I ordered a four poster bed from insaraf.com on 31st may 2017. The bed arrived yesterday 14th june 2017. We ordered a stone finish however the bed we received is walnut. I have been trying to contact the company to exchange the bed for the one we ordered but i cannot get threw to anyone. All i wish to do is exchange it for the bed for we ordered or if they cannot fulfil my order then i would like a refund. I also expect that the company will help to build the bed once it arrives in the correct colour as yesterday they left just left the bed in bits and pieces on the floor with an old box full of rusty nuts and bolts and no instructions!

As you can see from the images below the first one is the bed how i received it with a walnut finish and the second one is the receipt stating that we ordered a stone finish. I have also attached the colour chart from the company website so you can see.

    From the very beginning i have been facing quite a few issues with the bed that i had purchased. There were some cracks in some panels which after so many calls & complaints were finally 'repaired' (& not replaced). Presently also i have tried to contact them on numerous occasions related to some abnormal noise which is coming from the bed every time someone sits or lie on it. Have also mailed my grievance to them but till date no revert received from their end.

      E-commerce experience nightmare

      I am not able to get my order delivered for the last two weeks. Every time they pick your call put you on hold and inform you 'your order is on the way'. It never turns up. Sometimes you get the some delivery guy's number and he will promise the world and even give you local locations as to where he is, but he won't deliver. There is no refund or return policy and the only language of communication with the call center is hindi even though...

      We bought a jali bed from insarf. As they claim they have 40 years experience in solid wood furniture we thought they deliver good product.
      But they have such experience in not making the furniture but in cheating the people.
      After receiving the bed, from the next day we are following up with the company for the defective piece and lower quality
      Quality of bed is so bad, they have send used ply and one part is missing and now because of this complete bed is broken and not in use. And customer care people are doing what their owner is doing making fool of people.

      Please do not buy anything from this company, their price will look attractive but this is the main point that people are getting cheated.
      If you do not want to regret do no even give try to this company products

        I had ordered 5 peg tables and 1 sideboard worth rs 32000 from insaraf.com in mar 2017. However on receipt i found out that the furniture was broken. I initiated a return request immediately and was promised they would replace it but inspite of repeated requests and reminders from now more than 2 months the furniture was not picked up. The tele sales rep disconnect our phones numerous times n never get back. I have been troubled by the company tele executives to that extent that i have lost all hopes of returning the a broken furniture. We feel cheated by buying from such a company!

          I had bought a 3+1+1 sofa set and 1 bar cabinet. The payment was made in full before the delivery. The furniture was picked up from Sardarshehar in packed condition which couldn't be opened and checked because of trust and was said it would be difficult to repack. The furniture delivered is defective and I have WhatsApp them with pictures, called them numerous times for the last 2 months but have not been responded to.
          The owner of the company Mr.Ragunandan has blocked my no and he cannot be reached. The supervisor Mr Vikram gives vague answers saying what can I do if he does not pick your phone and call center people ( Mr. Deendayal) says we can't help you. This is literally scamming and cheating people. I have seen similar complaints on Insraf when searched on net.
          Plz don't not get cheated from Insraf...

            I purchased a dining table 21-March received it on 30-March. Lodged complain for broken furniture on 30-March itself. After that carpenter visited my place to check the broken furniture condition and approved the replacement by 8-Apr. Since than I have been following up to get the replacement. I am given all false excuses that specific furniture is out of stock, under manufacturing and then suddenly wood is wet. These excuses are all bul****. My husband and I are calling every day and Mr. Dev Agarwal takes the call and gives all the nonsense reasons. Last week he committed date of 25-May for shipping. I called up yesterday for follow up, again he said it will be shipped by today (30-May) I still do not have shipping no.
            Please note I will be waiting till this week to get my replacement. If not received I will be filling complaint against you in a local consumer court.
            You need to be professional if you want to survive in today’s market. Fooling around will not help u last long.

              At the time of deliver, the glass of the right door was broken and the wooden frame of the left door was also broken. I raised a complaint immediately with the photos of the broken shelf. I didn't get any response from them. I called them the next evening and got a response that they have sent the request to the higher level. No response till next day. I again called the next day and again they said they will send a carpenter to assess the damages. As the product was broken at the time of delivery, i am not sure why they need to send a carpenter to assess the damage. When i asked when will they send the carpenter, they said the next day or day after. I am worried if the product will be replaced. Their response is very poor. They dont send any updates. We have to call them everytime to know the status of the complaint.

