Refund ( Which I don't think will happen).

                      I ordered a central table from these # in jan 18. After payment they started asking my pan no and aadhar. Which i submitted although i never wanted to... They should ask such info before payment. Anyway now even after my payment and deposition of documents... These thieves have not delivered my order till now. I am giving them call every alternate day but they always give me a different story. I am surprised how cheap these chaps are. They just gulp my money and not ready to refund money when they cant deliver my order... I have written several mails and have recorded all my outgoing calls... Now i am filing a case in consumer court againt these thieves... My recommendation dont ever deal with these #..

                        If you're even 'considering' buying 'anything' from saraf, stop right now if you do not want to go through a shopping experience that is nothing less than a nightmare! There is absolutely nothing going for this company. From obnoxious sales representatives at the store (In my case, bangalore), to very rude and useless tele-customer care executives, to a pathetic delivery experience to the worst ever after-sales service!

                        Our order was a king-size double bed made of solid sesham wood. The delivery for which took over 3 weeks against what was promised on purchase. And what was finally delivered after multiple follow up calls, was a defective bed with a broken and cracked headboard!! Yes, visibly broken and damaged! What followed from here was persistent and repeated calls and mails from our end to saraf for a headboard replacement to which all the time we always got absolutely hopeless service, empty promisesfrom saraf. The company actually had the audacity of sending across a carpenter (Who by the way had no clue and had tons of attitude god know for what) to 'patch up' the damaged headboard when we had clearly asked for a full replacement of the headboard. Why should we or anyone 'settle' for a 'damaged' item when it's supposed to be brand new made of solid wood for which saraf 'apparently' even offers lifetime warranty!! So ironic!! The whole situation was ridiculous.

                        After numerous calls and multiple emails over a month (Yes, a month!), we finally were informed that we would receive the replacement asked for. But what was delivered was a replacement headboard that did not fit the rest of the bed!! The dimensions we're not right. Just imagine the level of frustration built up by now, as all these days we had to sleep on the mattress on the floor without a freaking bed!!

                        Again after repeated calls with absolutely useless customer care representatives, saraf arranged for a carpenter to look into the issue. This took almost another week from the time the headboard replacement was delivered.

                        The entire experience was way too frustrating and i curse the day i looked up saraf online and even considered buying anything from them!! Biggest mistake ever!! The company was unapologetic the whole time during this entire horrendous experience. Stay far, far way from sara[censored]

                        My maharaja bed which was ordered and received via order no INSF140332 is not installed till now.my bed reached my home on 23/04 /2018. Two clamps of the bed are not matting .so bed installation is not finalized. hence u are requested to take necessary steps to rectify the problem as soon as possible..

                          ‌on january 16, 2018 12:16am order #insf[protected]Details & bill copy attached) was placed by me through your site insaraf.com. Order was placed for solid wood kuber bed - king (6ft wide x 6.5 ft long - inner size) / top & side opening box storage / walnut. On 24jan2018 i received the order and same day it was installed by your partner. But at the time of installation we found that bed was only top opening and not top & side opening both. Same day on 24jan2018 over phone (Call detail screen shot attached) as well through mail (Print out attached) with picture and bill it was informed to you. On 25jan2018 i received your reply as "your request (#58910) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.
                          Our team should revert back in 48 working hours.". On same day after calling over phone i receive your reply as

                          "dear sir,

                          We apologize for your inconvenience.

                          This is to inform that the replacement of the concerned product/part has been processed already. The same will now be put in production and we shall ship it as soon as the product / part is ready to be shipped.
                          We shall update you asap.

                          Thank you for your patience and co-operation.

                          Support team,
                          Insaraf.com

But since then i am following over phone and from your side only dates has been given that it will be shipped on 9feb and then 16feb then next told 22feb then 24feb next every day when i called it was informed it will be shipped until tomorrow but same was not shipped till date.in between on 26feb2018 after one month of my complain i received a mail from your side that

                          "dear sir,
                          We requesting to you please share sticker pic which was on your product

                          Support team,
                          Insaraf.com

                          ". Since i was not aware about what stocker you are talking i inquired same over phone and it was informed it will be on box in which bed was packed. Now who have place and who will keep the box for over a month in mumbai and even same was thrown by your installation guy and why same was not informed on very first date.

                          Now my dispute is that either send me a replacement with compensation or difference amount (As without side opening is of only 28999.00 and my order was of 33499.00) and compensation.

