I purchased 2 products from sector 29 in Gurgaon store last year on 7th March 2020 just before the lockdown by visiting the store and got completely different products delivered after 2 days of making the payment at my apartment but one of those was a Samsung demo fridge and the other wasn’t a portable cooler from Usha but something u need a watering though a pipe and has to be kept outside or at the window or for a huge size room which was specifically mentioned to the agent Amit who sold it to me that I have a very small size room as I live alone and need a portable AC kinda thing which can be used inside the room.

And agent Matin Khan never told me that the fridge, he will be sending isn’t from the warehouse but would be the demo piece instead.

When I specifically asked if there was a new and fresh piece available or not?
To which Matin said that the fresh piece would be delivered from the warehouse and not the demo piece.

But I somehow couldn’t believe it as Vijaysales dint have a fresh piece available with them, that’s why I had to go to Sargam electronics else I wouldn’t have even bothered going there.

So, I clicked the serial number of the item for my reference.

When the items were delivered after 2 days by taking Rs 500/- as the delivery charges which happened for the first time ever with me for a Rs 50000/- order.

I checked only the portable cooler which I could open by myself, when I opened it that was something completely different I asked for
And after 2 days the Samsung guy came for installation of the Samsung fridge, I asked him for the serial number after having a look on my phone and he agreed that the serial number matches the number I told him, I asked him to pack the fridge and keep it as it is.
Because he couldn’t put the carton back so he put only transparent sheet back on it.

And
Since then, I am getting in touch with Sargam Electronics owner Deepak Bansal, Store Manager Bharat Arora, accounts person Rohit, Service head K L Sachdeva.

I have all the possible recordings, messages and everything I could have to give evidence if required.

After a while, I wasn’t able to Keep a track of my complaint by calling and messaging them Over and over again because of my mothers health followed by her death last year.

I even got a chest burn last year and because of no fridge in the house couldn’t treat it with ice at that very moment, pics of the same have already been sent to Samsung, Sargam Electronics K L Sachdeva and the owner Deepak Bansal along with some of the other higher authorities for their references.

All the bills, documents have been sent respectively via email already and can be send again if required.

I started asking for compensation for all the damages and loses I have gone through because of this cheating and misleading act by Sargam Electronics and ignorance by the owner, manager of sector 29 store and service head K L Sachdeva.

Of course one of the biggest loss can’t be recovered by them or anyone in the world, LOSS of a MOTHER so again I couldn’t keep a track of it as was busy fulfilling my mother’s last wish but still contacted the owner Deepak Bansal, service head K L Sachdeva and manager Bharat Arora but nothing was done last year.

And same is happening even this year, they have completely denied on refunding the amount and said that they will pick up the products at their store to get it checked and then will refund the money after 2 days if their accounts department permit in 24 hrs of the products been picked up.

I was left with no other option but to file a complaint with the commissioner of police, followed by consumer court and session courts but unfortunately, courts ain’t open due to the lockdown and these people are taking advantage of this now as it’s been over a year fighting for my refund with compensation, without a fridge, I would request u to please look into this as you very well know how tough times it is right now purely because of the pandemic situation around the world and losing my mother which is the biggest loss on earth and than have to deal with such an issue for no fault of mine???

I DEMAND JUSTICE CAN BE DONE AND REQUEST MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED!!!

All the other documents and evidences can be provided if required.

      I was promised by Sargam sales team (On 29.2.2020) that the washing M/C (Invoice: SYS[protected] will cost me Rs ~ 33, 000 after getting cashback and return of any interest paid for the EMI. The key here is the point about EMI interest: I had raised the issue about the Net cost of the M/C to me= Total EMI - Cashback - (Interest on EMI)*. * This is where the discrepancy lies, I had insisted after seeing print of the charge slip that things do not appear to be the same in the verbal discussion/promise as in the printed charge slip, but I was repeatedly convinced by the sales team to have faith, and that I will get all the EMI interest back to my account, as this is what the deal is about. Now the machine has cost me Rs ~ 38, 000, as I have not received the EMI interest back. You need to refund the difference as I have made the deal for the discussed amount of Rs ~ 33, 000, & cannot bear the extra burden.

        I purchased a LG air conditioner frm sargam 3 years back and also got the AMC from them,
        Now I register a complaint on April as my ac was not working, they registered the complaint in April but denied any service for 21 days until lockdown .

        Meanwhile the AMC was supposed to be finished at 4 may so the denied any service and I did not received any call from them ... in the third week of lockdown they call me and asks me submit money in their account rs3500 or they will not forward the complaint.

