I ordered 4 sitter dining table on 8th dec18 (Insf[protected] and it got delivered on 6th jan19 with a broken leg. I sent the damaged portion photo to suresh and insaraf customer care on 6th jan19. Customer care said they didn't receive photo because it's more than 1 mb so i told them get it from suresh.in between we tried to contact suresh neither he was picking the call nor responding over whatsapp. After that there's no update till 11th jan19, so again i called customer care and they registered the complain. Again there's no update from anyone and on 20th jan19 i called customer care they said we received photo today and will update you. On 20th jan19 thet sent mail stating that replacement of the leg is in production will ship it as soon as the product is ready. There's no update until i called customer care on 31st jan19 and asked to send update over email because whatever they said over phone it's purely lie to me. On 31st jan19 they send email stating replacement product is ready and will be dispatched tomorrow (1st feb19). After that there's no update so on 2nd feb19 again i contacted customer care and asked him to provide update over mail. They sent mail stating within an hour they will send the tracking number and i received the tracking number of safexpress mentioned it will be live in 48-72 hrs. I checked on safexpress tracking site on 4th feb19 and it was showing not found again on 5th feb19 it was showing not found and checked with safexpress chat and mentioned this tracking number is incorrect. So i contacted customer care on 5th feb19 about the tracking and delivery date. 1st person in customer care told there may be technical issue so i told check with safexpress while i am holding the line, after sometime he told safexpress will call me back, i understood that they are telling lie so i told him to send the photo of the invoice and he put me on hold for 15 - 20 mints and there's no voice so i cut the phone and again call back to customer care, this time someone else (Named maninder) pick up the call and same story i need to tell him. I clearly told send me the safexpress invoice photo and when will be delivered to me, so he told he sent mail to senior back end team and by 5pm he will update me. Calling back from insaraf never happened as per my experience so far. I clearly mentioned in one of my email that refund my money and return your damaged dining table. So i request not to buy anything from insaraf, this is my second item. Ist time i bought wardrobe it was delivered in ok condition so didn't experience any issue but this time after receiving the damaged item my entire energy and time are getting wasted with this fraud people. Still i don't know when i'll get the replaced item or refund of my money.

    I have purchased sofa and dining table. The product delivered in damage condition. Since 26th dec i am chasing their customer service team. No action yet taken. They are only giving false assurances. I have sent complaints to their ceo through linkedin but no response.
    I have already paid full amount and having some damage product at home. I need it should get fixed or i should get refund of my money.

      I ordered two bed from this insaraf.com but i got one bed on time and product quality was very very bad. And second bed when i told them to cancel in very second day when i ordered then they they cannot cancel because bed went for production wow in one day they started production then after so much fight they didn’t agree on cancellation then i thought ok let them make but after 25days i didn’t receive my second yet. Whenever i call them they said in two days they r shipping but still their two days don’t come yet.
      Will never buy anything from this site.

        Bought 3 seater sofa by saraf in april 2018. The insert were damaged immediately after delivery and had to be replaced. Once again the insert is damaged n arm rest has come off. The sofa has become unusable. An expensive piece of equipment lying idle. Saraf has cheated me the design is flawed and inserts cannot hold a solid wood arm rest. It is very apparent that the sofa is only a show piece and cannot used on a day to day basis as it tends to get damaged with even a little use. After paying over 25000 one expects the sofa to be sturdy sarafrefused to entertain the complaint. Several calls emails and twitter messages have been outrightly refused by saraf, stating they are not responsible for their product

          Ordered dining table on through order number #INSF[protected] Nov 06, 2018 & paid the amount on the same day, even though the promised delviery date was 12th november delivered on 27th Nov.

          It was damaged on the edge & was not ready accept the delivery, after confirming with Customer Care about replacemetn soon accepted the delivery. Even though complained Customer Care representative L K Agarawal at 5:34pm there was no compaint number I could receive. Even after alot of follow-up over email/chat & customer care finally could register complaint ( with compaint number #70313 ) . Appaling, even their delivery boy knows the item was in damaged state, they claimed they need to send representative for inspection. None visited even after a week..

          Unfortunately, no response from custoemer care as well !!

          My 22k has gone to the drain ...

