Order 1NSF[protected], Nov 25th, 2 itmes, with shipping date mentioned as 9 and 12 days. Now shipping date moved from a month to 40 days, couple of week back got update the product under inspection will be shipped with in a week. Now after chasing up multiple times they mention it is in final stage of production will complete it in 7 days but ship it by Jan 5th 2021. Here also pathetic liars, so no inspection was done at all, and they mention 7 days to complete so should get complete by Dec 31 considering holidays in between but no answer why shipment on Jan 5th . Not sure will get it shipped by mentioned date.

    Broken bookcase was delivered. On complaining they agreed for a replacement. It's been four months now and still the replacement is not shipped. They are simply delaying the shipment and not giving refund.

      I ordered on 21st October. First order dispatch date was 16th November then 20th Nov then 30th Dec, 3rd Dec, 4th Dec, 10th Dec, 13th Dec, 14th Dec, 17th Dec, 20th Dec and now no date. I have spend 27k on saraf.com and now i think they are really fraud as i have not recieved my bed. I am from Delhi, temperature has already dropped 5°c and this company has forced me to sleep on a mattress on the floor while my family is sleeping on the single bed which i have. I cannot sleep well because of this company. I want my bed delivered. I am sleeping on the floor. Order- INSD[protected]

        My order I'd with insaraf is 1NSF[protected]
        I have placed my oder in 2 nd of December by making a full payment for my product as there is no option for paying on delivery.
        Delivery time mentioned on the website while ordering was 11 days
        It is already 18 days since my order and not received the product.they are not allowing me to cancel the order also and whenever I call their customer care says next week we will deliver.

        My money is hung now and I am being cheated by them.

          I had ordered 6 seater dining set, out of which I received 2 broken chairs. I had sent the complain over the email and they have confirmed to replace the broken chairs. After one month if follow up, they have still not shipped the replacement chair.
          Order #1NSF[protected]. Everytime I call them, the customer service executive keeps saying that they will dispatch in next one week but they are not taking nay action on it.

            The initial delivery date mentioned was Nov 20, 2020. It is December 18th today and still no progress or confirmation on when my product will be delivered. Every time I call, customer service gives a different date and different Order status(In QC, under Production, shipping in next 3 days.. and what not) and Reason. I have chat history to back each conversation with support where they have promised different delivery dates.

              Delay in delivery of product /false promises

              On 16th October, I ordered for a king size bed, based on the nice reviews and company reputation of Saraf Furniture. On the website it was advertised in bold everywhere "3 week delivery pan-India", looking at that I placed the order (Order #INSF[protected]. Today being 18th December and i have still been getting "assurance" that I will receive the delivery "soon". The bed which was supposed to come prior to diwali, was told to me will be delivered...

              Hi I had purchased a dining table and two beds from insaraf in July 2020. We recived the product in September 2020 after repeatedly following up. That was one headache. Now we have found out that one chair from the dining set is defective. Whenever anyone sits on it, there is a kila/screw inside the cushion which is poking /hurting the person sitting on it.

              After raising a complaint via mail, it's been 7 days no one has turned up. Mr Vikas via mail is insisting for a photo to be sent. I don't understand how can the company expect to send a photo of a kila / screw which is inside the cushion. Do they want us to tear the cushion and sent the photo???

              Funny thing is when spoken over call on [protected], first I spoke to mr.. Vinod, he said photo is not required we shall send the technician . Then no one turned up. Then mr. Satheesh Kumar said he will arrange for a technician and photo is not required. But again no one turned up. Then mr Rupesh said he will send a technician and again photo is not required. Now a new thing happened, mr aniket said photo is required even if kila is not visible and that these people lied to me that they will send the technician.

              How ridiculous are these people ? When questioned if it's ok to send a photo of the chair without the kila he said ya ya it's ok.

              Insaraf is one of the bogus customer service company.. people should stop buying stuff as it's hopeless and pathetic customer service they have.
              When told them to call me on my registered number, no one has called back .

                    My invoice number for order is INSF[protected], Insaraf had delivered the items on 20th September, however, both the items were found broken. When I called up Insaraf, they requested me to take a replacement instead of refund of money. Now it's been more than two months, they have not delivered the replacement items. They have noted down all my numbers, hence they don't pick up my call. However, if you call them from different number for giving order, they will pick the call.

                    It seems Insaraf is not interested in delivery nor refund of money and the worst thing is that they don't care. Probably, they have to many customers to care for an individual customer.

                    Since three months they are not giving the product not refunding the money

                      Since 15th Oct I have been chasing company for defective product delivered. Now they are neither refunding money or exchanging the good. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING . Beware of them. Too many defects in the product delivered.

                      Bubbles in paint
                      Rusted handles
                      Non firm hinges
                      Polish not acceptable
                      Drawers making too much noise.

