The HR manager,

For a couple of months now I have been dealt with very poorly by most of your store assistants, the customer service is so bad in fact that I felt it was worthy of this complaint. Every time we do shopping at saravana store in all your branches its such bad experience and feel disappointed with the service we receive by all your employees including the cashier and the shop assistants and the shop managers too. We were insulted in front of thousands of client inside saravana store.

Before I send an personal email to your CEO I feel that you should address this poor attitude as soon as possible to the HR first.
As a customer, I do not feel that I am wanted and could easily take my business to another store. It may be worth reminding to all your employees that Customer service is must.
Such events Tarnish your reputed store in chennai.
Hope we receive a reply from you and bring change in your company.

      Very bad customer service at Super Saravana jewellery, Purasaivakkam.My old gold exchange was taken back at lesser price than the actual market, inspite of putting wastage and other stuffs . They are not informing the customers about the old gold exchange process . The estimation was given only after dismantling the old gold, only then we realised that the gold exchange rate is lesser than the actual market rate . Which means in no ways I will be able to retrieve my old jewels. Such a fraudulent behaviour. And when I went to enquire about the same, Dinakar, a person who takes care of Old gold, humiliated me in front of the crowd and treated me like a beggar . He just told that he can’t be explaining such things to such people. What does that mean . I know what to do further with this issue if you don’t revert back .

          Yesterday[protected], I bought some dress in the gent's section, I was paid 450 on the time of 07.08 Pm through a debit card. But in my bank account, the same amount would be debited two times.

            Today we purchased for bill amount of 3500, we lacked a cash of 200 rs, we asked them to take back some product worth 200 rupees, but that attender in cash counter insulted us very much in front of other customer, and throwed our product, we some how managed to pay the amount.we never likely to return to your store. Very much dissappointed by your service

              I have booked double dot corner sofa on 6th Jan 21 and received same on 26th Jan 21. Sofa cloth stitching is not upto mark. Moreover one sofa is deshaped (narrow from bottom), which cause gap between sofas.

                Hi Team.

                As regular customer of Saravana Store, I need one help from you regarding 3seater wooden sofa..I bought this on[protected] bill no. PR/2021/37743. It was came to delivery on[protected] but cannot be lifted to 1st floor due to low space and gone retuned to Saravana Store warehouse. So recommended to buy mattresses but now mattresses not demand for me and since billed bill no. PR/2021/63279. But now I need same 3seater and will keep in ground floor.

                I am looking forward to hear from you!

                  I have purchased provisional items from purasawalkam for worth of appro Rs.80000/- on[protected], in the billing time and also in item delivery time I asked your staffs that whether any offers or gifts is there for this purchased amount but your staffs told that there is no nothing offers is there for this now. Then yesterday night I shared to my friend that I gone to super Saravana store purasawalkam and purchased appro Rs.80k then she told that silver coin offers is there have received. Then I am so shocked and surprised to hear that I asked your staffs they told nothing offer is there then today (26.01.2021) I visited your pursawalkam branch I explained about the detail they have not responsibly replied and not behaved properly. They made us to go and ask here and there there is no proper responsible from your staffs which made us to feel very very bad and feel not to visit hereafter your showroom again. For my purchase totally 27 silver coins to be given but voluntarily your staffs not informed me on Sunday from 3.00 pm to 7.40 pm I was in your showroom only all your staff one by one came and asked why you are purchasing this much amount what for this they asked reason but no one informed about this offer. What is my request is don't know about your offer when I was in your showroom till 7.40pm next day night I come to know about the offers from my friend so today I came directly and requested about the offers belongs to me which is not informed by your staffs. I am requesting you to kindly check if there is my mistake if I already known about the offers and I forgot to ask means there is my mistake then I will agree that but I asked your all staffs who have billed and checked the items even from start ing to last till ending time I requested them tell me any offers is there but your staff told no nothing then tell me how could I come to know about the offers you have. This is not first time yearly yearly I will come and I have purchased from you. Please check and look into this matter and I hope your esteemed concern will give correct judgment.

