      Bill no:PR2122SA16779
      I purchased a dining table of 5&1/2 feet .But during the delivery I recieved the table which was 4'11 .I paid the amount for 5&1/2 feet but did not get what I paid for.
      And the screws in the chairs were not in good condition .I informed the delivery person but no action is taken.
      Please replace the table and the chairs.

        We purchased cot max brand and sales person recommended for extra size and they don't ask about the room size and they don't give us proper information about the size and also about the height and also paid extra amount we ask about return or replacement they people through phone said that they can't do anything we request you to take return the cot because we are not comfortable with the product

                I bought one coffee table along with other items through bajaj finance from Saravana stores Padi. My bill no is PA/2021/2864738 Dated 27/03/2021. While inspecting I observed one hair line crack which will eventually widened up in due course of time. Please do the needful.

                  I bought furniture above 50000 rupees
                  They said free delivery upto40kms
                  My location from your store is 55km only but they are charging 1500 for 15kms including toll gate charge
                  They don't have fast tag so they paying double charge why I should give to them

                      Dear sir, I have been a long& regular visitor to PADI saravana stores...My purchase is sofar so good until my unfortunate visit on 16/3/21 around 9.50 hrs when I parked my two wheeler at the first base ment(just below ground floor). The security staff who was on duty called me and asked me in anger" வண்டிய எங்க வச்சிருக்கிற, கோடு தெரியல"...I was surprised at his behaviour and replied " என்னங்க, ஸ்கூல் பையன அதிகாரம் பண்றமாதிரி பேசறீங்க"...Then He shouted in total respectful, insulting words "யோவ், போயா போய் லைனுக்குள்ள வைய்யா"...Observing his abnormal behaviour, I totally maintained silent and went to shopping at 7 th floor. After shopping, I raised complaint with DURAIMANI and his fellow supervisor, but just I received formal words from them which is not convincing. So I was totally disappointed at their reaction and now submitting this complaint hoping for suitable disciplinary action against the security staff concerned. Do you think words of duty security staff(having beard on his face, standing at east entrance)..are permitted to use on innocent customers ?...Do you want us Keep silent against this rude behaved staff?...I putforth this complaint to your goodself in a good intention to prevent him to bring greater disrepute& embarrassment to your credible, reliable stores since he is a potential risk for escalating tension on visiting customer due to his poor display of temperament & conversation standards...Once I again I request you to take suitable action against him

                        We bought L shaped corner sofa from Saravana furniture showroom located at - No : 24, 32, Perumalpet, Purasaiwakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600010.

                        Product was delivered on time on 18-feb-2021 and the quality of the product was average. On the same day itself we noticed arm rest wooden plank is not fitted properly. From that day we have been contacting showroom and the person who delivered product, till today issue is not resolved.

                          கடந்த 14.02.2021 அன்று சரவணா ஸ்டோர் தங்க நகை மாளிகையில் தாம்பரத்தில் வாங்கிய கொளுசு உபயோகித்த 5 நாட்களில் நிறம் வெளுத்து இரண்டாக உடைந்தது. மேலும் பல இடங்களில் டேமேஜ் உள்ளது.
                          இதை 11.03.2021 இரவு8.30 மணியளவில் வந்து கேட்டபோது மிகவும் தரக் குறைவாக நடத்தப்பட்டோம். மிகுந்த வேதனையும் கவலையும் அளிக்கிறது.
                          நான் ss ன் மதிப்புமிக்க வாடிக்கையாளர் ஆனால் இன்றிலிருந்து இல்லை. தயவுசெய்து நடவடிக்கை தேவை.

                          இவ்வாறு ஒரே பெயரில் பல கிளைகளை வைத்து மக்களை ஏமாற்றி பிழைப்பு நடத்த திரு.ராஜரத்தினம் கற்றுக்கொடுத்துள்ளார். சரவணா ஸ்டோர் எந்த கிளையில் கேட்டாலும் இதே பதில் தான் இது எங்கள் நிறுவனம் இல்லை. முருகப் பெருமானின் பெயரை வைத்து இப்படியெல்லாம் ஏமாற்றி சம்பதித்தால் முருகப் பெருமானாள் தண்டிக்கப்படுவீர்கள்.

                            I am sathya from Perungalathur...I bought Samsung 32 inch TV for instalment in saravana store TAMBARAM worth rupees 14900...they said initial amount 3500rs has to pay...then told me to pay 500rs on shop and pay 3000rs when you get the TV.(to delivery person).
                            But still I didn't get my TV anyway this is not big matter BUT THE BIG PROBLEM IS, they didn't give me proper answers and they didn't give me response on the shop itself...especially FOR LADIES...(MY SISTER AND MYSELF WENT TO SHOP)...pls teach them how to treat ladies customers...

                                        Dear Team, This is Ram Kumar from Chennai i have purchased a cot Refer the bill no : 259902 dated 15.02.2021 (In Ranganathan St Branch) and the date of delivery for the Cot is 22.02.2021 confirmed by Sales team - Still i havnt received the product to know the status i have called the phone number mentioned in the bill in-spite of continuous phone call no response in phone call (NO one is lifting / two calls have lifted immediately hanged-up) - REGRET TO SAY THIS REALLY UNSATISFIED ON THE WAY OF RESPONSE - I hope this will not happen in further which will make me not to come to you - Please let me know when the cot will be delivered and i want a right person contact number in regarding this..
