I bought REFRIGERATOR- SAMSUNG RS58K6417SL from sargam electronics on 14/10/16, invoice no-JNKP-2-2871, started facing problem from day one. my complaint was that i was not able to use the "ICE", the feature of ice making was not working..the complaint was registered to Mr.Vipin-[protected] (floor manager - sargam electronics janakpuri) on 16/10/2016. i had not received any call or any feedback from the company -samsung .
then there were about six complaint made to company as well as to Sargam Electronics, the engineers who came from service centre dwarka sector-7.were unable to figure out the faults.
it was Mr.Haron- [protected] (Samsung company man) who lastly took pain to declare and identified that there is a manufacturing fault with the DOOR on 12th of December 2016.
As a customer, Mr.Haron along with Mr.Usman -[protected]( Samsung Engineer) lodged and registered the complaint and a replacement of my fridge was approved by the company and the factory.
as of now i am clue less whom to approach for my replacement of my fridge, no one is responding to my call any more.
please Advice.

    Hi !!
    My name is Amandeep Singh and i bought Samsung A9 pro from Sargam electronics Rajouri Garden(Ph[protected], [protected]-03)on 2-1-2017.
    The salesman committed to convert the selling amount into installments of 0% rate of interest for 12 months.

    But after swiping the card they told me it cannot be possible as they have swiped the card with partial payment and now they cannot convert into Emi and suggest me to talk to my bank to convert the amount into monthly installments.
    Later i called my bank to convert the value into emi and bank told me it would be come with extra difference of Rs 2100 plus(including tax and interest) of the total value product.
    Than i raised a compliant against sargam electronics and they asked me to come to there office band i visited 2 times and struggled for the loss.No one talked properly with me and they start blaming the bank.the behaviour was inapropriate and by false commitments they sold there product.
    Request you to kindly take a strict action against them.

      I purchased Samsung refrigerator from sargam gurgaon.. First of all they don't deliver on same day.. Its ok.. But when I received the product on next day.. All seals were open.
      I made call to them.. Firstly they said.. It should not be the case n we have ensured that product is sealed.
      When I told the condition of packing, then they said... We check the products first before delivery.
      Both the statements are contradictory.
      So i can't trust sargam at all..
      So, i am returning the product.
      It was lot of harassment n i have wasted lot of time.

        I went to purchase a sony led tv alongwith my wife and son to the kohat enclave, pitampura, delhi branch of above dealer. We were told by mr. Jatin, sales man there to go for the model klv-32w562d. We were told that it is a full smart tv with an auto upgrade within few days. We were further told that we can get an extended warranty upto 5 years by paying a little amount of rs 3500/-. We were told that warranty is from sony co and tv is for rs 34500/-. We were told that we shall be recieving warranty from the co. When actual bills were made which we didn't notice at that time, tv was for rs 32500 /-and a 3 year extended warranty for rs 5500/- was billed whereas sony warranty card is mentioning only one year warranty. I went back again to point it out to them and asked them that sony is giving an extended warranty for two years for rs 2500/- online and i told them to refund my rs 3000/- excess charged from me but they refused to listen to me. I purchased tv for bringing joy to my family om my birthday but i ended up having feeling of being cheated at the hands of a greedy dealer. Its just not question of rs 3000/-, its a feeling of helplessness that we can be manipulated easily and can't do anything about it.
        I further want to add that they sold me a philips soundbar alongwith telling me tv's volume is not sufficient but that was not the case and its lying useless installled below my tv.
        I want a refund of rs 300/- alongwith an extended warranty card from sony and want toget my tv checked from a sony executive as it is not able to maintain a steady network connection.

          I purchased ac from this fake company and i was promised to install same day. Plus no extra charges. But what they gave to us was harassment. No word cant explain the mental condition during that installation ac. Plus all the extra charges i paid. Issues :
          1. They did fake promise regarding installation. I asked them to be true when i purchased. I wont buy in that condition. But they were firmed. I waited for two days and lots of calls. I paid full amount at one go and trusted them.
          2. I called them and got to know that those numbers on bill are not valid. So i had to go to their shop.
          3. They told me about wire only. They if it goes more than 12 meter they i have to pay. I agreed. Which i did
          4. Then they asked me to pay for the stand that i was not aware.
          5. I called them and they said i have to pay for installation also which was included into payment. I asked them to check again and confirm. They had no idea.
          6. They were just trying to get money by any way.
          7. One of the person while i was on call said "chhod, ladki h aise hi karegi". Surprise.
          8. They agreed and said at last its boy's mistake but how can he pay. So you have to pay.
          Yes i paid all the amount and hoping to tell them they will come to what a girl can do.