                  This is not a correct judgement from your esteemed concern. Because on next day i visited your purasawalkam showroom after my purchase on[protected] they have not informed us that the offer or gift is for textile purchase. They also agreed and they only calculated the silver coin of 27 nos to the purchase amount of Appr. 80, 000/-

                  I am very surprised to hear you that the offer is only for textile purchase means then why your staff informed me that for this much purchase amount this much silver coin is there for you.. Because i come know this offer if only from your manager, staff and moreover i have spoken to your customer care staffs (i have record also about my conversion with customer care) they also informed me the same and they also confirmed me the same.

                  I want to know that the offers you are issuing to the customers is not well known by your staff and customer care department dealing with or interacting with customers..

                  Please give correct and genuine judgement because i am not asking extra benefit from you i am just requesting the offer / gift which belong to me because i have purchased for appro. 80, 000/- in your showroom and regularly i am coming yearly yearly.. This is my doing for social welfare to the people who is suffering from poverty by our team..

                  I hope you will take correct action in this matter and i am waiting for your reply which will help the people who have nothing in their life for them it will be useful.

                    I purchased mazak set or Matt finish necklace paired with earings on 21st January 2021 from sarvana store, padi, chennai. The cost of the set is
                    Rs 428.
                    At home when I opened the necklace I found thin golden wire is used to tie the necklace at the middle. Besides transparent sticking tape was put on it. I though this could be packing trick. However I realised the two hooks at the middle which hold rest of the others beads are broken. The necklace is actually three piece as small middle part and two large periphery parts.
                    It seems in oder to hide defect manufacturer tied the necklace at the middle.
                    I attached the photo
                    F if written on the cardboard where necklace was arranged.
                    My bill no is PA/2021/1586957 timing 4:22 pm. The cost of the total bill Rs 1587.

                      Today I have visited with my wife to your store for purchase hair band and clip with 4th floor but we have faced the situation as thief due to your supervisor and working people treated in worst way. Due to our prestige issue we came back to the store silently. I am a advocate from high court bar coucill you will face serious concequence about this issue. I will update all my concerns about your store across all social web sites.. you and your store will affect through ombudsman.. no maness treating the customers... I will file case in consumer court against your shop working people and administration...

                        We have visited legend Saravana store on yesterday at PADI branch, we were purchased around 8K for pongal festival after that we went to food court 9th floor, we met Karthika in cash counter she denied to accept cash she was attacked to us like kudos with ugly words, please training to Ur staff we are human being not for animals she treated like dogs, is this Ur service ? Are u people know the customers important?

                        From 20 years we have purchased in Saravana store, here after we will not purchase, she used very silly words " கண்ணு தெரியலையா ? பசி இருக்குனா இங்க தான் சாப்டணுமா?
                        உன்னால முடிஞ்சா எங்க போய் வேன complaint பண்ணிக்கோ,

                        She was used singular words very disappointment I am not seen any people's like this Karthika

                              I bought a wooden almirah on November 19 2020, from Saravana Stores Furnitures buliding Padi chennai.

                              They promised me a delivery on November 26. And said it will be delivered in pieces, Very next day technician will come and assemble it.

                              Real Problem Starts here:

                              The Almirah got delivered on 27. And the technician didn't turn up for fixing. We waited almost several days extra.

                              Later I contacted the shop, they transfer the call to respective division people. His name is Arun(He is malayalee, just for identification). He promised me that he will send technician will arrive asap. But he fails. Again waited for few more days.

                              Then technician came on December 4, Please note, the technician isn't from Saravana, he personally said that he works in Damros and came in request of Arun, employee of saravana.

                              He fixed the almirah on December 4 morning 9am. But he said, the almirah one side wood is totally bent, please ask for replacement.

                              Then i contacted Arun for the problem, he said he will send technician again on December 5.

                              As well as, from December 5 the Almirah lock isn't opening, We placed our dress inside the almirah.

                              Our dress now got locked. But there is no proper response from Arun. He is totally negligent. He is not sending any technician.

                              Higher officials, if any one notices it, please take respective action against him.

                              We customers are reaching you with trust in your products and customer service you provide. But you people are failing in it.

                                      The name of the Customer is somu... and he is in 5 floor... he charged fine amount of 1000 rs ... and he not even gave the bill to the customers... and also behaved very rude...without knowing the truth