              Saraf furniture is refusing the replace or repair the damage caused during their delivery. The glass door was broken when the package was opened by the Saraf Furniture delivery team at the time of delivery. After repeated calls to the customer care, i am now getting a reply from them that the glass is not covered under warranty. Is this legally right? Warranty is for damages by the customer while using it. How can they quote the warranty for the damage occurred during their delivery? Saraf furniture is cheating customers and i am seeing so many complaints against them from many customers. Why is no action being taken against such unscrupulous companies?
              These people are thieves. We have paid for the study table and kitchen cabinet and haven't received them . Daily follow up, no response other than wait for a couple of more days. It has been 2 months!!
              Ashish from customer care and jitesh modi from their delivery team are utter frauds.

                I had booked a set of two solid wood easy chairs with Saraf Furniture which, entailed a set of 3 Jaipur stools as per information available on the company's website as per order no. 1NSF89642133.

                However, the set of stools has not been delivered and the company's representative is not able to give any reply for the non-delivery.

                I request for an expeditious delivery of the promised product.

                  After repeating emails and calls NO ACTION is taken from your end.
                  I have been waiting for more than 3 monthss now. As stated in my earlier emails 2 chairs (out of 4)and dining table top are broken. (Sent all the photos twice in earlier email)
                  This was also noticed by your team of carpenters and they clicked n sent the photos to you in front of me.

                  To my surprise your support guy on call tells me that he received report for only one chair whereas carpenter sent all the photos in front of me and even called the person.

                  Reinstating that I don't need any replacement of broken items as most of the parts are damaged, please TAKE YOUR PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND MY MONEY ASAP.

                  This is causing me harrasement and my baby is also hurt with the broken chair.

                  A defective piece us occupying space in my home since 4 months with zero service.

                  Saraf furniture has no rights to do business if the cannot deliver what they commit.

                    We had purchased a Sofa Online, over and above the cost the Company asked us to pay for Octroi at the last minute while our Sofa was stuck in transit. Received written email saying from Saraf Furniture requesting us to pay for Octroi which they will re imburse.

                    Repeated follow up calls, mails, no response from this unresponsive organization. Terrible experience!

                      One of the most unprofessional people work for this organisation who do not understand meaning customer service is.

                      My order was placed on jan 29th for rs.150, 000. Items were received in april, and most of them had snags and repairable damages. They arranged another unprofessional carpenter from pune to rectify who could not do it. After a lot of mails and calls going from dubai, they assured they would replace the dressing table which was broken due to bad packaging, and this is already over 1.5 months and until now they have not done the replacement. And we call everyday.

                      And everyday it is being told that it is shipped yesterday - then again broke and it will leave after 2 days. Now we are mid may and this is going on for days.

                      Also, these junkies have an # unprofessional spineless boss - so called owner - name is raghunath and his mob no. Is [protected]... Who will say he is not the owner. Probably he knows he is a deceiver and deceiving people of their money. So wants to hide.

                      They don't even have the decency to return the money of the damaged or goods that need to be replaced, as all is paid in advance.

                      The phones are never picked up, if picked all false information is passed.

                      Raghunath never answers, if answers the mobile by chance - he will disconnect if he knows you are calling regarding your problem with the company.

                      Then there are jokers like ankit and vikas who lie like crazy. The customer service in this insaraf is a joke. No one can be trusted. Liars, liars and liars.

                      Beware - never buy from them.

                        I had purchased a queen size cot online through your website www.insaraf.com. They delivered a defective cot (crack and bend on the frame and with a big crack on leg) for which I have neither received the refund, nor replacement, in spite of repeated complaints over the phone and through email. I have contacted your office more than 30 times but you have neither returned a single call nor answered to any of my emails.
                        I would request for refund the money that I actually paid and take back the defective product. I am no longer looking for a replacement because I am not satisfied with their service.

                          I got a broken piece of bed and 2 side tables which have wrong dimensions.

                          I have been trying to get the products changed, but, no one is responding to the calls. Chandan, salesperson in Ghitrorni is not replying to mails, Jitender/Parveen in warehouse are not picking up calls. Parveen is not confirming when my bed and side tables will be changed.

                          Ashish from customer care has no clue where his manager is, or when the products will be replaced.

                          Insaraf is a pathetic company, which seems fake and untrustworthy. After getting the payment, they stop responding to customers calls. Their post sales service is pathetic and they don't seem to care if their customer is sleeping on floor for 2 weeks after getting wrong product.

                          I am going to file a complaint in consumer forum this week against all the above names and insaraf owner. This is not how one treats their customer.

                          I want these issues resolved right away or else refund. I am never buying from this crappy desi company again and I am going to tell all my social contacts never to trust this fake company.

