Our family is regular customer to saravan thanga Nagai Maaligai. But in recent year we disappointed and affected badly about gold impurity. There is no proper response in jewellery staffs also. Three major incidents,

1.We have purchased 2 set of beads gold chain in sarvana stores. Recently for some reason we pledge that gold in bank. But in a month from bank they called and informed it's not a pure gold...

1.We have purchased 2 set of beads gold chain in sarvana stores. Recently for some reason we pledge that gold in bank. But in a month from bank they called and informed it's not a pure gold...

We have recently ordered 25k worth of sofa in saravana store’s furniture. They have delivered fault sofa (some form of powder is consistently dropping out from the wood) and we have raised the complaint and showed the proper pictures to them via whats app. They promised to replace it with another one. After few days passed we haven’t heard anything back from them. We tried to call but they were behaving very rude and giving fake promises. They promised to deliver it by Thursday jan 6th 2022 but today is Jan 10th 2022 still we haven’t received any single update from them. I kindly request you to take sever action to VENKADESAN and GOPAL who are giving fake update and behaving very rude. Especially VENKADESAN behaviour and attitude towards customer is very insulting. Please take some action to them and kindly do respond to my complaint.

I am very to upset the writing, I have purchased cot date on 11.07.2021 rs.35000/- saravana Store at T.nagar . Due to poor quality the cot developing holes and phoho attached.

Kindly check and replace the cot.

Hello, I purchased sofa from padi Saravana stores during April 2021, within 1 month time, colour of the sofa started fading completely and stiches started coming out, when I raised complaint as I have 5 years warranty, no proper response and solution provided, now I got black patches in the sofa which is not getting cleared, need help to replace the fabric cloth.

Very worst behaviour in sales women in purasaiwalkkam Saravana stores 2nd floor, when I asked for girls tracks section, sales women showed different direction and when I informed ppl are saying different areas, she behaved with me very rude and such kind of sales women Saravana stores will spoil there name, really very very bad sales women

I purchased sof and dining table on 11.12.2021. Deliver person did not fix the Dining table. I am calling since 13.12.2021. No one is bother to resolve the problem. Very bad service. After taking the payment for the item they are not bothered about the deliver and service.

I was forgotten my token bag sir this is my mistake only token no is 372 shall take on tomorrow

I bought one cello flask 2 month before from Saravana Legend Padi, it was not good, with in one hour heat dissipate. Same time it Was under warranty, so I went to exchange, but 6th floor supervisor mathi told, it is not accepting for warranty here, you go to visit cello company. But I am asking again and again for warranty request . And he using bad word like fool, ### . I'm really disappointed 😞. Please take action .

I got charged payment twice via gpay so I want a refund

Most of the workers here are wearing masks for their chin. And few of them are sneezing and coughing but they are not sanitising their hands after sneezing or coughing. And the workers who are sick are not wearing the masks properly m.

I purchased stationery items at Chrompet Saravana stores. Bill number : 001848, dated 30.10.2021 12.07 pm. Amount of the bill : Rs.887. I gave a debit card..They swiped it and said Transaction failed and gave me the card. I paid the amount in cash. Within 2 minutes the amount was withdrawn from my account, even after paying the bill in cash. When I asked the counter staff they said I will get the amount in 2 days. But today (5.10.2021) the amount has not been refunded to me. When will I get the amount back.

We have bought a remote helicopter product just a day back . And the product is not functioning properly just in a day . When we reached the store they are refusing to take it back.. what will we do with the defective product now? And it's the executive responsibility to check the product before giving it to us..We are buying it for money.. And it should be worth it.. People out there are not even ready to listed in. As per the return policy...

The eye liner inside the box was and empty bottle only a little dot was there

To hide the fraud activity they have celotabed the box

Cheap and unexpected behavior

I have purchased bajaj water heater from purasawakam saravana on month of April. I missed my bill copy. Now the water heater not working I called service center he asked purchased bill copy to claim the warranty. I have already contacted to saravana stores she not give the bill copy she said that (duplicate bill copy )option are not available in saravana stores .I ready hate this because all other stores were available this option but saravana stores not available. Do something I need my bill copy

We bought a gold chain before two months within two months it's broken into two.. I need gold chain exchange or money back.. Low quality of products

The salespersons in gold section were not even attending customers when I went to shopping with my mum we waited for so long and even tried calling them but they're not responding properly after long time two girls came giggling and started showing the jewels with disinterest this irritated me to the core. One thing I noticed there is that the salespersons were judging people based on their appearance. Worst experience I will never shop again in saravana stores for gold.

I bought Sooji Rava today 22/09/2021 from Sarvana Stores Porur, which shown packed in month of September with 90 days validity date . But when opened packet found the packet is full of small white insects