            Sir, i had bought an dining table from this showroom and its just 10 months now the table is getting cracks at the edges and the surface is getting uneven. Also the joints are getting loose (Photos attached). While taking they have promised that the wood used is completely seasoned and no issues will be coming. They had also promised that if any issues arises with quality of wood they are going to replace with no questions asked. Now when we approached the showroom with the issue, they are telling a different story of warranty covered. Telling us that only for termite life time warranty is covered not for the quality of the wood provided. Just tell me sir, do you think anyone will buy his products if this kind of promise was provided while purchasing the product? And they say completely seasoned wood is used, if so they why the creaks are generated and the surface will become unequal? When the product was delivered, i had raised the concern about the table quality, as the wood used was not brown it was white color. They promised that time there will not be any issues and if comes they will replace. Unfortunate we have ended up with issues. Sir, please help us in getting our mover refund as its our heard earned money. You can search online for the complaints/ review reported by other customers about the quality of products they are selling and bluffing the customers.

              Hi, i have ordered two solid wood romeo chair d (Order #insf[protected]. Order was placed on placed on october 29, 2018 and i have been waiting for this order since then. They have not processed my order so far. I have paid for the chair to be custom made and already paid for it. Their servie is terrible and chat agents are horrible. I either want my order to get delivered soon or just cancel the order.

                We bought 2 beds from Saraf Furniture Surat Vesu branch. Within a few days after delivery, the cracking sound came and bed cracked without doing anything. This happened on November 7th. Photos attached.

                We reached out to a local store but since it was Diwali time he didn't pick up the phone. After lot of efforts, once when he received he made false promise that once I am back after Diwali I will get this sorted. We didn't receive any call from him so we again visited his store. He told he would send someone to check in two days. No one came. Today we again called and to our surprise, he was talking non sense that what would you do if this is your store, liability once the furniture is delivered and they can't do anything, and other totally non sense things from customer service perspective. This bed is barely used for half day and it cracked. I didn't know my first experience with saraf would turn out so bitter and with cheap quality service and product. Plus, they are not even showing any willingness to help.

                I request immediate refund on this merely poor quality product.

                  Order no: insf[protected] dining table with 06 chairs ordered in dec 2017. 04/06 chairs broken/cracked within 08 months. 01 chair was delivered broken but was replaced after constant follow ups in 03 months. Now additional 04 chairs broken. Many reminders to replace sent. Its a design flaw. No response from customer care. Please replace the whole set.

                    They take total money to place your order

                    They deliver faulty product

                    No response, you have to chase them frequently

                    They tried to repair your new product

                    Even if it is not worked out, they placed replacement order but
                    They are not send replacement since past 2 months no response.

                    The customer care response is very irrespective and all false dates
                    It is just ruining money.

                    My cot is kuber bed, from starting day it is making creep noise asked for repair still not yet done.

                    Don't believe any false advertisements and online reviews

                    I brought from show room still no one responds, sales person pavan and manager sharam they never attend your call, once pavan attend by luck, but after that no response.

                    Customer care executives, they just says always 2 to 3 days but that 2 to 3 days never comes.

                    Horrible experience.

                    I have ordered a dining table set with 4 chairs and one bench . They have not delivered the bench . They promised to deliver in one day, then one week and then 2 weeks . Now after 3 weeks they are not even picking the call . order INSF[protected]

                      My recommendation is never to buy from saraf furniture as neither their product nor their customer service is worth spending money.

                      I bought one dining set in march’18 and just after 6 month usage (No shifting) one chair has completely cracked, one has developed cracks, one table leg has developed crack and the table (Which they quote is seasoned wood) has kind of expanded and the glass (Extra fitting) has tilted to one side.
                      The first complaint was logged on 17th september and after rigorous follow-up (Multiple times photos were shared from all possible angles) i was confirmed that they only provide a lifetime warranty for termite and i shall have to pay for carpenter visit and repair. I had to chase them for carpenter details and after strong push-back, they agreed to arrange for a carpenter at their cost and shall take the final decision after carpenter visit. Carpenter confirmed that one chair has completely damaged and for other damages (Problem) he will send his feedback to ho. I again had to chase them for revert and finally, after 4-5 days, they agreed to replace one chair. Next day i recorded this conversation over mail and requested to look into the other problems as well but again as per their potential (To torture customers) they refused to replace the chair and to take provide any solution. I have been chasing them continuously and over 40 days have passed.
                      The worst part of the experience is that whenever you call them they won’t let us speak to the supervisor, stating he is not in the office and we will arrange for the call (Which never happens)
                      The mail trails are good enough proof of no clarity in their customer service process, intentional delays to let customer stop chasing them and harassment.

