Item delivered on 13 feb 2018.

Broken item was delivered. I sent several mails and had conversation with customer care. Customer care persons were always given me false information by telling that a technician will visit to resolve the issue. And some times they disconnected my call in the middle. This is disgusting and embarrassing.

I was kept waiting for a week to resolve the issue but still problem not resolved. Hence i want refund immediately.

    Saraf furniture co delivered a broken tv unit and dinning set in the month of august, since then calling them every week but they are saying will b replacing within 10 days n now 7 months hv passed. It's a fake company n the customer executive s r giving false assurance, they r cheaters, hv paid them 50000/ rs for this damaged product. Hv learnt a hard lesson of buying a product from not so reputed company.

    I feel for you. I experienced the same and they are making false promises. I hope this complaints board can really help.

      I purchased a solid wood smart cube TV unit. It arrived broken. I called more than 20 times on the day it was delivered and finally was authorised a replacement. I spoke to Bharat Sharma, Vikas Sharma, Kuldip, Sagar and more. I advised I was leaving on 6th Feb and they guaranteed the replacement before then. I called and called them as advisors were giving me conflicting information. For example saying they will email me a tracking number which I never received or then saying there's no tracking as they have sent it with their personal driver. After dozens of promises of a call back from senior staff, I received nothing. Today, 6th Feb 2018, I've been calling since their lines opened at 10am. I've called over 30 times. During one call Kuldip gave me a tracking number. I checked it on Safe Express online straightaway and told him it doesn't exist. He was trying to fob me off! Eventually after numerous calls someone put me through to the manager Raghav. Raghav was rude and was giving bad words to me saying I rushed the shipment and that's why it broke. I explained that I am fully aware that it was sent by standard shipping. He lied to act like the item was damaged due to rushing. It got to 1pm and he said he will look into it and call me back. At 4pm I called back. He said I'm inpatient. I asked him why is it taking so long? They've sent an item 5 days ago, they dont know who with (safe express or a personal driver). They dont have tracking details but they should have that information in front of them.
      Raghav promised me a call back by 6:30pm. No call was received and their lines close at 6:30pm! I did call at 6:15pm and was told he will call me in 5 minutes. He didn’t. I called back at 6:28pm and a guy was just saying "hello hello"...In a sarcastic voice pretending he couldn't hear me. After that they shut the lines. I'm left with a broken unit...no replacement or refund. I hate this company but I will not stop until I get my money back! Avoid guys!!! Disgusting company!!!

      Now it's Friday 8th Feb. They have told me the driver is in Goa today and will call my friend (as I'm no longer there). It's been 5 hours...I've called back and they have now said they will give me the drivers number, but in 1 hour! What a joke. I asked "if you don't have the drivers number, then how did you pass my friends number to him?"... Guess what, the poor guy on the phone had nothing to say. Now he's arranging a call back from RAGHAV that so called "Manager". What a Joke!

      Now it's Saturday 10th Feb. I've received no manager call. I've called again this morning only to be told that the driver is in Goa...what???? So he's apparently been there on Thursday Friday and Saturday yet I still don't have my replacement. There's no driver...no replacement...but the guy on the phone said the same thing "I'll arrange a call back". What a joke!

      Now it's Saturday 10th Feb. I've received no manager call. I've called again this morning only to be told that the driver is in Goa...what????         I bought a rocking chair on dec 11 to be delivered on dec 18th. The picture made the chair look like pretty cozy and compact in nature while the actual chair is impractical to use and doesnt justify the purpose. While we raised a complaint to them, they never bothered to get back to us for replacement. Infact they give us a very crappy remark on their phone service.

          I have purchase the Dinning Table from Insaraf. com online and Order #INSF[protected] on 3rd Dec. I have received the product on 18th of Dec. The table and chair was in two different colour. Table & Bench is Walnut and Chair is Honey. where i have ordered Walnut. Table and bench are having loots of marks and colour mismatch. I have called for the complain then they told that they will not take the complain on phone. You have send the mail with photo and after that i have followed with then several time but there is no response. Even they don't Listen on phone and tell that technician will visit tomorrow. Customer Care Mr. Sumit will not listen to you and talk very Unprofessionally and irritate you . It more that 45 days is over and there is no response from there side. I dont know what to do because they have taken full money and now they are not responding.