                            Dear Sir /Mam,

                            I ordered a TV unit online on 20th Dec 2016 ( Order No-NSF[protected], which was delivered on 24 th Dec 2016. As we open the wrapping as it was preinstalled, we found edge damage, which was fresh . we immediately took picture and put up complain .
                            we could provide all evidence if required. they assure us to send a specially designed kit to repair and also a carpenter once kit arrived . after many follow ups and warning to go to forum they send third party agent on 10 th feb 2017 to repair but the kit never arrived .Agent said it cannot be repaired n need to be replaced and called insaraf in front o[censored]s. since that day I am calling them till today all they say we will replace but have to discuss with senior, they don't let us talk to senior or they repeat the things or the guy on phone would say I am new, I don't know anything I will talk to senior. its really frustrating as they don't wanna give back money either. please help and teach them good lesson as if you see their fb page its full of same complains. people regretting doing any purchase from them.

                              I purchased a dinner table worth 27000 from you site on 10th March.

                              I was requested for ID proof and credit card proof which i submitted the very same day. when I reached your support number after 20 days. they said they will ship it in 1-2 days. when I contacted your support again after 3 days they said they need my address proof. This is the most pathetic sales and service experience I have ever had. If you guys needed my address proof you could have replied to my email with ID proof you don't have to give that excuse after 25 days.

                              when I contacted again on 26th day they said you will get the refund. sure you will give me refund, but I purchased that on Credit card EMI.

                              Who is going to pay my credit card EMI interest. your support person refused and said that you will get only refund of MRP and not the EMI. I know Will have to bear the loss for interest charges however this is a fraud.

                                Complaint number 32146.
                                I ordered a bed in 2015 dec.in jan 2016 i receided a bed. From day of delivery i am contacting saraf furnitures about defects in bed but till today they are over looking my problem. More than a year is passed now. I want my money back now with compensation amount.
                                I have sent them more than 90 mails. Average 1 call a day, and lots of chat.
                                Even after that they are not solving my complaint.
                                There are lots of complaint against this company. Dont you think it should be banned?

                                  I at last received the kuber dining set after 22 days of placing the order and am highly disappointed that the product has been delivered with so many defects and issue, to list a few :

                                  1. The dining table "grill" sides have visible cracks on one of the sides
                                  2. The dining table inner sides still have the pores of the termite ( not sure if the wood is really termite treated)
                                  3.The grills in the dining table are not finished and still bare a significant roughness and thin wood files
                                  4. The Table legs are made of joint pieces unlike the one i was told in your display center that it will be a single log of wood for the legs
                                  5. The Chairs too have uneven finishes in almost all of the four
                                  6. There looks to bee a visible / distinguishable difference in the color shaded of all the chairs and table- Looks like there were not part of the same set as neither the grains/ the color/the shades have any matches

                                  With above observations, I had a heated arguments with Mr.Suresh ( Bangalore sales executive), Mr.Rakesh ( delivery executive) and Mr.Shubam ( Rajasthan's Dispatch manager) and here is the final outcome of the discussion:
                                  1. The entire set has been agreed to be replaced in ten days _ Suresh confirmed this.
                                  2. Shubam, offered to sen his senior most carpenter to have a check on all the issues in this unit by tomorrow (sunday - 12 Mar)

                                  but still there has been no calls from their end and no body has even bothered to call back / reply to my emails.

                                    This is to bring attention to INSaraf Furniture team for the Order No -Order -#INSF80152133 for the #Fraud you people are doing with customers.
                                    Just to give you background on this – we had ordered a temple from your website and it’s not delivered as mentioned on the website with respect to size and color – it’s totally different.
                                    Request you to please take it return /refund/credit.
                                    As I had called up help desk so many times without a resolve on this. “This is very bad experience and very unprofessional behavior from INSARF Team.”
                                    If no action will be taken on this – I am compelled to take this Fraud to CONSUMER COURT and will Complaint further on this.

                                      I had ordered a Romeo Bed along with 2 side tables and a 6 seater Romeo Dining table set from insaraf.com via order no. INSF80862133.

                                      This was delivered on 4t March 2017. The delivery guys assembled the furniture and left with the packaging material. After checking the products I found some defects in the dining table. There are few cracks and a rotten wood support below. The bed also had many manufacturing defects. I had raised a complaint and asked for replacement via complaint no. 46004 and 46019. I was informed that a senior technician will visit after 48 hours which did not happen. The customer support has said that they need supplies to come from Rajasthan to Bangalore in order to take care of this issue. I request you to please look into this and facilitate a speedy resolution.

                                      They claim on their website to provide lifetime warranty against termite attack. But the Dining table itself has a rotten support below from the very first day.While I called their customer care they said it's ok since the support is below. Is this the way to provide a service and is delivering substandard product is okay?
