Bed bugs in cot

I bought a new cot in chennai paadi saravana Stores. Booking date 15 th July delivery date 23rd July. Bed bugs are in cot. The bed bugs produce wood powder daily. Item not delivered so far

I ordered a LG 308 Litre Refrigerator on 28-Jul-2021 in The Legend Saravana Furniture Stores Padi - 600050 and the delivery date mentioned in the invoice/bill is 02-Aug-2021, but still item is not delivered to me and no one at Saravana Stores are taking responsibility in checking the status of my order. Dining table and chair

Purchased a dining table and 6 chairs from Sarvana furniture stores padi on Sunday 18th july 21. Installation was done on 21st july 21. Holes were seen in the items. The store was called and informed of the same. Irresponsible staff behaviour regarding

We choosed a top, there was no bill in it so we asked a staff sumathi to verify it in 1st floor but she not even cared is and went for a tea break it seems we don't know this and waiting for more than 45 minutes in billing section...so disgusting is this a responsibility a staff will give for an customer we informed it to gurumoorthi and he too not responded we are totally disappointed for this...

Billing counter girl is not respecting to customers and as well as she is careless.
Regarding Bill no: 106183, teak ost cot 6. We have purchased this item on 17th July 2021. In counter billing has been done after finalizing amount. After deducting amount amout she is forcing extra rs.500 for delivery. No one is responsible to support customer issues. After requesting delivery person agreed for free of delivery.

Cot got cracked

I have purchased a cot on Dec 2020. But within one month it got cracked and I went to saravana stores and asked for a solution. They gave me a number to contact them for repairs as once they sold its not their responsibility like that they told. Received a bad sofa

I have purchased a sofa on jan 24 2021. Its been used for 5 months only but with this short time the sofa getting cracked in single seater and jus now I saw that there is a hole in 3 seater sofa.. I have attached the photo proof for ur reference... Also once the sofa polisher gone, its looked like scribbling on the wood looks like used piece... Having trust in saravana store only we people came their to buy but within short time if the product...

20' induction base select plus kadai, is not functioning on a induction cooker

I bought range of things from Saravanan stores regularly . But to my disappointment one kadai is not suitable with the induction cooker.

But all others can be used. No doubt sometime back but just stsryed using n my 24' kadai is still new. Thosai kada pressure cookersn other coik wares ok.
Only one very disappointing. How can you replace this item....

Dining table

I purchased a dining table of 5&1/2 feet .But during the delivery I recieved the table which was 4'11 .I paid the amount for 5&1/2 feet but did not get what I paid for.
And the screws in the chairs were not in good condition .I informed the delivery person but no action is taken.
Please replace the table and the chairs....