            I received my order #insf[protected] on 13 january 2018 but there is manufacturing defect in sofa set which i purchased which needs to be repaired, i have called the company support team several times even mailed them lodging my complaint with images showing the defects in the sofa set, but no positive response i have received till date from the support team.               The bed (order no INSF[protected] for which order was placed on Jan 5, 2018, got delivered more than a week back. Was happy that it got delivered quite early as lot of people had complained of late delivery. However, the delivery was done at 9PM. I was very disappointed on seeing the bed as they had delivered it with incomplete alteration. Sides chopped n that’s it. No finishing, the edges were uneven n rough and no polish was done. Since then have been calling them and mailing them but no action. It has become highly frustrating to get just one response from them and that is ‘tomorrow for sure it will be done’. Still waiting for it to be fixed. Unprofessional people as they removed my review from their website and fb page. If they could remove my review, they could remove all other bad reviews as well.

                We have purchased coffee table against the order no inst3235... But it is defective, it’s legs are not getting assembled when complained at there customer support mail i’d, got response that would get revert within 48 hrs but it has been 3 days no response n whenever we call them says by end of day would your complains will be addressed but no one reverts.
                Now i m planning to go to consumer forum as it seems they are fraudulent

                  I placed an order for dewan cum sofa bed (17999/-) on 8th dec and till date it is not delivered when i call customer support their response is "item will be delivered today" (26th dec same response) now they have blocked my mobile# and not taking calls and no response for my emails and chat conversation (Today it will get delivered).

                  Everyday they are sending mails to purchase but no response for the purchased products delivery.br...

                  Turner dining table we bought in august. The invoice number is sfn[protected]. It was delivered around the 22nd august and since then we have hardly used the furniture but after a few days we saw a crack on the table and also on the chair. I am attaching the photo for reference. So i raised a complaint with their team in october, 2017 which is like one month after we bought the furniture. I had already written a complain on this forum earlier as well but every time they would get back to me saying i haven't sent the photos. So i send them new pictures every now and then. However they would again tell me that they cant download the photos and so cant see why i am complaining. This happened in mid november after calling them a thousand times and writing hundred of emails. If they have such a huge business, why is it so difficult to download a 1mb photo on their system and check what is the problem. And the customer executive i spoke to was so rude. He did not have any manners while talking on the phone. And this i have noted with the insaraf is that the customer care doesnt know anything about the business and have no manners. We really had good opinion about their store in bangalore but this incident has left a bad taste in the mouth. I have sent another set of photos and they havent even replied to my email.in my earlier conversation, they said they will replace the cracked table and the broken chair. But there is no news from their side. They havent even called me or sent me an email.

                  This complaint hasn't been processed till now! I went to their store in December and they had promised an early replacement of the product but they havent done anything.

                    We ordered furniture worth 88, 000 from insaraf. Kuber range. It was delivered on time but badly handled by their transport. Worse when the package was opened the carpenter they sent was as shocked as we were. Beds headboard was broken. The open cuboard was broken and put together on top with three visible nails. The console table is broken badly. Has scratches on the top that are deep ingrained into the wood. This means they knew what they were sending. The mirror is broken so far and so bad we have kept it unopened. Only the coffee table landed fine. We sent pictures via carpenter to the agency same day. Called customer centre and complained demanding return and refund but after promising to get back have stayed incognito. Then i sent an email complaint next day with pictures but nothing again. It's been over a week but insaraf has ignored our losses. Worse... We asked 2 professional furniture stores in koregaon pune to inspect the wood because i suspected it is not sheesham. I was right... They said it is babool being sold as sheesham. We want our money back. Pls pick up this garbage and consumer forum ought to bar them from selling online with their lies

                    There is no revert. NO email. No response. We have called them 3 times each week. Will be filing POlice complaint now since Consumer complaint is not really something Insarf respects or worries about. Suspect this group to be politically associated for this kind of shamelessness and cheating efficiency

                      On 23 aug 2016, we had purchased online from website - https://www.insaraf.com/ - "solid wood contrast square coffee table" - walnut colour.

                      Order no-insf61042133

                      The top of table has black polish and the trunk below has walnut polish. After follow up for long they send some technical person and the changed the polish to walnut.

                      After the repair within 3 months the wood started chipping the material...

                      I ordered the sofa set and dinning table and had received on 5th dec and while fixing the same we found crack in sofa set as well as in chair of dinning set. We have lodged the complain through mail but still there is no revert from them. They said me to mail it to [protected]@insaraf.com and they will revert within 48hrs. It's being more than 48 hrs now and still there is no response.

