The name of the Customer is somu... and he is in 5 floor... he charged fine amount of 1000 rs ... and he not even gave the bill to the customers... and also behaved very rude...without knowing the truth

            I went to purchase before Diwali and experienced worst customer service from the sales girls standing for products and billings...most of them were send hometown for Diwali and the remaining girls almost showing their whole frustration on us. For simply questions like we're is the section the girls yelled at us with irritating humms...Working for lesser salary and 12 hours is their fact if those girls think they are paid less they have to fight their right with store instead the harsh words used against us was totally not acceptable...I thought of even complaining to a supervisor who was also not available and my wife took curtosy on them and said they are pity and don't know what to do so they are yelling at us...Saravana sales Girls please go and get some training from sales girls from GRT and other showroom...if I do the same like this girls do I am out of my job as I am also working for one of CS

                  Sir,
                  We have been purchasing very regularly all our house hold Articles as well as clothes all our family members. We purchased convection type Microwave oven 25L of Kenstar from your Furniture Mart on 30.10.2020 bearing bill No.PR/2021/91706 for Rs.11, 800/-. At the time of purchase when we requested them to do a demonstration, a sales girl namely Mrs. Subha assured as that company representative will come and do the demo and had given the date of 02.11.2020 for such demonstration. We both are working and therefore expecting their visit one o[censored]s availed leave and waiting for them to come. However, no person contacted us till 4.56 pm. At 4.57 pm one person from Mobile No. [protected] called me up and said your address has no clarity. I had given the Sales girl at Furniture Mart a clear address of our house. However, I sent my address and location map to the person who called me up at 4.57 pm. Thereafter one another person at 7.57 called me up through his mobile No.[protected] and asked for my address. I gave him address and requested to do the demo today itself as we cannot avail leave one more day which was no avail. I called up the sales girl number [protected] who did not pick up my call despite we attempted twice. We are worried, even after immediate purchase the service provided by the company KENSTAR is not upto the satisfaction. I request your management to do take corrective measures immediately otherwise we may tend to take a decision not to visit your esteemed Stores as your staff seems to be very lenient towards customer service which could not be the mantra of your Stores with the request to return the product we purchased from you.

                        We purchased a clothing and exchange was not made in Saravana store Ranganathan Street T.Nagar. The customer service was very poor and they disrespected us and it was a stressful experience and at last they didn't exchange clothing which was a waste of time.

                              Hi,
                              I have ordered one 3 seater sofa on[protected] at the saravana store's furniture shop, padi.

                              And we have received the product on[protected]. After the delivery of the product we are totally disappointed and dissatisfied with the product.

                              The color of the product is totally different which we chosen at the store. And bottom of the sofa is totally worst all the bushes are cross and all the threads are coming out and the finishing is worst. Really very very disappointed.

                              Kindly help us in this issue.

                                  I have always been a big fan of saravana stores. I kept preferring you for all my purchases. Post my wedding when we came to a new home i convinced everyone to purchase furnitures from you. Without hesitation i happily purchased cot, bed, wardrobe, sofa, gas stove, dining table and chairs and so on from chrompet branch

                                  The dining table is the costliest (₹25000) of all. The worst part is it is a damaged one. Right after i got it delivered one leg of it came out, i called up the store and asked for a return or cancellation as it was a failure.
                                  But i was refused for it. Not sure why.

                                  Then i got a contact number for fixing the leg from the store.
                                  But in few days not even ten days before started to use, the second leg came out.

                                  Then it started, till today one by one is coming out even after fixing multiple times.

                                  I keep writing to you for the past year, but got no response. I have the bills too.

                                  Hope you wil take necessary actions for the valuable customers. And i expect a reply at least

                                      I bought haier refrigerator on 21st july 2020 the next day it was delivered but today morning only i was unpacking the refrigerator but inside milk tray was uneven condition and not fixing properly coming out i tried padi furnitures store no one picking the call also

                                      Let me know whom should i contact and do some work on the refrigerator