                            This is in reference to my Order number #INSF[protected] of a Solid Wood Jaipur Dining Set -6 Seater Set (Table + 6 Chairs) / Walnut, which was delivered on 13th March 2018. While unpacking the package, I had identified the below mentioned issues with the products:

                            1. One chair is Broken (Leg detached)
                            2. One Chair is Cracked (Leg)
                            3. Table one edge is cracked and broken
                            4. Allen Bolt, Washer and Allen key not provided, so unable to install the table.
                            5. 4 chairs (including the broken chair) is not polished well

                            Within 24 hrs of the product delivered, I had written to [protected]@insaraf.com mentioning the details of the product issues as mentioned above (also attaching photographs for reference), I received a reply Stating – “Your request (#60845) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. Our team should revert back in 48 working hours.”

                            Later, on 15th March 2018, when I followed up on email, I received a mail stating to re-share the photographs of smaller size format preferably less than 1 mb, so I did the needful immediately.
                            Again, after following up on 16th March, 2018 -I received a mail stating- “We have scheduled a senior technician visit to address the query. Our senior technician will be contacting your shortly to coordinate about the visit”.
                            I also followed up with them to share the technician’s contact details and expected time of visit, after which on 19th March, 2018- I received a mail stating- “This is to inform that the replacement of the concerned product/part has been processed already. The same will now be put in production and we shall ship it as soon as the product / part is ready to be shipped. We shall update you asap.”

                            No technician had visited during this time, and when I called in the Customer care number -[protected] I was communicated that a technician will be visiting, and then they communicated that the company has decided that your damaged products will be replaced and there is no requirement for a technician visit.

                            Today is 28th March, 2018 and I am yet to receive the replacement products- the damaged products being the Dining table and 2 Chairs.

                            This is the worst experience ever.

                            Totally fraud rejected mixed product sent and no response to complaint 60933
                            INSF[protected] Dining table with 06 chairs received in December 2017 for Rs 42 K . 01 chair broken. Photograph alongwith complaint sent on the same day. Every time I call a polite executive gives false promises on replacement. 03 months now. Please resolve. It is unprofessional to misuse the trust placed in you.

                              We purchased a dining table set from insaraf.com. It was delivered on 16-feb-2018 but the product was damaged. The table was broken on one entire side. The polish was rough and the wood was cracked and chipped off in certain places. One of the chairs was broken too. We sent a complaint mail (No: 59808) with the pictures to insaraf.com. They promised us that their technician will visit and inspect the damaged goods. Till date, i have made 12-15 calls but every time, they give 100% guarantee that their technician will visit us within 24 hours. No one has either contacted or visited us till date.

                                I placed an order in january 2018. Order no. Insf[protected]. Raised a complaint for delay in delivery on 16 feb. Complaint no. 59831. More than a month has passed since then and still no delivery. Every time i contact them i get a new date for delivery. Worst experience ever. Can someone guide me how can i approach consumer forum to raise legal complaint against them

                                  I booked the order in last of november and in mid dec they had delivered a defective mandir. My complaint no is 57021. It is pending since december 17. Somehow they had delivered a small mandir of cost rs 7100/- but i booked of cost rs 11000. Since that point they assured me several times that the product will be delivered today / tomorrow but it won't happen.
                                  They even won't provide any senior's number to know the status. These are cheater's. How they are surviving business is really strange.
                                  Govt should take action against such fraudster s.

                                    Insf[protected] : received shipment on 15feb2018 1. Bed and 2 side table
                                    Where bed plywood and side table is broken and locked multiple complaint.
                                    Even dropped multiple email no one responding. As per there site mentioned query resolved in 48hrs. Now all most one months has gone and if you call customer care every time they will going to every time they are going to response in next 15 mint

                                      I received a damaged dining set 2 weeks back. Since then i have been complaining to customer support. It took them more than a week to assign a technician to officially assess the damages. Even after that my complaint status has not proceeded. Everytime i call them and ask for updates, they give false promises that it would be rectified soon.in my last chat with the customer support, i was told that my product would be replaced and i would be sent a confirmation mail for the same, but i never received any email. I would like to blast the owner raghunath saraf too regarding such low quality product which i received, but unfortunately i am not able to get any çontact for the owner. Their customer support system is pathetic and i m thinking of proceeding with a complain in the consumer forum

                                        Hello everyonce, i am shocked to see exactly the same problem i have faced with these bunch of cheaters. You keep on dropping them mails or make the calls. All you would get to hear is that your problem will be resolved by end of day which is never gina come. Every day one or the other answer would be given and which has no meaning. Well i am not a person who will sit and do nothing about it. I have raised a complaint on consumer court forum...