                        Order was placed on 26 september 2017. On 11 october, someone else's order was delivered to me. When i contacted saraf to complain, the correct order was delivered on 19th october. When opened, i realised that the wood was damaged (As per photographs attached). Since then, i have contacted saraf at least 7 times - by call and by email. Initially, they tried to get the item fixed. However, it took several reminders from me for them to send a carpenter. Ultimately, 3 different carpenters were sent - all of whom informed me and the company, that the table was damaged beyond repair and that saraf should exchange it, or provide refund. However, the company has since then, stopped responding to my calls or emails. On 23 november, i even wrote to them telling them that i would be forced to file a consumer complaint, if i did not hear back from them. This email was also ignored.

                          Hi,

                          This is with regards to the turner dining table we bought in august. The invoice number is sfn[protected]. It was delivered around the 22nd and since then we have hardly used the furniture but recently i saw a crack on the table and also on the chair. I am attaching the photo for reference.
                          The crack on the chair looks like unfinished work or that the carpenter fixed it with a glue. It looks different from the rest of the chairs and was not fixed properly. After a few days our maid was wiping off the chair and it just came off. I wrote to them a few times and called them too. But they kept saying they are sending me something to repair the cracks. However there has been no replies from them thereafter. I have called them so many times but its no use. They haven't done anything yet. Also, i think they have blocked my phone number. I can't reach them anymore. The phone gets disconnected and the ring doesn't go through.

                          And the crack on the table is a seasoning issue so i don't know what to do with this one.

                            Unfortunately i ordered a kuber bed (Double size bed) with saraf furniture order no - 1nsf[protected]. After making full payment, i had to follow a lot and the bed was delivered after 1 month. Immediately after delivery, the head and drawer side of the bed has got defects. I have been chasing the customer care numbers and written various emails to [protected]@insaraf.com but no help. Customer care representative keep on giving excuses.

                            I have been cheated. How can i get my bed replaced or money refunded.

                              Insaraf is one of the most ridiculous websites to buy furniture from. Its being 5 days that a technical visit is not scheduled. The order numbers are #insf[protected] and #insf[protected].

                              The size of the bed has a problem however the reluctants attitude of customer care and entire staff leaves one furious. Have spoken to sameer, vikas, vishnu, akshay anyone everyone is the same.

                              Also they cheat you with giving refund in the form of store credit who would want to buy from insaraf again.

                              There is no accountability of any one.

                              Sending the bed to ghitorni mg road shop back to get rid of the same.

                                I had initially purchased dining table and product looks good on delievery. But then some crack start appearing in the table and then i followed up with insaraf customer care multiple times through mail and phone but there was no response at all.
                                Please note that u will be lucky i[censored] get a good product and please don’t expect any customer support post delievery.

                                  I had purchased online a bar from insaraf for rs 27999/- on 19 nov 17 which was delivered to me in damaged condition on 24 nov 17. Within half an hour i had complained the same to insaraf on their tele and lodged a complaint on their site [protected]@insaraf.com alongwith the photos of damaged bar. My complaint has not been resolved and bar has not been replaced till now.

                                    I am amazed at the number of bad reviews for this third rate company.Please stay away from their bad products.I have had a horrible experience not once but twice.The second time around, the plank supporting the bed broke within a week and I had to make a zillion calls to Insaraf CUSTOMER CARE.The CUSTOMER CARE is filled with scum bags who have no idea what they are supposed to be doing(funnily they are called solid wood SPECIALISTs!).After multiple follow ups I was routed to one Mr Vivek who arranged for the delivery plus the carpenter.The replacement was sent without a carpenter and Mr Vivek arrogantly said he sends carpenters out of good will.I wish this guy is thrown behind the bars for his attitude and utterly rude behavior.Considering the number of complaints on consumer FORUMs, sooner or later these guys will have to shut shop.And oh!please do not go by their website or Facebook reviews for you will not find a single negative review.### of the first order!

                                    Mr Vivek thinks he’s too good for his shoes so do not expect him to attend your calls the second time around.Nasty scumbag who needs to be taught how to talk to a customer.Wonder how this guy thinks he’s going to survive in this market for long.With every purchase he seems to be making new enemies.And Mr Raghu-the less said, the better.The first time when I had some problems with the furniture he just put my calls on divert.Fraudulent and irresponsible folks who just suck every single penny out of customers but refuse to acknowledge issues in return.
