you gave us DG warranty, but your service is very poor,

i will never purchase any product from sargam,

    Hello sir,

    This is to inform that the employees at Sargam Jail Rd Tilak Nagar are making a fool out of the customers. I purchased a Window AC on 3rd of August. The AC was a defective one is of Voltas. We reached out multiple times to Voltas and Sargam to change the same. At first, Sargam confirmed that the AC will be replaced on 13th Aug. Now its been 17th of Aug.

    It was promised that the AC will be replaced on 17th of Aug (by ASM Vicky sir of Voltas) as all the formalities like approval emails were all sent for replacement from Volta's side.

    Today I was on call with the manager of Sargam and he conveyed that the AC will be delivered and maximum time he can wait is 9:15 ( I have the recording with me). The engineer reached the shop by 7:50 and the Sargam employees did not wait, closed the shop and just switched off the phone. The Voltas technician was waiting outside the shop till 8:10PM.

    This is such irrresponsible behaviour from the company. The look for customer satisfaction. First they promised that it will be fixed by 13th and then again it was confirmed again it will be done by 17th. We also went to Sargam on last saturday to talk to them directly and they were showing such bad behaviour. They conveyed "ye hamare end se issue thodi h sir. Hume to products aate h and hum vo products sell krte h. Wahi hamara kaam h. Baaki aap company waalo se baat karlo, hum kuch nhi kr skte, voltas waale hi replace karenge. Hum nhi kr skte".

    Is this groundhog day? Such irresponsible behaviour is not tolerated. How can a customer be satisfied with such behaviour.

    Please look into this as this is not the first time we are facing such issue. This has also happend with us like 2 years back regading fridge. They just want to sell their products.

    We are sleeping at our house with wind for 2 weeks now. This issue is not neglectable. The sargam company at Jail Rd is completly a fake one.

    I request you to please some action against the responsible person. The employees at Voltas did a perfect job from their side. They always inform me regading the status of the AC replacement and day to day upate. But sargam people are just lizard lazy of don't want to help others.

    Please look into this ASAP.

      Yesterday I did such a purchase from Sargam Electronic Rajouri Garden Date 12 July 2021 We purchased of AC 42000 from Sargam Electronics and they talked about giving us the latest model and in return they sent us the 2020 model When we talked to the employee of Sargam Electronics, they clearly Refused, I did not talk to you about the latest model, then when we talked on the call, he said that by mistake, he must have had a problem in getting out of the godown and she is not giving us the change.

        I had purchased a General AC on 28th Mar from Sargam. After usage for 3 months, water started coming on the front grill. After a week of tryig their Customer Care helpline, General engineer came and informed its an installation problem and installation had been done by Sargam
        After that I have been trying to contact sargam over call, email. They have promised thrice to send their person, but no one has even called me yet.
        I had not expected this from Sargam Electronics.
        My complaint number is 101945

          I have registered a complaint regarding my AC (Kelvinator) _1.5 tone, but from your end I am facing a service issue, not expected form Sargam Electronics this is my worst experience ever. Local vendors are far better than your services. I prefer Sagarm for best service and Quality, but dislike the same.

          I know In this Pandemic Situation you are facing manpower issues but it is just a process to check what actually my Ac is having a problem.

          I will never recommend Saragm to my friends/ family / colleagues, even though I was planning to buy one more AC from your team but will not do so.

          This is my Complaint No. [protected]

          And during installation they informed us that they will ask for 750 Rs rest For Stand and extra wire but he has taken 1150 rs for Installation His Name is Moin Ansari - + 91 [protected].

          I am Saying it today because I am very upset about Sargam services. I thought let it be but now I can't stop my frustration against your team and services.

            It is bring to your kind goodself that my earlier complaint bearing No. 2849728 has not been resolved till date.
            So you are requested to do the needful as soon as possible as these summers i am without Air conditioner even after spending so much of my hard earned money. Also there is no positive reply from the customer care of the Sargam Electronics and still they are denying to claim my warranty
            Its a humble request to do the needful as soon as possible.

              Hi,

              I purchased split Panasonic ac from your sargaam store rohini 8 branch. There is a salesman nam is Ankit he told me that time your ac installation is fully free.. only extra wire and work company will charge. But after installation company charged installation fees with extra work.. now your salesman Cleary denied that for installation..

              This is not acceptable. Please do something other wise I will post this type of service on social media also.

                  Hi

                  I paid an lg smart inverter window ac 1.5 ton worth 34, 0000 from sargam electronics, uttam nagar. While taking money they committed that they will install the same day. But later denied to install ac the same day. The demand was clear, the ac was bought on terms that it will be installed the same day only.

                  If no action is taken against these fraud people then we will raise a consumer forum complaint on legal terms.

                    Dear Team,

                    I purchased AC from your your Narela, Delhi store on 7th April 2018. i make a complain that my AC is not working from 2 month, during lockdown i am unable to mail complained because your costumer care no put call on hold. Some how on 30th May a complain i register (Complain no-207561 ). no onw visited and my complied was closed. then i called him to get information about my complain then TC said you are not pick call then filed machinic closed your complain. Again o 19th June i register a new complain (210252) that my AC is shout down after 5 to 10 Min. A machine visited today than he said your AC need a services. which cost RS-750. I told them that last year same complain i was raised then, some some they changed with out cost. why should now i pay? If I had taken AMC at the time of purchased. no one told me that it will be chargeable. let supposed after service it may not work. and 2nd thing last year same problem they change part. How can I trust that after service you collect money and it will not work?
                    I am totally fed up with your service I want my money back and take your AC return, every year same problem. after paying approx-50K

                      Wifi router is not working in TV so called them multiple time but they did not provide the service as i have take the Extended warranty insurance from them.
                      i was not aware that they are doing the 3rd part insurance instead the product manufacturer insurance .

