I have bought a new shirt in Saravana stores padi branch which is small size not able to wear it.In store they not allowed me to wear the product for trial check so need for exchange of this product....

Hi,

I have ordered sofa set on 23/04/2022 in saravana stores furniture padi, which is supposed to be delivered on 01-May-2022, but still there is no response. I tried customer care too there is no response. Please escalate this and let me know when it will be delivered.

        We have bought an king size bed in Saravana t nagar (medley road) branch they named it as teak wood bed but it was not made of teak. wood material is worst like if we press the material it was like sponge. Just putting the varnish and selling the worst bed in name of teak wood bed.

        Atleast they must given the strong wood for the money we have given, even if it's not teak.

            I usually Shop at Saravana stores chrompet.. customer service is zero. None of the staffs behave good . They are very rude to the customers and I'm feeling not to shop here just because of worst customer service. All staffs especially girls speaks rude and answers inappropriately.

              Address: 15, Madras Thiruvallur High Rd, Padi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600050

              Purchased computer table at Saravana stores (15, Madras Thiruvallur High Rd, Padi) of rupees 7427 (order Number: PA/2122/4039) on 12th March 2022.

              It was supposed to be delivered by 15th March.

              I called product supplier number (15th March morning), I was not getting proper response. I will get response like, I will check the driver and convey you but I will not get call, then I had to call again, then he told me that I will get the product by 4 PM on 15th March.

              but I didn't receive any call from driver or anyone. Again I called the supplier around 6 PM, once again he told he will check the driver and call me, later his assistant called and told me that it will not be delivered today.

              I told her that I already my work affected as I made myself available during the said time, so want her to convey me probable delivery time on 16th March, she told she will call on 16th morning around 9:30 AM but she didn't call, I called her (around 11:00 AM) but she didn't take my call, so I called other number (supplier - owner), he told me that he will call the driver and update me. but I didn't get any call till night around 10:00 PM.

              At night (9:45 PM) of 16th March, without any intimation, driver called me for delivering computer table.

              The issue here is purchased product was not delivered on time.
              Proper communication is not there.
              Unprofessionalism (without any intimation prior, calling at odd time 9:45 PM for delivery)
              Wasting my time (if could not deliver, they should have conveyed me next probable delivery time )

              I don't want the product and I want refund.

                I am a regular customer of Saravana stores. And today also purchased for nearly rs 5000. I went to ear ring sections and thought of buying many earrings. Checked the sales women can I try these. She told yes and I tried many ear rings. I took the ear rings from the basket also. I went for billing. After billing during delivery they told the price tag is interchanged. They could have solved this by placing the correct tag. But instead the started shouting and checking me. Forced me to pay the amount 3 times the original amount and insulted me shouted in front of other customers.The actual bill amount is 414. But they pulled the card from me and paid 1438 without my authentication and my permission withdrawn money from my card using wifi option. And refused to give me the bill also. This is the worst experience I have come across in my life. Why should I pay thrice the original amount. I tag is interchanged it is their own responsibility to check and place the bill. Instead insulting the customer and forcing to pay thrice the bill amount is very wrong. This is last shopping at Saravana stores for me, my family and friends.

                    I have ordered for a cot with Hrdralic facility for Rs. 42914 only on 22nd of Febrauary. The product delivery date is 1st of March. The items are not delivered completely and delivery person is asking for additional charges for fitting, toll etc more than mentioned in the bill (Written by biller and informed to me). Also the delivery person is calling repeatedly and asking for Order Receipt without delivering and fitting product completely as in Showroom. I wish to cancel the item in such case and i would like to hear either a proper solution at no extra cost or cancellation and refund of amount paid within 2 days else I would be forced to look for other options available. I am facing severe mental agony for purchasing items from your shop and fear about quality and after sales service support for warranty.

                    Note: I have called shop landline number several times and i was not responded properly or provided with valid contact number who can address my issue.

                        I purchased a sofa worth 27000rs & received defective item. I fought very hard to return it & they promised for refund. Its been over a week & am yet to receive any update on my refund money. The manager of the store is not responding to calls also. Should I raise a police complaint to get money back from such fraud?

                          Dear Sir,
                          I am S. Thangapandian, a regular customer of saravana stores, opposite to Rathna stores, Ranganathan street, T. Nagar. Today (19.02.22), me and my family went to Saravana stores for the shopping. According to the rules, we went to put our possessions in the basement under the same store's care. Since, we were not satisfied with the things in that particular store, we went to the another branch of the saravana stores in the same street without knowing the rules of collecting our possessions back. Again, we came to the same store and went to the canteen. After having food, we went down to the basement to collect our possessions. As we reached there by 9 pm, the worker who's responsible for our possessions at that time insulted and humiliated my entire family for not purchasing in the same store and also, behaved badly as well as used disrespectful words infront of other customers without knowing the actual reason behind it. And so, this is happened because of the two basement workers of the same store. Hence, the problem is that they refused and threatened us to gave our bags back until we purchase the things worth of Rs. 500. Even though we had told them about the food we had in their canteen (fifth floor), they told us that eating in the canteen will not be considered of spending money in that particular shop and again they forced us to buy something which is worth of Rs. 500. This matter of Rs. 500 really insults our standard of living and also, they have wasted our time by arguing for around 30 minutes (from 9 pm to 9:30 pm). Meanwhile, we had missed our bus and so we had to take auto to reach our home which is above our budget. So kindly take immediate action on their bad behaviour, hurtful words and disrespectful manner towards our family and also, to take actions on not explaining the rules properly by saying it's not their business to let every customer knows about it. Please kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible and do the needful. Thank you sir.

                                Sir,
                                We bought 1 queen size wooden cot for Rs. 28477 and mattress for Rs.23000.
                                Mattress is ok. We, retired and senior citizens bought them with difficulty by taking loan from Bajaj finance
                                But cots delivered damaged with white powdery like termite fungus. We shocked seeing this. We complained by phone call and personally in store. They are ready to give another same model. But we are afraid that new piece also maybe in same situation after few days.
                                So we want to buy another model/ product or refund money sothat we can pay back the loan amount to financiers.
                                So please consider our age, provide help to buy some other product or refund money

Evng saravana stores la irunthu call panni chairs vera customer ku kuduthachi so stock illa vera chair kudukattumanu kettainga.. illa vera ve dam nu same chairs epo varum nu ketta 28th jan vanthudum so kudithidrum ungaluku ku sonnainga but 28th varala.. ketta innaiku varathu nalaiku 29th thaan varum nu solrainga.. i am 9th month pregnant... romba qvasiyam chair nu thaan mudiyama kuda poi vangittu vanthum... atha sonna unnala mudinjatha senjikonu solrainga... intha mathiri shop lam open pannave voda kudathu.                                     I bought Haier washing machine yesterday. They said technician will come for installation. But upto today nobody has come. I call them several times to book technician. They are not responding properly. Evening only they book the technician. And Haier ccc said technician will come tomorrow. I will go abroad tomorrow how can I get technician. Even Saravana stores GN chetty road phone no every time showing busy even very early morning. That means they put the phone network out of order always

                                      Hello I purchased cot and 2 mattress dressing table from saravana store padi they told me one guarantee for mattress you can exchange any time both two mattress are very bad I got back pain mattress got very thin nimmadhi and peps brand I spent early 40k . I informed to concern person about this issue no response from their I visited directly to the store no response very bad worst costumer service