                      ON TOP OF it, mails are bouncing and no one is even attending to calls.

                        Placed an order on 18th Aug, product was supposed to be delivered by 30th Aug,

                        Initiated a request for cancellation they refused to cancel and refund stating that it has to be done within 24 hours only..

                        After a lot of escalations Defective product was delivered in Oct 2020.

                        Since 5th of Oct chasing and escalating for a replacement or REFUND none of them are being processed

                        Totally FRAUD comapany, no responses, this shud be banned in total

                          I have purchased 4 items from InSaraf online furniture shop on 19th Oct 2020 and they promised delivery on 14th Nov 2020. I paid full price upfront and still haven't received any of these products. I am following up with them on mails, calls and chats and they keep postponing the delivery date by giving lame excuses. I have asked them to refund my money and they haven't responded to my request. My order no is #INSF[protected]. This is very frustrating ! Worst service ever!!!

                            The " Solid Wood Country EVA Sideboard " was delivered on 29th August and saw a number of issues with the delivered product.

                            Reference : Case#123253

                            The following issues were reported to [protected]@insaraf.com and
                            [protected]@insaraf.com on 30th August via email:
                            1. Incorrect dimensions - I had ordered the sideboard to be of 60" length and the received sideboard is for 63" . Due to this the overall dimensions do not match the order specifications (refer to the attached images).
                            The drawers should have been 1 feet, but they are 1 feet 6 inches

                            Saraf team sent a technician twice for inspection. This technician agreed that the delivered product is not as per specifications.
                            But after exchanging 52 emails and countless phone calls to their customer support team, this is the reply I get:

                              I waited for 26 days for my order no. 1NSF[protected]

                              First while purchasing I saw it was written 11 days for dispatch, then after purchase the date moved to 26th Nov. But they did not update me on status and neither their website was updated with the status.
                              They updated it only on 27th or 28th Nov after I complained on Facebook.

                              Then even today (29th Nov) I am seeing that it is showing 30th Nov as the new dispatch date.
                              When I chatted with their representative on chatbot on their website, he informed me that it will be dispatched by 5th December.

                              I CANNOT TOLERATE THIS, I CANNOT WAIT FOR ANY LONG NOW.

                              I requested them TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND REFUND MY MONEY TODAY ITSELF.

                              But they replied on mail refusing to refund my money. But they did not mention anything about the delivery of the bed that I have ordered and paid online.

                                I ordered the bed with 2 side tables for my parents bedroom, keeping in the mind the existing color scheme and mattress size we have.

                                Sadly, wrong polish finish was delivered to our home on Monday Nov 9th. The driver argued continuously with my mother that the paper work says it’s the same color that we ordered and his job is to only deliver. If we have further questions we should contact the company. And here is where the fun begins.

                                The only way to get any word from this company is via a support email address which haven’t responded to my emails since Monday, other than acknowledging that my complaint has been received and I’ll hear back in 2 days. A week later no follow up. Now it has been 20days issue still no word!

                                We reached out to the local store, where my parents went to check the color of the finish, before I placed the online order. Of course, the person keep on arguing that he has nothing to do with the order and they are just a display location and we should email support team for help. The online customer service chat recommended to email support team as well.

                                With Rs. 40, 000 spent on a product that I didn’t order I’m not sure what is taking this company so long to replace the furniture with the correct color. Also to note that the bed is 2” longer than the size listed on the website, which doesn’t allow us to use the mattress we already have.

                                So, not only did I get incorrect color I’m stuck with incorrect size as well. I would recommend not to waste your money with this company. I fully heartedly wanted to support local “made in India” brand but alas this is where I feel hopeless and cheated. I loved their designs and would have definitely ordered more stuff if our initial experience was positive but now I can’t trust them.

                                  I placed an order on 25th November and within two hours of placing the order i sent an email requesting for cancellation as i saw extremely negative reviews. Then I called them to cancel, messaged them, did everything possible but there was no response, later they said that they cannot cancel. They never respond, im tired of following up with them please help me get my money back

                                    Saraf furniture had delivered dinning table with full of termites eaten chairs. When I raised this to their support team then I am not at all getting satisfactory response. I have paid 45 thousand rupees for this and in return I have received crap.
                                    No help from anyone from Saraf furniture team.

                                      If there was an option to give negative stars, this company completely deserved it. I ordered 3 products worth 80k on the 9th of September(INSF[protected] and till date ie. 25th Nov, they have not been delivered. Numerous calls and mails have resulted only in delayed timelines. Multiple dates have been given after several reminders. Not once has anyone bothered to call or inform in almost 2.5 months. Everytime I have called, a date of next week has been provided. They don't have anyone to address the complaints, no one is bothered about the plight of the customers. Whatever positive reviews one may find on the net, they are fake.

                                      Never even think of ordering through them. It doesn't get worse than this.
