Panasonic — panasonic irresponsible and negligence in service of panasonic and question mark on quality of panasonic brand & misselling of sargam electronics

Sub. : question mark on quality of panasonic brand
And mis-selling of sargam electronics
Ref. : purchased two panasonic window a/cs.

This is to inform you about some discrepancies have been found in your service of panasonic -
1.in a very short period i. E., completion only 2 (Two) years from date of purchase - pcb & display board both are not working?
2. Gas is leaking each year inspite of blue coating in panasonic a/c, which puts a question mark on quality of panasonic product?
3. We are facing regular problem in panasonic acs since the date of purchase till date (Available all the evidences).
It’s put a queston mark on quality of panasonic, a reputed brand.

I am suffering mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in service of panasonic which could not be compensated in the terms of money, so look in to this matter seriously and replace all the faulty/defective pcb and display board by new (Ok) piece without any cost/charges at the earliest, otherwise matter will be forwarded to all concerned higher authorities including legal department also, which will affect the goodwill of panasonic, a reputed brand.

We would like to inform you that we have provided you Out of Warranty service couple of times with the approval of our top management as an exception, but now we unable to provide you the same because your Extended Warranty which you have purchased from Sargam had been finished on 26th of April’2017.

However we can arrange visit at your place on chargeable basis if you provide your consent for the same. So please let us know your consent for Chargeable Visit by the Service Centre.

Also we would like to inform you that as you are continuously facing issues with your AC which you have confirmed to us earlier, so with respect to that concern we further would like to offer depreciate value of Rs.5, 300/- (Per Unit) against your existing ACs. Please share your consent on this as well.

      As a customer we have purchased a lot of items from your store but your store in charge lajpat nagar mr. Anand [protected] never attend the phone not call back to liston the customer. Although he is doing well but his habit of not picking the phone after sales is not at all bearable. They not only have to to sell the prodcut but has to earn the relationship of a customer also. Secondly he is not just a manager of a store but he represent mr. Dayanand garg indirectly in the store.

      The simple question is to where to complaint as i called your land line and mobil number on your web site where some executive ashu denied to transfer my call to any body senior. I ask her should i move to court but surprisingly she was so confidently give the reply that sir you may go to the court.

      Is this the rude ship or what else. Anand is not picking the phone and lady is suggesting to go to court. What should i do.

            I bought a laptop from sargam outlet in nehru place on 18 september 2018

            I used it for 2 hours only and it started getting hang, the hdmi port wasn't working, once the window was locked it took minimum 3 minutes to open it. To open a normal excel file it was taking more than 2 minutes to open.
            It's been less than 7 days. And i want to exchange it with hp.

            Kindly help me asap and let me know about how can i do it.

              I was purchase a sansui 50inch led tv from sargam electronics
              1 and half year back,
              And getting 5 year warranty, before 3 month sansui led tv display not working, i called customer care,
              I called customer care and senior person sudhir kumar nobody is serious to reply on my call and msg and mail also,
              3 month has been complated still not nobodu help
              Pathetic service

                I purchased hitachi fridge in 2016 and its been only two years that its door has started giving problem and not getting properly closed. Though i have taken extended warranty of fridge for 1+3 years = total 4 years and on complain engineers from sargam and hitachi couldn't able to find problem and now enforcing me to change door by paying extra amount of inr 10, 000.

                This is pathetic service from sargam and hitachi both as both are running around and not providing solution for the faulty door.

                After 6 weeks of chase to hitachi and sargam i need to start procecution against booth.

                  I was looking for samsung led at sargam kurukshetra store (136118). The owner confirmed the order and billed me with rs.45500 from my credit card on 8 sept 2018. After billing they told me that they hadn't any fresh piece in inventory and the same will be delivered by evening. Later in evening i was informed that it will be delivered tomorrow. The next day the led arrived and during installation i found they gave me a used led. I returned the product after so much fuss. Now my payment is stuck and i am not getting any satisfactory response or confirmation from them. Please arrange the refund

                    I bought a lg smart led tv (Model no. 43uh750t and sr. Dlk-609pluh094614in) from sargam, lajpat nagar-ii on 21st june 2017. I also bought 2 year extended warranty from sargam.

                    My led stopped working in start of this month (Picture is not coming in the led panel) and i logged a complaint with the sargam service center on 11th august. After several follow-ups, sargam arranged visit from lg technician after a week. Technician told that there are issues in panel and it can't be repaired. He also told that generally panel worked for 4-5 years without issue and in case of any issue, lg don't replace the internal parts and replace the entire unit.

                    After technician visit, i did several follow-ups with sargam but not getting the appropriate response and executive in sargam service trying to give false commitment and trying to procrastinate the resolution of issue. Most of the time their service executive don't pickup the call.

                    When i write an email regarding this, they said that issue will be resolved in 7 days but still issue is unresolved after 4-5 days of that deadline.

                    Last week i had a telecon with their service executive tanmay and he told me that they ordered panel with the vendor and vendor gave them the time of a week to get the panel. Now he is saying that panel is not available with the vendor and they will return me deprecated amount of tv instead.

                    My tv that costs me 60k stopped working in just 1 year 2 months and i bought extended warranty only because in case if tv has any issues, that issue can be repaired. I don't want deprecated amount and in case panel is not available, entire unit should be replaced. Sargam is popular brand and i bought extended warranty only because of it's brand. If i am not getting the proper resolution of issue, then there is no use of buying extended warranty.

                    Awaiting from your prompt and appropriate response otherwise i had to log a complaint in ingram website (National consumer forum) as well. Thanks!!

