We purchased Haier LED LE43K6600GA on March 2021. In November we started facing the problem with the TV. We let them know immediately after 15 days they came and said we will replace this and give you the new TV. Till now we didn't get any proper response from them. When ever we call they just said we will contact you within 10 days but now three months passed we still not get any proper update....

I have asked them whether there is an EMI optional available they told its available.
But I was not interested in buying the TV.

I recently went to newly opened shop in our hometown to get some electric products.

This is one of the worst shop I have ever came across. Customer experience was zero.
Members who work there are lacking of knowledge on the products.
Member at the bill counter was speaking to somebody over the call and generating bill who almost made me to wait for more than 10 minutes...
