sir/madam,
this is to bring to your notice that people in the fifth floor of new saravana stores (have no ID cards on them) are collecting unusual fine from the customers using harsh words on them, and making them to pay the fine... they don't even have proper books to record... it is an act of complete stupidity and i wonder why the propreitors are encouraging such a kind of act....the customer was so embarassed and didn't know what to do except to pay the fine for no fault... i was there watching all the drama but rendered helpless. the guy who collected the money was so crude and dirty... the affected customer didn't have that much money. she was stuggling a lot to get out of the situation. please take necessary actions, and my kind request is not to appoint these kind of guys who are not civilised.

saravana stores people are just bastrads, they constantly harass customers and collect fine from them necessarily by insulting and humiliating them. Its an arrangement between the owner and employees. But the owner acts as if he doesnt know all these. Even if we complaint to police in T.Nagar they wont take any action. They will get money from saravana stores people and just insult the person who makes complaint. The Government should actually ban such shops.

    I bought a bag in this shop but have not seen that the bag was torn. When i came back to my house we saw that the bag was torn and immediately we called the Saravana Stores but there was no proper response. As im working in a private concern im unable to go in the Working days. so i went on saturday to replace it. But when i went there, there was no proper response and made me to go to 2nd floor, 3rd floor, 4th floor to get the approval from the Supervisor. Finally i met the supervisor named Perumal, but he was looking at the bag and said that this is how it will be...if you want go anywhere and complaint...im the manager....and he is not facing me and moved out of the floor....With no good response from the Supervisor side..i made a move out of that IDIOTIC shop....

    Why they have a Shop(that to on the main road of TNagar..besides the bridge) with no good quality goods and why they are cheating the people and playing with the money of the people..where no good response from the Managers or Supervisors.

    Please take neccessary action to close these kind of shops and save the peoples money as they were bring this from their HARDWORK.

      I purchased Fomentation Bag from New Saravana Stores, 129 Usman Road, T.Nagar, Chennai 17. Stopper for Fomentation Bag was not available, when i tried to contact to the phone number provided in www.saravanastoresnew.com, as 28140699 no one to answer. Can you help me to resolve this.

        I bought the shofa in saravana stores after 1 month that is goin in side when i am siting on the new sofa, and also when we sit on it there is some of wood is in side that is hiting us while on siting. For this compliant i met the saravana stores what they are telling that that shofa vendor is our consignment vendor before one month it self we have closed that cont with them, i will give tha vendor no you can call the cendor and tell the same. They have give the no i also called after 10 days he sent one person for checking the status, after he found out that is not good all 3 pc are very bad condition, he is talking to the Owner of the company in HINDY i am able to understand what they are discussing. After the convercation he told me we will tack the shofa to our facatry and we will do some repair and we will return back the same pc, i asked i have bought the new shofa @ 13000 Rs why should i hae to give the NEW shofa for the repair i said i need new sofa are ells i will go the consumer court he said we will not give the new one, for this you can go to any court nothing will happle. so please consider this and do the need full.

        Even their service is not good. Very very bad customer experience and very bad store.
        If the store is giving guarantee then they must only replace the item. They should not give vendors number to contact . Then what is the use of warranty card. Its duty of sarvana store to replace the item
        very bad condition to all thinks...
        I brought a Dining table, it had black patches on delivery, I asked them to replce it, but they are telling its the design, and they were not willing to replace it. the Supervisor Annamalai, Murali are very cunning guys at that store.

        DO NOT GO TO SARAVANA FURNITURES

          I bought an Web Camera from Saravana Stores on March 29th. I asked them at the time of purchase it self to check the item as i am going to USA on next day. They promised me that it will work fine as all the items in showcase are tested.

          After reaching there i could not make use of it. It is not recogonising at all. Then i returned to India on 1st week of April, i went there on 20th of may and asked to take a return of the item and replace with other one. They just shouted and not willing to attend me at all.

          I spoke with Reception guys. They just gave me one service center address and asked me to go there for a service.

          And they are claiming that no body in stores knows about anything. Why are you guys having people like this putting us in trouble?

          It's so common at Saravana Stores. I managed to buy a walkman a few years ago and it didnt even work for a single day. And all the bucks I shelled out for that stupid stuff went waste... So my sincere advice is dare not go near SS..
          I went to saravana stores (Bramandamai ) last month which is located in panagal park next to RMKV. The steps which we are climbing down is very slippery and i found a aged person fell down when stepping down. I went and informed to a one of a manager he told that they will take care.

          Recently again i went to the same shop and when climbing down i myself fell down, i went to the same manager and i told him regarding this, he said the same thing that he will take care..

          For the last 8 years i am listining the same that saravana & co good in selling but does not take care of customer service.
          Saravana stores is one of the worst retail shop I have ever seen in my life. I doubt structure of the building has enough safe exit in case of any emergency. Lift service is also unimaginably worst. I am scar to go inside. Shopping is one kind of relaxation but no one will experience that relaxation when have shopping in sarvana stores. You will get worthless products in return to money you pay...Consumer care is still worst. that sales girls are behaving as if we have visited them to beg. Facilities is not up to the level of consumer satisfaction. It is quite apparent that owners have corrupted all levels of govt staff to wink at this forged behaviour. In grocery section apart from branded items there is quantity figure in all saravana stores packed grocery items.If same things happens in small shops what will be the reaction from concern department.
          Behavior not good supervisor puts his hand in customers trouser pocket ridicules
