We have purchase an AC of Godrej make form Sargam Electronics, Shop No- 18, 19, 20 & 33, Mohan Singh Market, Sector-6, New Delhi-110022. The Sales Executive promised to deliver the AC on the same day, i.e. 29/04/19 and on his insistence I paid in full. But they failed to deliver the AC on the same day. I already visited their shop twice but they are making one excuse or another. You are requested to pursue the matter on my behalf. Purchase Invoice No. RK-19-840 dated 29/04/2019.

    We purchased honeywell usha cooler with remote in 2018.
    First their remote wasn't working after the product was delivered. Later when we submitted the remote for replacement, its now 2019, more than 12 months, we have finally received remote and that too some local remote with scratches. And these guys have been saying that remote is being ordered from ahmedabad, we don't have in our store as of now. This remote travels from ahmedabad to gurgaon like for a year that it has scratches and brand name has changed. Now they have stopped receiving our calls. This is how costumers are important to them. If the remote has to be the local one, then i too could have purchased from some local shop. Thing is not about just a remote, its how these guys mentally exploit their customers. Now if this scratchy remote does not work after some months, who is responsible. And not receiving calls is not an act of decency from such huge store. These many followups and vising their store has been a pain always and the result is a fake product. Mental harassment this is.

      dg extended warranty

      I have been charged for extended warranty for my whirlpool washing machine for 2 years. Now whirlpool charged me around rs. 10000 for getting the repairing done by whirlpool. I need my money back. These guys are cheating the consumer like this. Can you take some action against these cheaters. Atleast more people shouldnt get trapped into their misselling the extended warranty...

      Sir i have purchased a product from your faridabad outlet and they have charged rs800/- against the product. The product is financed by bajaj finance (As i am the member of that co.). I feel that the charges are un justified because i have paid all the amount (Price of the product) ask me to pay against the product i purchased so kindely look in to the matter.

        Jis tym a/c purchase kiya tha toh unhone coupon dene se pehle ye kha tha ki tumhe minimum 1500rs se jada ka gift milega aur jb scratch krne ke bad usme coupon me likha tha ki heavy large bag hai toh sargam dealer ne kha ki tumhe trolly vala milega heavy bag abhi ni h hmare pass hum tumhare pass call krdenge but unki koi bhi call ni aayi. But fir m vah gaya toh unhone bekar quality ka bag dediya.. Bikul mza ni aaya sargam se product lene me juth bolkar product sell kiya unhone...

          As our lg fridge handle was defective when it is delieved (Kaithal). We have contact number of times but they respond aega aega person repair karne but that person who come is illiterate and brought wrong handle twice. I dont know how careless these dealers are (Kaithal specially) that they don’t even care to provide services. Freling regret to buy from sargam electronics

          I am really disappointed from Sargam electronics after sale services.kaithal branch (136027) service is extremely poor.they called us once around 12-13 march I think but they didnot take a single action.r we supposed to do wait for next 4 more months for ur service and i[censored] can’t resolve our complaints then there is no need to call us as we are not even free to post our complaints here.

          I myself have been doing that since last year even to the owner of Sargam electronics Deepak Bansal, manager of sector 29 store in gurugram and service head KL Sachdeva for which I have all the recordings and proofs but nothing has been done till date.

          They ain’t even willing to address the complaint because probably according to the owner and his associates they have sold the products by hook or by crook and their job is done

          They are cheaters, money extortionists, they have traumatised me, harassed me in every possible way because I was alone but don’t be scared of anything people out govt is the best they will definitely do something

              I have bought dell laptop from sargam electronics nehru place. I asked for 8 gb ram and selected the model i5-3567 by paying rs. 36, 000. I purchased this with good faith that all the specifications will be as promised by the dealer. However to my surprise i find that the lap top given to me is only 4gb ram and not 8 gb ram. 4 gb ram cost is only around 22, 000 whereas i was charged 36, 000 by saying that it is 8 gb ram.

              I need a justification or refund from sargam electronics.

