I have purchased a saree worth Rs.1525 on 16.10.2023 evening for gifting purpose at Padi Saravana. since my friend did not like the colour, I returned it and received a cash bill on 17.10.2023 evening. Reported about this to the supervisor in the return counter and he took me to the first floor and taken my number and said will call in 1 or 2 days. But till now I didn't receive any call.
As I don't have any faith on the working staff, I want to bring this to management's knowledge.
The return supervisor was very rude and harsh to me. I felt insulted. But I don't want to loose my money.
I request Saravana Store PADI management to look into this and help me at the earliest.

    Today I have visited Chrompet Saravana Store. While entering into the parking slot, security come and collect the parking fee as Rs:50. Also, he said that you can claim the parking fee into the shopping or any food court. He clearly mentioned to claim the amount in the food court. While trying to purchase the product, I'm not satisfied to purchase. So I decided to take some snacks in the food court and claim the parking fee. At the time I checked the food court, they are refused to accept the parking bill. Also, they're told to reach out the supervisor. When I checked with both of the supervisor & security, both are treated me irrespectively. Also, they forced me to buy a product from their store.

    Please make some changes on the parking fee. Because your not providing the security to my bike. That was mentioned the board.
    Parking at Owners Risk. Then why your collecting parking fee?

        We went to shopping today 19th Sep at morning 10AM. We are returning to the parking area by 11.30AM and we found that our helmet is missing. We were searching for our helmet and found that our helmet was under in different bike. Therefore we took the helmet and went home. while we reached home found that it was again not our helmet. Therefore we wanted to return that incorrect helmet and need to get our original helmet.

              We visited Padi Saravana Stores, 5th Floor supervisor Christopher yelled at my mother in law infront of a group crowded, she is a aged person. We used to shop here since the shop was opened, is this what your customer service is all about!? She was so humiliated. I went and asked how can we treat an old person like this he carelessly denied he didn't do anything wrong when i said I will lodge a complaint and asked for his name he said his name was Christopher and asked to do what I can do. I either want him to apologise to her for his unethical behaviour or else we won't turn up to the shop again and I'm filing a case against Saravana Stores for causing her heartache.

                Yesterday my family came for shopping in Saravana Stored in car...in the car parking someone has damaged our car...and the securities were so irresponsible and the employees are responding properly...not a safe place to park your cars...not going to shop anymore in this shop...
                They are not worth for even one star...

                    I have purchased 2 chairs and 1 dressing table from padi saravana stores. 1 chair and dressing table was delivered on Monday as they confirmed. Another chair was delivered only today. Moreover today's delivered chair was damaged, ! Armrest is not screwed at all. The delivery partner asked me to buy screws and fit them for myself! Why are we buying such costly products from a reputed store which is very far from my stay place - Adyar to do all these assembling work?
                    I need a replacement for this damaged product. Please consider the complaint and fo the needful ASAP.

                            I had buy a berow 1 and half year back in Saravana store furniture in t nagar, right now last 2 weeks the painting are getting removed because they haven't paint red oxide coating before painting the enamal paint they are giving the worst product and cheating the customers
                            Very bad experience from Saravana store.
                            I had seen the paint removed area the steel are totally rusted, they are given the old berow with new paint and sell it now the truth face of berow is showed
                            So please fail a complaint about that cheating

                              Hi, last sunday I purchased one computer table and cycle for emergency purpose. I said i take this with me using another delivery mode..but they promised me that they can able to deliver by next day, so i accepted and paid the Amount also..But I didn't receive any delivery or calls from respective store..We tried many ways but not responding properly..Later one person picked and said your table is damaged so we deliver another table tomorrow..After 4 days we still not recieved.. Irresponsible work by saravana store(padi)..Dont purchase anything if you want take your own vehicle for the goods .

                                  I purchased bed for Rs., 36000 from Saravana Store Padi. Delivery was delayed and received on 04.03.2023. But the delivered cot had a damaged ply. The top ply surface had bubbles, was peeling off, and breaking at various places. It was without polishing. So we returned it. When asked to replace, they redelivered the same ply the next day at 10 pm night on 05.03.2023. So we had to again return it. The contact person is not responding. Poor customer care. So not able to use the bed. Waiting to get good ply back.

                                    Hi, I had purchased 10 sarees from Saravana stores on 12th Feb 2023 and wanted to gift it to my staff...once we brought the saree home...we realised the sarees were not as shown in the catalogue picture on the cover...so i took it for exchange along with the bill and price tags on 14th Feb 2023 ...the Man at the exchange counter refused to exchange saying this is not a reason for exchange and you cannot exchange and started yelling at me as to why I didn't check them earlier before buying them...there is absolutely no customer service in Saravana Stores staff...that is not the way to talk I only asked for exchange I didn't ask for refund...the way the staff behaved was absolutely very blunt...they are spoiling the name of Saravana stores...very very bad behaviour...finally the exchange was done after the staff yelled and shouted at us.

                                      A few days ago, I came to your shop and bought some items and when I went to the bill counter to pay the bill, one of the female employees was standing for a long time, so I asked you to come and put my items. in a plastic bag. She said don't tell me this, tell someone else, I told you to stop complaining to your manager, go to whoever you want to complain to, he told me no problem, then the manager who came to the place was very polite and gave me my stuff in a plastic bag, But the employee there didn't care at all and just stood there smiling at me and the manager didn't ask the employee anything about the incident. This incident happened on 31st January 2023 at 1:44 PM and not only that, many employees there are also doing the same, this incident took place at padi Super Saravana Store which is very saddening to me and I humbly request you to take this into your notice and rectify these issues.

                                        I bought bed cot from padi saravana stored on 27.01.23 and delivered on 30.01.23. The driver who delivered was very irresponsible delivered the product out of delivery time and he was on drunked position. The driver not in condition to deliver the bed cot fully drunked.. And delivered the product from lifting from street itself, , , we paid for 1st floor service and the delivered in very worst condition, , , bed cot have so many scratches... They need to take and replace with new one.