        They are unable to provide any details or valid explanation when asked abt the extra amount, even when the complaint was registered when the damages were covered by AMC.

        I had a word with Monica who looks after the mayur vihar branch, and she asked me to submit that amount ... of which I will get no receipt that why I am giving this money to her .

        Kindly take necessary action, or I will be taking some legal actions under the revised consumer protection Act 2019.

          Complained about 10 days ago on their customer care number about ac not cooling. Our AC has extended warranty of 4 years but no service by sargam.
          Summer peak is going on. But no one coming to attend the problem. Customer care not picking up the phone now. Sales person unable to help as the showroom is closed due to lockdown and nobody picking up his phone too.
          Pls send someone to filling gas in ac soon.

            Please make sure not to buy anything from sargam electronics.

            I have been cheated by 2 sales personnels last year and till now i am fighting for my refund and compensation.

            I was samsung fridge and other was usha cooler.

            They sell demo pieces at the price of the fresh one like i got this fridge so please click the pic of the serial number of any demo pieces that u see at the store especially i[censored] are dealing with sector 29, gurugram store and matin khan (sales person)or bharat arora(store manager)

            and then the second product which was usha cooler, i ordered a portable small size room cooler/ac and got a normal cooler which needs a piping.

            Kindly think 1000 times before dealing with sargam electronics.

            I have made a complaint with samsung, usha, consumer forum, police and now with the district magistrate and going ahead with the media and social networking sites.

                  A split AC 1.0 ton make Voltas was purchased from Sargam store at PLAZA MALL, GF, MG Road Gurgaon on 14/04/2021. When Unit was opened by Voltas service engineer on 15/04/21for installation, it was observed that Ac unit was damaged and some parts were missing, Remote, nuts and pipe etc. We reported the matter to Dealer immediately and he assured us to refund the money. Inspite of sending Bank A/c details on 15/04/2021 and several reminders, we have not received our refund of AC. Pl look into the matter immediate. Copy of Bill and photo of AC unit are attached.

                    This is to inform you that i have purchased the air conditioner on 15/04/2021 from sargam electronics rajouri garden ( A-21 opp metro pillar No -403, vishal Enclave, rajouri garden Delhi 27)

                    At the time of purchase i have seen that the sargam staff was packing the display AC of hitachi RAW318HEDO . I have asked them that why are you giving me this AC which is in the showroom display then the sales man said that No sir we are not giving you this AC you will get new one from godown .

                    Then it was delivered me on same date at 15/04/2021 at 8:30pm i have recognized that the Ac box was not sealed as the seal was broken . at the next day the installation man visited to my home at 16/04/2021 at 9 am in morning. When he unpacked the AC i come to know that the AC which was delivered to me that is the same display AC which i have seen in showroom. Then i called to the sales man name - VIJAY KUMAR GUPTA . NUMBER - 971XXXX. he again said that No sir we have send you the fresh AC from the godown and

                    after the installation was done the AC suddenly started making the noise the installation man switch of the AC and the check it and he hammered the ac from the down then he turned on the AC the AC started.

                    Now after that i am facing the issues with the AC that it not cooling and making the noise.

                    And today 26/04/2021 at night 11.30 pm the AC start making the very very bad noise which can't be tolerated so i switch off . I want the replacement of this AC and take action against that employee VIJAY KUMAR GUPTA .

                    Kindly look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible. I have also attached the copy of my bill. I have the video also while making the abrupt noise.

                      I purchased the Air Conditioner and insurance from Sargam Electronics as they promised the best service. I complained about the AC as it wasn't working fine and now it's been 15 days, now my new routine is to call them on th daily basis and take multiple numbers. One person to another. I have more than 8 numbers and no one is helping me out. why they are charging for the services, they can't provide.

