Dear Sir, I had purchased new computer table but the quality is very very bad and lots of scratched. The table is in worst condition and does not look like New piece. Also, they don't refund the money nor respond to my requests. I had purchased on 28th August and received on 29th Aug, 21. I call them on 29th and made complaint but there is no response. I am not happy with the same type and requested for change of model even if i have to pay little more. But they said they will replace same model with new piece. Also, they are not ready to provide better model even if i am ready to pay more and there is no response, as of today. Hence, Now, i am not interested to buy from them as i am worried about the quality of other replaced piece. Please, help me get the refund. I have also paid for transportations Rs.300/- (+) 4126/- by Debit card. I would appreciate if you take serious action and settle my claim with higher amount of
penalty, so that they don't play with customers in future.

Sir, I've sent complaint on INGRAM, customer complaint forum (copy attached) but there is no response from the seller, upto today's date.

I purchased the sofa 6 mnth back, quality is poor, woods are getting crack, nails are heading out, foam got in. Whn we bought they didn't deliver the coffe table with then after hundreds of following they delivered it two month delayed. Suggest don't go with saravana for furniture.

I buy some biscuits in Saravanan store tirunelveli i received an expired food product before that i purchased chocolate it having worm inside it i dont know why are you selling expired food items ..i need an answer or reply how did i blindly trust your brand when you are selling expired product, this is the second time i face this issue.

We got a cot with disassembled hydraulic system, a sofa and a coffe table.
During the delivery the coffe table broke so badly and it’s damaged as per the image attached. The hydraulic doesn’t fit the cot provided so it’s also terrific.
The sofa mechanic didn’t come and sofa didn’t go into the house itself. They delivered in the midnight at 3AM which was disturbing for all other flatmates and created a chaos. Totally worst customer delivery and zero satisfaction.

Worst service from padi Saravanana store .. manger he is a fraudulent

I have bought a remote car for a price of 500 ruppess on 14th August 2021 in your chrompet branch. It's not working when we use it, so again came to Saravana stores asking for it but get the irregular response. It's a big amount for you people but for us it's a big amount and one more thing remote car is my kids biggest wishes. Is this the reponse you people giving to the customers... customer satisfaction is the main goal of the shop keepers..but what you persons all have done for us

I purchased a cot from Sarvana Stores Padi branch and it got delivered on 10.08.2021. A crack has been observed on the head side board. I have raised a complaint with Sarvana stores immediately but no prompt response.

Please look into the issue and do the needful.

I bought a new cot in chennai paadi saravana Stores. Booking date 15 th July delivery date 23rd July. Bed bugs are in cot. The bed bugs produce wood powder daily. What a cheap product they gave to me. In teakwood no bed bugs came. I don't know that cot was teakwood or not. Saravana Stores cheated me they gave a normal cot to paint like to show me teakwood cot. Also middle of the cot 2 plywood doesn't match one is upper one is lower. Very hard to sleep. Very ridiculous. Please solve the problem ASAP.

Purchased a dining table and 6 chairs from Sarvana furniture stores padi on Sunday 18th july 21. Installation was done on 21st july 21. Holes were seen in the items. The store was called and informed of the same. The floor supervisor vetri directed to the staff .After many phone calls one of the staff informed that the store people will come and have a look at the furniture today 23rd July 2021 and they will call before coming. No calls since morning. I have called many times but there is no response. This is bad service. Expect an early response

We choosed a top, there was no bill in it so we asked a staff sumathi to verify it in 1st floor but she not even cared is and went for a tea break it seems we don't know this and waiting for more than 45 minutes in billing section...so disgusting is this a responsibility a staff will give for an customer we informed it to gurumoorthi and he too not responded we are totally disappointed for this

Billing counter girl is not respecting to customers and as well as she is careless.
Regarding Bill no: 106183, teak ost cot 6. We have purchased this item on 17th July 2021. In counter billing has been done after finalizing amount. After deducting amount amout she is forcing extra rs.500 for delivery. No one is responsible to support customer issues. After requesting delivery person agreed for free of delivery.
I never faced this type of issues from saravana stores. Please take care.

I have purchased a cot on Dec 2020. But within one month it got cracked and I went to saravana stores and asked for a solution. They gave me a number to contact them for repairs as once they sold its not their responsibility like that they told. Then I followed that person and he came and did some works it was quite ok but after 5 months the crack become bigger and the wood cracks down bit by bit. When I tried to contact that person he is not answering the call. Bought this cot for 25000 with the trust from saravana stores. But its gone in vain, the hard earned money. Realme buds q bill is lost

I have purchased a sofa on jan 24 2021. Its been used for 5 months only but with this short time the sofa getting cracked in single seater and jus now I saw that there is a hole in 3 seater sofa.. I have attached the photo proof for ur reference... Also once the sofa polisher gone, its looked like scribbling on the wood looks like used piece... Having trust in saravana store only we people came their to buy but within short time if the product gets damaged means where the trust goes... Please look into my issue and try to convenience us with proper answers..

I bought range of things from Saravanan stores regularly . But to my disappointment one kadai is not suitable with the induction cooker.

But all others can be used. No doubt sometime back but just stsryed using n my 24' kadai is still new. Thosai kada pressure cookersn other coik wares ok.
Only one very disappointing. How can you replace this item.
