Same time it Was under warranty, so I went to exchange, but 6th floor supervisor mathi told, it is not accepting for warranty here, you go to visit cello company. About workers not wearing masks properly

Most of the workers here are wearing masks for their chin. And few of them are sneezing and coughing but they are not sanitising their hands after sneezing or coughing. And the workers who are sick are not wearing the masks properly m....

I purchased stationery items at Chrompet Saravana stores. Bill number : 001848, dated 30.10.2021 12.07 pm. Amount of the bill : Rs.887. I gave a debit card..They swiped it and said Transaction failed and gave me the card. I paid the amount in cash. Within 2 minutes the amount was withdrawn from my account, even after paying the bill in cash. When I asked the counter staff they said I will get the amount in 2 days. But today (5.10.2021) the...

To Exchange the product

We have bought a remote helicopter product just a day back . And the product is not functioning properly just in a day . When we reached the store they are refusing to take it back.. what will we do with the defective product now? And it's the executive responsibility to check the product before giving it to us..We are buying it for money.. And it should be worth it.. People out there are not even ready to listed in. As per the return policy...

The eye liner inside the box was and empty bottle only a little dot was there

To hide the fraud activity they have celotabed the box

Cheap and unexpected behavior...

Duplicate bill copy

Now the water heater not working I called service center he asked purchased bill copy to claim the warranty. Worst experience in gold shopping

The salespersons in gold section were not even attending customers when I went to shopping with my mum we waited for so long and even tried calling them but they're not responding properly after long time two girls came giggling and started showing the jewels with disinterest this irritated me to the core. One thing I noticed there is that the salespersons were judging people based on their appearance. Worst experience I will never shop again...

no response for defective computer table

Dear Sir, I had purchased new computer table but the quality is very very bad and lots of scratched. The table is in worst condition and does not look like New piece. Also, they don't refund the money nor respond to my requests. I had purchased on 28th August and received on 29th Aug, 21. I call them on 29th and made complaint but there is no response. I am not happy with the same type and requested for change of model even if i have to pay...

Sofa Swedish

I purchased the sofa 6 mnth back, quality is poor, woods are getting crack, nails are heading out, foam got in. Whn we bought they didn't deliver the coffe table with then after hundreds of following they delivered it two month delayed. Suggest don't go with saravana for furniture....

Selling expired product

I buy some biscuits in Saravanan store tirunelveli i received an expired food product before that i purchased chocolate it having worm inside it i dont know why are you selling expired food items ..i need an answer or reply how did i blindly trust your brand when you are selling expired product, this is the second time i face this issue....

Worst Delivery

We got a cot with disassembled hydraulic system, a sofa and a coffe table.
During the delivery the coffe table broke so badly and it’s damaged as per the image attached. The hydraulic doesn’t fit the cot provided so it’s also terrific.
The sofa mechanic didn’t come and sofa didn’t go into the house itself. They delivered in the midnight at 3AM which was disturbing for all other flatmates and created a chaos. Totally...

Remote car

I have bought a remote car for a price of 500 ruppess on 14th August 2021 in your chrompet branch. It's not working when we use it, so again came to Saravana stores asking for it but get the irregular response. It's a big amount for you people but for us it's a big amount and one more thing remote car is my kids biggest wishes. Is this the reponse you people giving to the customers... customer satisfaction is the main goal of the shop keepers..but...