                I purchesd refrigerator with invoice no. Spp-02204 on[protected] with extended warranty of 3 years. After one year it started giving problem, your engineer came 2-3 times to fix it but he was unable to do it, instead of fixing it he always give some new suggestions to off refrigerator for 2 or 3 days than it will start working.

                Problem still persisting.

                If you can fix it than do it otherwise change my refrigerator.

                This is forth time i am registering the complaint.

                Please take proper action otherwise i have to take further steps.

                I purchesd refrigerator with invoice no. SPP-02204 on[protected] with extended warranty of 3 years. After one year it started giving problem, your engineer came 3-4 times to fix it and changed the pannel, gas pipeline and fan in the ice chamber but still the ice chamber is not working. Istead of fixing properly they always give some non scence suggestions to off refrigerator for 2 or 3 days than it will start working.

                I have already made the complaint by call on 25-april-2019 but there is no response from your side till now.

                Fifth time i am registering the complaint.

                This is fifth time i am complaining about the refrigerator, if you can not solve the problem than change the refrigerator otherwise I will complaint in consumer court.

                  Purchased Samsung LED from Rajouri garden centre before 2 days but installation not done yet.contacted Sargam Rajouri garden many times but not installed.please do needful.very poor service.
                  I ordered a double door refrigerator from darshan electronics sikandra agra and told them to send brand new refrigerator not display unit but they told displayed unit which also defective piece I am highly dissatisfied by there attitude in future I will not buy anything from such cheaters

                    A technician came after check he told me that speakers is not working. As my Tv come under extended warranty. He send report further to avail speakers.

                    It is 4-5 days has been gone and still my issue not resolve.
                    Please provide and installed speakers immediately.

                    What's the benefit of extended warranty if my issue not resolve timely.

                    One more thing I didn't receive a call from sargam customer care to provide update on my issue.

                      I had purchased a microsoft surface pro from sargam electronics at m 2k, rohini on 26.07.2018 with bill number m2k-18-4129 for rs.75500/-. At the time of purchasing the sales representative mr mahaan singh caught hold of my neck to make the purchase as i went to buy apple mac book, thinking i was guided properly and will receive proper help in future if faced any issue. Unfortunately, after sometime i noticed dust particles got collected in front of the screen of front camera. On approaching the same person, i was told to approach the service centre which he himself don't know. Though while making the purchase i was not told that no help will be provided in future for the same. If no help is being provided from sargam then why should one make a purchase of single penny from you and the sales personal of yours should know how to deal with he customer and should not be interested in making false sales by bluff.

                        I purchased a 43 inch sony bravia led tv on 1st november 2018 and they told me that sony headphone worth rs 2500 is free with this sony led tv. But after purchasing the led they told me that that the free headphones are out of stock. So i visited the store after 11 days and they again are making excuses. Simply fooling customers. Filing a complaint in consumer court.

                              Team, your store of preet vihar is a fraud and in the name of sales, all they does is cheating.
                              On 5th november 2018, i went to store for purcahsing washing machine of lg front load 8 kg, sales person mr pradeep, gave demo on 7 kg machine stating that 8 kg will be delivered the next day i. E 6th november, the price was 1000 more in comparison to competitors, but as i was reff by someone who already does shopping from sargam, at the time of payment, on receiving paper, store manager told that due to diwali season, and safe side, he wants to kention delivery date as 7th nov instead of 6th nov, to which i agreed, but yesterday i called up store thrice, regarding status, but everytime they said, it is under process and today when i came to store regarding refund, store manager said that refund will not be initiated from our side, first i will have to cancel it from bank then after confirmation they will take atleast 30 days for refund (Said by mr niyaz ahmed)

                              They didnt even gave any proper bill, not even any invoice no, all they took was full payment, and nothing else.
                              They also clubbed the extended warranty price with base price, instead of issuing separate invoice of both.

                              These bunch of cons are there to loot you, i would never ever recommend or purchase anything from sargam (Cc to all stores)

                              Watch out guyz.

                                I bought 3 lg ac from sargam in february 2018, i was told that there will be 10% cash back on hdfc bank cards.