                          I have ordered "solid kuber dresser almirah" on 23rd sept 2018 and got the deriver on 10th oct.

                          The product which i received was broken mirror and frame.

                          Even after calling multiple times to insaraf on support number, they are not ready to replace or refund the product.

                          They said that they will send the carpenter to repair the product, but if i have paid 22k then why should i the broken product at my home.

                          We bought a bed whose fitting was not great. It kept making noises, we made a complaint. After a long long time the technician came, he removed one part to replace it and then till today we have not received the correct part. The service is so frustrating. And we have just wasted money on the bed and never got a good product for the money.

                            In spite of complaining twice and telling safeexpress that please do my delivery only by 6pm in the evening, today again their delivery guy came during the day time. On 8th oct (Monday), their delivery guy called me saying he is coming to deliver my product. I told him that i am not at home and i can only come by 6pm. He said he cant come in the evening and went back. He told me he will come tomorrow on tuesday (Tuesday).

                            I stayed at home on tuesday and wednesday, nobody came to deliver the product. On tuesday and wednesday evening, i again put the complain on safeexpress website chat. I was informed that the trucks had some issues. Hence the delivery was not done.

                            Again on thursday today, their delivery guy came in the morning when i was in office!!!

                            I had no other option than to tell him to deliver it near my order outside the house and go!!!

                            I live alone and let me tell you i can't move that 50kg stuff inside my house. Even if i take help, i can't unpack the box as the box is totally packed with nails and wooden planks.

                            I want you to take the stuff back and send it to rajasthan.

                            I need my money back.

                            I am going to file a complain if there is no response.

                              I ordered a coffee table from insaraf website on 9th sep. Whole amount was paid 12, 599 rs. I have not got the delivery of my product yet. It's been more than a month, but still don't have the product.

                              I have called them around 20 times but still no luck. They claim my product will be delivered today, but it never comes.

                              I am really frustrated with their behavior. My money is gone.

                              I need a refund asap.

The order was supposed to reach jabalpur... Which u have not delivered till now... Why,. U guys r thief... I am filing a court case against you... Secondly sending my reps to your office...                                   Purchased a table from insaraf - i got broken chairs, color variations, cracks everywhere and open joints.

                                  I had raised the issues/complain with the company - but no one is listening.

                                  Guys dont ever buy from insaraf.com

                                  - zero quality
                                  - zero customer service

                                  - i have received broken chairs, huge-color variation between table, stool, and chairs
                                  - chairs have already opened joints, and cracked wood

                                  Tried contacting them, they are not even registering my complain.

                                  Dont be fooled by their sassy advertisements and fancy facebook page.

                                    Please be careful of insaraf its a biggest chor (Fraud) company they take the money and dont even bother to help the customer what they show in pictures doesnt reach u in the same manner... And for replacement u have to call hundred times they dont follow up executives are rude and really ill mannered.. Its been more than 40 days my cushions replacement has not been done... Giving excuses will get today tomorrow... Dealt with other companies like wooden street / urban ladder.. All companies did their job up to the market with insaraf had the worst experience

                                      I ordered the king size kuber bed. After making payment online i received the delivery after almost a month. Head board was damaged when arrived and no one was ready to take the responsibility. Finally through customer care registered the complaint. After a month i get the deliver but to my surprise, it was a wrong part of the bed and had to reject again. Whenever email the company u only get one auto email response stating we will get back to you in 48 hours but nobody bothers to call you. You have to follow up. Again after a month i get the head board and this time i get honey finish instead of walnut. So this is my story which has still not ended. Suresh and jithesh from bangalore store only playing games and not picking my calls. Its almost 3 months. I am still running around to get the head board fixed. This time if not fixed in the third month then will take harsh step and ensure the showroom is closed in bangalore. People the product is really good but what is the use if the service is pathetic and all products come from rajasthan and for sure most of them will be damaged so be wise people and don't get trapped. I am only giving single star because of the wood and design which is of no use as of now
                                      I am still waiting for someone to call me suresh or jithesh if not you will hear soon from me!!!

                                        Insf[protected] orser no n invoixe date is 15 dec 2017..
                                        We have purchased a quber bed n for creaking sound complained in april 2018 but problem not sortes yet. Now some cracks are there in bed from. Head n foot side. Customer support is not responding properly earlier they use to say we will sort out next two thrwwe days now they are saying we will update you via mail which they are not doing n solving the issue.
                                        Big blunder done by purchasing from. This website..
                                        Worst service ever ever seen..