                      Note:- Never take any Extended warranty from them they will never provide you service and only take your money instead you can take the extended warrant directly calling to product manufacture.

                              I purchased an ac from sargam on 5/4/19 with 3 year extended warranty which i got serviced and repaired 2 months back from them now again there seems to be leakage problem in it and from past 2 days igt like 50 numbers of there on which there is no response ive never experienced this type of worthless service and I don’t know what to do exactly. There store in ashok vihar from where ive purchased this product is shut permenantly all the contact numbers provided by them are false. While purchasing all tbere salesman have a diffrent tone

                              But here iam witnessed the worst of worst after sale service ever in my life

                                I purchased Hitachi 1 ton window AC from sargam electronics 51/2 (now shifted to 53/5) Desh Bandhu Gupta road, Karol Bagh. It is still in warranty I complaint for part change and they told us that it wil take only 3 days but now it's been over 2 weeks and the problem is still unsolved, they are not even responding nor giving any appropriate answer.
                                Everyone please do not buy anythink from sargam electronics. Pathetic service

                                      Please don’t buy anything from Sargam electronics, they won’t even address ur complaint and “MARK IT AS RESOLVED “ without even resolving it just to increase their percentage of resolving complaints and issues

                                      PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE INCASE YOU R THINKiNG OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM SARGAM electronics think million times before doing that as your complaint/complaints won’t be answered or taken care of even by the owner of Sargam electronics MR DEEPAK BANSAL, he won’t even feel like addressing it because all he is concerned about is selling the products by HOOK or BY cROOK no matter what damages it might do to people.

                                      I purchased 2 products from sector 29 in Gurgaon store last year on 7th March 2020 just before the lockdown by visiting the store and got completely different products delivered after 2 days of making the payment at my apartment but one of those was a Samsung demo fridge and the other wasn’t a portable cooler from Usha but something u need a watering though a pipe and has to be kept outside or at the window or for a huge size room which was specifically mentioned to the agent Amit who sold it to me that I have a very small size room as I live alone and need a portable AC kinda thing which can be used inside the room.

                                      And agent Matin Khan never told me that the fridge, he will be sending isn’t from the warehouse but would be the demo piece instead.

                                      When I specifically asked if there was a new and fresh piece available or not?
                                      To which Matin said that the fresh piece would be delivered from the warehouse and not the demo piece.

                                      But I somehow couldn’t believe it as Vijaysales dint have a fresh piece available with them, that’s why I had to go to Sargam electronics else I wouldn’t have even bothered going there.

                                        So, I clicked the serial number of the item for my reference.

                                        When the items were delivered after 2 days by taking Rs 500/- as the delivery charges which happened for the first time ever with me for a Rs 50000/- order.

                                        I checked only the portable cooler which I could open by myself, when I opened it that was something completely different I asked for
                                        And after 2 days the Samsung guy came for installation of the Samsung fridge, I asked him for the serial number after having a look on my phone and he agreed that the serial number matches the number I told him, I asked him to pack the fridge and keep it as it is.
                                        Because he couldn’t put the carton back so he put only transparent sheet back on it.

                                        And
                                        Since then, I am getting in touch with Sargam Electronics owner Deepak Bansal, Store Manager Bharat Arora, accounts person Rohit, Service head K L Sachdeva.

                                        I have all the possible recordings, messages and everything I could have to give evidence if required.

                                        After a while, I wasn’t able to Keep a track of my complaint by calling and messaging them Over and over again because of my mothers health followed by her death last year.

                                        I even got a chest burn last year and because of no fridge in the house couldn’t treat it with ice at that very moment, pics of the same have already been sent to Samsung, Sargam Electronics K L Sachdeva and the owner Deepak Bansal along with some of the other higher authorities for their references.

                                        All the bills, documents have been sent respectively via email already and can be send again if required.

                                        I started asking for compensation for all the damages and loses I have gone through because of this cheating and misleading act by Sargam Electronics and ignorance by the owner, manager of sector 29 store and service head K L Sachdeva.

                                        Of course one of the biggest loss can’t be recovered by them or anyone in the world, LOSS of a MOTHER so again I couldn’t keep a track of it as was busy fulfilling my mother’s last wish but still contacted the owner Deepak Bansal, service head K L Sachdeva and manager Bharat Arora but nothing was done last year.

                                        And same is happening even this year, they have completely denied on refunding the amount and said that they will pick up the products at their store to get it checked and then will refund the money after 2 days if their accounts department permit in 24 hrs of the products been picked up.

                                        I was left with no other option but to file a complaint with the commissioner of police, followed by consumer court and session courts but unfortunately, courts ain’t open due to the lockdown and these people are taking advantage of this now as it’s been over a year fighting for my refund with compensation, without a fridge, I would request u to please look into this as you very well know how tough times it is right now purely because of the pandemic situation around the world and losing my mother which is the biggest loss on earth and than have to deal with such an issue for no fault of mine???

                                        I DEMAND JUSTICE CAN BE DONE AND REQUEST MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED!!!

                                        All the other documents and evidences can be provided if required.