                        I hereby inform you that I am the victim of fraud, False commitments, harassment caused due to false commitment by your staff of your company even after spending huge amount of money. my life has become hell after purchasing products from your company and getting warranty extend through sargam electronics.
                        I purchased Daikin air conditioners from your sargam electronics lajpat nagar and at the time of purchase I asked your staff to help me to extend the warranty with the Daikin on the same products at the time of purchase to which your staff said its better to extend a warranty through Sargam Electronics for reliable and speedy service. After the convincing assurance and manipulative statement by your staff I took my daikin air conditioners Warranty through sargam electronics and same was also reflected in my invoice to for future reference. Later for a seasonal service in 2020 I called sargam electronics customer care number many times to which there was no response. Later after trying your worst customer service number of times I got my call connected to your customer case executive and after telling him about the warranty status he asked me to call Daikin and get the job sheet from them as it’s the Sargam Policy to get the jobsheet from the concerned company and pay visit charges after which only they can avail the sargam’s extended warranty. I followed the instructions of the customer care executive and called at the Daikin Air Conditioners to my site to check the Air Conditioners and asked them to prepare a jobsheet as I have to show it at Sargam. The technicians from Daikin gave me the Job sheet and I paid them their visit charges.
                        Later I informed your Customer Care Service Center about jobsheet and requested them to avail my warranty and get my air conditioners services to which they said my warranty has been void as the whole process of warranty is covered under sargam and I have called daikin technicians due to which sargam has cancelled my warranty and spoke very rough to me and disconnected my phone. I was shocked to see such type of rude and disrespectable behavior by the sargam’s customer care staff. later i called your customer care number of times to which they said the warranty is cancelled and now I will again have to pay Warranty charges to Sargam. This is a completely a cheating and unfair trade practices by your company.
                        Therefore you are requested to take the necessary action as soon as possible to get my Air Conditioners serviced.

                        Your Kind assistance in this regard is being solicited.

                          Dear Team,

                          I'm Nishant Mittal from Punjabi Bagh, New delhi. I was a regular buyer from Sargam Kohat Enclave, infact all my household electronic is from there until a fraud was done from your Bajaj Finance team in 2015. (this was confirmed by Sargam team to me)

                          In 2015 I purchased a tv and got it financed, as it was financed so i had to give all my credentials as required by your Bajaj Finance team.
                          As per the term my EMI'S got cleared without any fail on time and everything was ok till the time i received a call from the Bajaj team that my amout is due since a long.
                          After talking to him i came to know that the product i purchased was not the one he was talking about, (mine was TV as described above) and he was talking about an I-Phone which i neither purchased nor used till date.
                          2ndly the address mention in his record was of Rohini sec 9, where i never stayed. Since 22yrs I'm in Punjabi Bagh with all the proofs.

                          Many time i visited Bajaj Office in NSP and in Sargam Kohat, but nobody helped me out in this.
                          Till date the finance team is chasing me to clear the dues.
                          My Civil is totally destroyed.

                          I'm helpless kindly investigate and help me out from this.

                            as in we all have to be together on this against these cheats

                            these people from sector 29 store in gurgaon are cheats, provide misleading informations sell demo pieces by pretending it to be a new and fresh piece straight from the warehouse.

                            Please please please dont fall for this trap, they are a big time liars, cheaters and will provide misleading information just to sell their products

                            even their owners mr deepak bansal ans varinder bansal seems like just not interested in compensating for the fault of their associates or refunding on the products due to which i had to get in touch with the local police commissioner and followed by the consumer courts and respective agencies.

                                  I have purchase extend warranty but i am not satisfied it because no one is listening me i call Anand Ji also J.K.Gupta also.
                                  I have been suffer from last one month.

                                  If you guys are not clear my complaint then i will go to consumer court i will wait only one week.

                                    I registered a complain regarding repair of my panasonic ac purchased via sargam electronics as on 13th september 2020. My ac is also covered under extended warranty of 4 years by sargam electronics. Purchase date of ac is 21st march 2018. After lodging complain there is a communication came from panasonic service center that it takes 7 days to complete repairs because part which is to be replaced is out of stock. So i told them share details of cost estimate to sargam electronics. They did the same and also share tax invoice of repairs to sargam electronics on 21st sep 2020. After that sargam ensure me that payment will be processed in 7 working days, but till 30 september 2020 payment is not made bu them. Each time when i call them they are giving me a wrong date of payment. They are not giving any specific reason for not making payment in due time.
                                    Sargam Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      The complaint made by us on 17.07.2020 has not been addressed as yet by sargam india electronics pvt. Ltd. Customer service. Further, we are receiving messages on our regd. Mobiles for scheduled extended warranty maint. Citing req. No. [protected]. We request the company to first address our complaint made by us earlier otherwise again we will be asked to pay for carrying out the scheduled extended warranty maintenance service.

                                        I had purchased 2 led tv of sansui company from sargam electronics, model town, delhi outlet on date[protected] with rs 19000 per each tv.
                                        At the time of purchase the executive of sargam told me tv has 3 years warranty from company side and you can extend 2 years more warranty with sargam electronics AMC plan of rs 3800. So I paid AMC amount for extend the extra 2 years warranty with the of my both smart led tv on date[protected].br...