                                I purchased it and when payments were made it was written that there will be 5 % cash back from bank. Then sargam employee said "5% you will be getting from sargam”.

                                After 3 months i got full cash back from hdfc bank and partial from sargam (Only 2 ac cash back). I contacted sargam and employee they told me to wait for a month or so.

                                From may-june onwards they are just saying wait for few days until 31st oct (Almost from past 6 moths they were fooling me) ie when i went to them again and told them i will be complaining to senior, one person from finance said that you will not get it as per policy of sargam.

                                When i contacted ravinder kumar yadav (Sales guy whose sold me ac) he said"we were not told about this and you should contact sargam for it ", there was no sign of apology from his side he was arrogant enough to say go to company (Sargam) as he knows nothing. As per him company did not tell him and contact company for any concern.

                                I am now expecting a refund of my amount which is 2000 inr as soon as possible.

                                Please look into the matter and try to resolve the issue asap..

                                I have already emailed to many people from sagram but no reply from their end.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  I have writing this letter in order to show off the real face of few people who tried to make fool of customers on account of making fake commitments and spoil the reputation of sargam electronic.

                                  I had visited sargam electronic, kohat enclavev, pitam pura, delhi, on saturday dtd 30/10/18, where i meet mr. Rashid who explained me the features of lg uk6780 led jazz model and convinced me to buy the same and to freeze the deal he offered me the attractive price of rs.39000/ and apart also explained the extra 10% on hdfc cards and special5 % cash back up to rs2000/ from sargam electronic.
                                  Finally i agreed and request mr. Rasid to get back with family on sunday or max coming monday evening.
                                  After the day rashid again called me and request to pls visit our showroom and booked the led tv. I ensure rashid will visit on monday with family to booked the same. Till time all things are as per the expectation.
                                  Finally, i visited the showroom on dtd 1/11/18 evening at the showroom with
                                  Family to book the selected led lg 43 inch uk6780 jass model. We meet mr. Rashid and he himself take us to show the features of led in order to make things more clear yo family.
                                  Everything was going fantastic and then mr. Rashid request to make the deal final by making the payment. I show him the deal which was made by him on sargam paper pad offering price of rs.39000/ and suddenly he told me that the deal offered by him was given by mistakenly and cannot honour the commitment.
                                  As i am with my family and my son wants to book the tv on same day i have no option left to book the led on paying more price @ 44500/ for the same led lg tv.
                                  My whole charm was vanished and i am mentally disturbed and feel like cheated.

                                  I also request sales team to provide me the number of ceo/ md, but they refused to provide the same and suddenly mr. Imran introduced me to another gentleman who introduced himself as owner of sargam electronic and that makes me more on believe that few people are making fools of customers like this, later that gentleman introduced himself as floor manger and told me that i am not less than managing director and taking whole decision for discount and prices, his name is mr anshul.

                                  He excepted that the false commitment was made by mr. Rashid but at present they can't honour the same and offered me some meal vouchers in order to compensate.

                                  Now my question to sargam electronic, is this is the ethics to play game with someone emotions, all its shows that sargam staff pitam pura, kohat enclave have no sentiment and emotion of guest feelings, i don't want to spoil my family charm to buy new led tv but on other hand i feel cheated and it was like someone eaten my hard earn money.

                                  Request management to look into the matter personally so that like me none others will be suffer in future.

                                  Want my difference amount of rs.5500/ else i am forced to take the matter on social media to show real face of sargam electronic.

                                    I bought a Sony Bravia Smart TV model KLV-40W562d on 06-Apr-2017 from Sargam Electronics, Jail Road, New Delhi along with extended warranty for 2 years. But only after a year, picture quality deteriorated and some patches appeared on the screen.