                    I have purchase Samsung LED TV from sargam with DG warranty two years and noe my TV is not working and sargam is not able to do it, and now sargam manager told me you purchase another TV and we will pay you some Depreciation amt for you.
                    so i need my TV of not Dep amt, i dont have too much money so not able to purchase new tv.

                        Hi, this is to inform you that i bought a new refrigerator from sargam sec-10 faridabad branch and was delivered on saturday. Yesterday (Sunday 22july’18) representative came for the demo. Then we have noticed that, there is a dent on left upper side of the body and also there is a noise in fridge door. I immediately contacted the shopkeeper and he confirm that this was the reason of discount. But, to my surprise, it was never informed to me. I contacted sargam customer service @ [protected] but call was not picked. I also contacted samsung representative pawan @ ‭+[protected]‬. No one is supporting and saying we can’t do anything for dent and the reason of door noise is because of new product. I am not at all satisfied with the response from sargam team. I want the exchange of the product. Would appreciate, if you can look into this and resolve the matter on high priority and assist me in resolving this issue. Thanks

                            Very worst service from your sargam electronics kanti nagar.
                            My carrier Ac is not working.. I registered complaint at your store kanti nagar branch. On 30july 18 to Ms jaiba (staff).
                            Nxt day she called me and ask again bill for registration, i hv 3 yr extended warrent from sargam elec. But still m.waiting ur technician.more than 10 days. I want my rs5000 back of exetended warrnty charge .bcz at the tim of purchasing u guys give lot of benefits..but your service is worst..just a gas fillomg problem..and take 10 days..why..i dont want any excuse give me my 5k back to me.i wi take private service no need extended warranty.

                            Pathetic service non customer friendly, sold defected AC and not ready to accept it customer is being harrased by the staff in terms of money and service. Janakpuri branch, saleas person Joginder not serving customer properly.

                              I have purchased a godrej split A.C on 06/04/2018. of amt 33500. Under in 9 months EMI scheme and the sale person Anil kumar assured me that he has settled my 9 months EMI scheme since it has been 3 months from the date of purchase still the my EMI scheme has not been started and I was been charged with late payment charges 3700 from the last 2 months.my monthly credit card show full outstanding amt instead of EMI's. The consern person again and again assuring that he has settled everything but every time I face disappointment when the bank is repeating the same statement that I have to pay the full amt at a time and they have not received any mail regarding EMI.The entire fault lies in sargam electronic ludhiana( Punjab) is harassing me with their inefficiency of resolving this matter so kindly look this matter and take some serious action...

                                  Hi,

                                  I got daikin 4* ac woth rs 40, 000/- and the machine has no cooling.. We got the ac installed on 22nd june fro from that very day have been telling daikin people that there is no cooling sometimes they are telling gas is less & the other day they say there is no problem.. We bought fully atomatic washing machine the same day from sargam and never faced any problem with the washing machine but we are just fed up with the daikin ac that we purchased from sargam

                                  When the guy came for installation he did not tell anything whether the machine will have cooling on the top floor or not what kind of service is this. I want this product to be changed immediately as daikin has to face the consequences later on...

                                  We purchased the ac from sargam electronice yusuf sarai while purchasing we clearly told them we have top floor n they suggested us to buy four star ac we did that.

                                  We are just not statisfied with daikin and would not recommend anyone to buy product of daikin as they have pathetic customer service & their executive dont even know how to talk. We are just fed up with this brand..

                                  I will definitely put the complaint on block & facebook & twitter & if necessary will put case against them.. As i cannot afford to waste 40, 000/- when there is no cooling. You guys should contact me at the earliest. Also would suggest people not to visit sargam electronics as they are riff off

                                    I bought a godrej ac from sargam electronics karol bagh on 13/06/2018. First of all they were late in installing it and the person who came to install was a young untrained boy. Installation was poor and the ac ac was about to fall off within a week so i called them back for service today (22/06/18) at 11am and kept calling and requesting for service every 2 hours but 8pm as of now nobody has come and they keep saying that they are sending someone for work. There attitude is very lousy and bad and the people at store don't even talk decently and properly. Very frustrated today with their service after jst a week.

                                      I bought hitachi inverter ac from sargam electronics mg road gurugram on saturday i. E. 09-jun-2018 by taking their sales executives word that they'll install it by sunday i. E. 10-jun-2018. I bought it only on that condition as i won't be able to entertain the technician after that on week days due to my office timings don't allow me to do so. Unfortunately they did not full fill their commitment as now its been 5 days to go hey are not even responding to my request.

                                        I am writing to complain of the poor service i received from your company on the 02/01/2018 i visited one of your sargam store janak puri and want to inform you about the inappropriate behavior of the it staff mr rohit his phone no is [protected]
                                        Actually i brought a i phone x from your janak puri sargam store and your sales men dalbir singh asked me to take phone insurance i took additional insurance for my phone so in case anything happen in future so my phone will be safe and they said i don’t need to pay any additional amount and this insurance cover everything.
                                        But few day back my phone was fall down from my hand and screen was broken so i went to your janak puri sargam store to repair my phone and i submitted my phone to your staff but after few days i received a call from mr rohit he was saying that if i need to repair my phone i need to pay 4500 or else i can take new phone i need to pay 6000 as a 10% tax but when i asked him that you’ll give me invoice for that he said no we will not give you any invoice your staff mr rohit he is asking me some amount without any invoice from apple customers service. Just tell me how i will believe on him if he will not give me any invoice how i believe that phone is new. Even i don’t trust on his words the way he dealing with me i felt that there is something wrong because every time he is changing he words. How could i believe on him every time he was changing his statement and giving me some nonsense reason