            The sales person MR. Kulveer sold 1 Daikin AC to us first asked to sell to us without bill & ask us to pay him 2000 Rs. so that he can provide AC to us without bill but when we denied it he gave us very poor services stole copper wire from the unit & started abusing on phone when we asked for it.The are thief & dosent deliver the stabliser also with the product when we had paid for it & also didnt done the installation even after confirming it and take Rs. 1000 for this service also
            Highly disappointed .bought an ifb washing machine n 23 Nov from sargam electronics, pitampura .no one came up fr demo after repeated calls .Nd visited us n 28 .I.e after 6 days f delivery .Nd then it came out defective Nd still no commitment to replace it Nd serve us.
            Bought AC from sargam electronics and it's defective highly disappointed and can't explain the mental harassment faced during installation

              Dear consumer help line team,

              This is the complement against lg service center & surgam electronics lajpat nagar.
              I have purchased split ac on 19-apr-16, which was installed by a dealer in late evening on the same day, the installation supposed to be done by lg but it was done by some vendor instead of lg service center.
              From the same night we observed that the a/c was not cooling & than we launched a complaint to lg on 21-04-16, with complaint no-rna[protected] at 9-27am.
              Than a person came from cooling expert-lg service centre, who checked & found that the gas is not available in the ac. & he denied to work on the said complaint of gas issue as it has to be done by only dealer who had installed this split ac.

              After that we have communicated with surgam electronics to rectify this cooling issue, who was not responding properly & the day had passed of 21-04-16, no one from their end to come & resolve this issue.

              Moreover, they had shown us 5 star split ac & sent us 3star ac, which was not even shown or expectable.
              We would like to know what is the use of buying a company product, if company people are denying or passing a ball.

              We request you to take an action on this & arrange a proper new machine for us with 5star, which they had shown us.

                I bought a carrier brand ac, model number (Wraa-18k estrella) from sargam electronics on 31/3/2015. I wasn't too sure about the brand but the sargam electronics dealer convinced us to buy this ac. Right from the beginning the ac wasn't functioning properly. The very first complaint was within a month. The complain details with request ids are as follows:

                28 apr[protected];
                15 july[protected];
                18 july[protected];
                4 nov[protected];
                4 march[protected].
                No satisfactory action has been taken so far although the people from service center assured me that they would resolve this issue by march.

                The solution i was expecting was the full replacement of my ac with the new one as i feel the ac has manufacturing defect. I would appreciate if you could resolve it at the earliest.

                I am an educated customer and know how to use my rights! I would not like to waste my hard earned money. This is a sheer case of misguiding and befooling innocent customers. Strict action taken against the company and i should be getting a complete refund for this ac.

                  This time m fedup because one of the sales man entertained me very badly he straightly said just go from here we can help you.

                    The executive of sargam electronics told us that we have total 8 emi's to pay the ac.
                    I downpayment Rs.11200/- & rest we make easy emi of Rs.2780/- of 8 months.
                    But the home credit executive told us that i would pay 9 emi
                    & i have a proof o sargam electronics that i have to pay only 8 month emi.

                      Indrapuram Plot No. MLU4 C/GH3 Vaibhav Khand Indra Puram Ghaziabad. Hi, I had purchased 2 AC's, 1 W/M and a TV from Sargam. When we were shown the demo of Sony android TV we were told that camera will be along with the Sony Android TV. He went on to the extent of explaining the features of Camera. We had asked him for the brouchre but he said it was not available. When the product was delivered Sony guy told us that the model doesn't have a camera with it. We were shocked to hear such a gross presentation of facts and feature set explained by the Sargam salesmen. Above all he was rude enough to tell me that do what ever you can. I asked him to put me on to his manager and he explained wrong things to his manager and never passed on the phone to his manager. Instead gave me another number and told me if you want you can talk at the other number. I being a common working guy have not been able to follow up but am still frusterated and how easy it is for them to fool around with the consumer. I hope there was a cool off period with the consumer goods as well so that we dont get cheated by the companies like sargam. And last but not the least Sargam doesn't even have a cutomer coplaint numbers on there website. The numbers published by them are for sales and product enquiry alone. Mr Nitin Sikka was the manager & Aman was the salesmen both good guys but the demo guy fooled us and neither of these two gentlemen are now picking our phone.