                                    On 20th or 21st Sept.18, I called up Sargam electronics and lodged my complaint. They told me that within 24-48 hrs technician will come to check my TV but nobody visited. After 4-5 days I enquired again then I came to know that my complaint is not yet registered. Then they registered my complaint and a technician from ACE Electronics, Rajouri Garden, visited my home. He checked my TV and said that its panel will be changed and I have to pay for it. Then i told him that my TV is under extended warranty. Then he told me that you have to coordinate with Sargam Electronics regarding how they will settle the payment. In my view, for such matters there should be a laid down procedure with out bothering customer since customer has already paid for extended warranty.

                                    After 3-4 days, people from Sargam came and took my TV and they returned it on 1-Oct-18 without doing any thing. Sargam staff who came to return the TV told me that panal has been changed but there was no difference or improvement from previous condition. This thing I told him then he said that since panel is new it will take some time to settle.

                                    After some day, I again complained in Sargam and they again took my TV on 11-Oct-18. To follow up on the status of my TV, on 15-Oct-18, I called up Sargam on mobile no. [protected], then technician asked me that what is the problem in the TV? Within these 5-6 days they could not detected the reported problem in my Tv. Then i explained him the whole thing. Then they said ok we will repair it.

                                    After that I called up on same mobile no. on 16-Oct-18 and got to know that my Tv has been repaired and they will keep it on testing for next 24 hours and will deliver the Tv on 18-Oct-18 for that i said ok. Then on 18-Oct-18, I called up again to know whether my TV will deliver today or not then they informed me that there is some problem in the panel of my TV and it need to be changed and they have raised the requisition with Sony India and it will take 1 more week.

                                    As per above, I should get my TV after repair on 25-Oct-18 but still on 29-Oct-18 nothing is happened.

                                    The manner in which above issue is being handled by Sargam Electronics, i'm feeling frustrated and cheated and 'm not able to understand how these organizations grown at such level after rendering such poor services to the customers.

                                    Dear Concern,

                                    We would like to inform you that we are arranging the Panel Replacement directly from Brand itself from Authorized Service Center of Sony i.e. Ace Electronics Pvt Ltd.
                                    Further Service Center is taking time to arrange the Panel as they are not having the Panel for specific model at their end hence they have to order it.
                                    Finally Service Center confirms us that they we get it arranged maximum by 4th Nov. And they will arrange the replacement of the panel once they have the part with them.
                                    After replacement of the Panel from Service Center, Sargam will arrange the Delivery of LED at Customer Place.
                                    Above timeline is tentative which was confirmed to us from Service Center.

                                    Further in case of any concern you can directly get in touch with below mentioned person.

                                      Panasonic — panasonic irresponsible and negligence in service of panasonic and question mark on quality of panasonic brand & misselling of sargam electronics

                                      Ref. : purchased two panasonic window a/cs.

                                      This is to inform you about some discrepancies have been found in your service of panasonic -
                                      1.in a very short period i. E., completion only 2 (Two) years from date of purchase - pcb & display board both are not working?
                                      2. Gas is leaking each year inspite of blue coating in panasonic a/c, which puts a question mark on quality of panasonic product?
                                      3. We are facing regular problem in panasonic acs since the date of purchase till date (Available all the evidences).
                                      It’s put a queston mark on quality of panasonic, a reputed brand.

                                      I am suffering mental agony and harassment due to irresponsible and negligence in service of panasonic which could not be compensated in the terms of money, so look in to this matter seriously and replace all the faulty/defective pcb and display board by new (Ok) piece without any cost/charges at the earliest, otherwise matter will be forwarded to all concerned higher authorities including legal department also, which will affect the goodwill of panasonic, a reputed brand.

                                      We would like to inform you that we have provided you Out of Warranty service couple of times with the approval of our top management as an exception, but now we unable to provide you the same because your Extended Warranty which you have purchased from Sargam had been finished on 26th of April’2017.

                                      However we can arrange visit at your place on chargeable basis if you provide your consent for the same. So please let us know your consent for Chargeable Visit by the Service Centre.

                                      Also we would like to inform you that as you are continuously facing issues with your AC which you have confirmed to us earlier, so with respect to that concern we further would like to offer depreciate value of Rs.5, 300/- (Per Unit) against your existing ACs. Please share your consent on this as well.