                        The staff is rude and uncooperative especially the branch mangar showed very cold attitude as if he is doing some favour on us. First of all when we approached him to get the best price, he kept us waiting for like 20 minutes as he was busy chit chatting on his phone and after that he looked very disinterested. We didnt like this way of dealing. I won't recommend the sargam electronics PREET VIHAR to anyone. Really didn't expect such a behaviour from such big names when other big guns like Vijay Sales are providing better deals in all sections. I won't go to sargam electronics again and would suggest others the same.

                          I visited sargam electronics in tri nagar branch I were asking about air conditioner They were giving bad details of voltas company And meanwhile one another customer comes in the showroom and staff member was saying to me ask from this customer for voltas ac and the customer replied take it take it its best and all staff members laugh at me ..                             Hi, I have bought one Kelvinator Semi Washing Machine from Sargam Electronics Yusuf Sarai and the retailer has overcharged extra money on the actual price. Actual cost of washing machine is Rs 8260 and Sargam Electronics has charged Rs 8400 from me. They have given estimation of Rs 7000 but when we asked that we want to pay with Sudexo Gift Pass then they said there is no discount on machine. But as per law they can't change more than MRP.                             Sargam electronics yusuf sarai store is being operated by fraud people ...they sold me a 2012 manufactured product in 2016 ...pls beware if you are buying from them and always check what they will send you before making any kind of payment ...after selling the product they wont attend your calls ...

                              Bought an hp laptop on 24/09/2014 from Sargam Ectronics, PITAMPURA, Delhi. The salesman gave me wrong information about the aftersales of the purchase. HE CONFIRMED that the service pack would cost me 2000 and the payment would be online BUT the payment stated online is 2500/- Now, Neither they are refunding my money nor they are taking any action ... and are just apologising.

                                I am Naresh Kumar and I'm your loyal customer last 15 years. But now I am not happy with your customer services. Because of fake commitments by your dealrs and the staff also do fake commitment with me. Yesterday I gave a payment to your B -1231 jahangir puri branch dealer Mr. Vinod for purchased a LG fully automatic washing machine. But that time the product is not available in his branch. And he told me that he delivered my selected product at my home on same day. But now next day is going on and I did not get my product till now. When I talk to Mr. Vinod for regarding My product. His behaviour is so rude to me. And he did not give exect time to deliver my product. So please deliver my product on urgent basis.

                                  I recently bought a Samsung LED TV from Sargam Electronics, Indirapuram (near Aditya Mall) and the salesman Mr Rehman, has made false commitments and promise around the accessories i would be getting in the box.

                                  He told me that i would get 4 3D glasses with the TV i bought, but at the time of delivery there was only 2 of them. When i called them up they said that in this model their are only 2 3D glasses. On my telling them that you told us 4, they promised that they will give us 2 more glasses in 2-3 days.

                                  Since then i am getting dates and every time same response that there is no stock.Today i again called them up and the store manager Mr Sanjay, told Rehman to inform customer that it is expensive and we can not give for free, so tell the customer that we still dont have the stock.I somehow heard this conversation and when i asked then he mentioned that we have but only for purchase, we can not give as gift.

                                  My concern here is that first they made wrong description, then wrong commitments and made me follow them up for 3 weeks and now he is telling that we can not give.This type of salesman ship is not acceptable and make the customer irritated. I always wanted 4 3D glasses and would have taken the model where i was getting those.The store manager is very rude and so is the salesman Mr Rehman.

                                  Poor management, bad salesmanship and phathetic customer management.

                                    Hi Sir, I have purchased a Sansui LED 32'' on[protected] from Sargam Electronics Sec-1, Rohini, Delhi-110085, I was promised that this is the best product now a days, but after 10 days it stopped working and i lodge a complaint which took 8 days to resolve as Mother Board on LED was replaced, after 15 days again this issue came and they changed the Mother Board but now its 3rd time on[protected] that its been not working with the same reason that Mother Board should get changed, i requested the company to change my entire LED only as there is some big issue in this but no one is taking any action, 1 Engineer came one and said that you should take the LED TV to the Dealer only and they will change it, but when i went to them they said we cant do anything, its only company people who can do, now i am stuck as what to do??, no one is resolving the problem, i am very much harrassed and dissapointed with the service i have got from the Dealer as well as company, i need someone's help to resolve this matter as i am a salaried person, i took this LED TV on Loan.
