      I have bought an LG 4k TV - 75 inch from Sathyas Trichy showroom on 15th Aug 2022 for Rs. 1, 15, 000. They have promised that item will be delivered by Wednesday morning, since item is available in another warehouse. I have also mentioned that Thursday I will be out of town, so item has to be delivered on Wednesday morning. But till date, there is no proper response from their end. Also during item delivery, they have taken a photo with me stating that I am a premium customer along with a mobile as gift, but once the photo has been taken, they have taken back the mobile giving an excuse.
      I have purchased many items from Sathyas but this is the worst support I got from the team.

      Couldn't contact the Satyas customer care through any of the numbers given in their website.

          Hi Team,

          I have been trying to enquire and make an informed decision on the purchase of Sony 65 Inch BRAVIA XR OLED 4K Ultra HD Smart Google TV - 2021 Model (XR65A80J). Please note that this is available as an open box display tv in your thoothukudi branch.

          For the past 1 week I have been trying to get a proper price quote for this TV and the details of the current condition of the TV.

          However the customer support has been nothing short of rude, and irrelevant replies and no answer. I am really surprised to find that even after I requested the support team to give me an escalation ID, they did not bother to respond.

          If someone from the senior management is looking into this, you have lost a customer and several references that I would have made if my experience with Sathya was good. I was supposed to make a premium TV purchase worth more than a lakh. Even before the purchase, you guys did not bother about the customer. So this speaks volumes about this org's ethics and values. Also please note that the people working at your stores are least bothered about sales & customer experience. If the management wants to win me back as a customer, please reach out genuinely, solve the issue and give me proper compensation for all the trouble that I had gone through.

              I forward this complaint to Chidambaram branch. I buy Tv and refrigerator and mixures etc. in ur agencies instead of Exchange old TV and refrigerator.They told come and check ur product and then I would take ur Tv and refrigerator sum of rupees. But still now no one can get the exchange product from my home.they didn't response properly evennow. So ur not fullfilled with customers.Here after we won't buy any products in ur agencies, ur services good and ur responsible very very bad.

                Dear Team,
                Last Sunday, July 31, I went to the Sathya store and bought(paid full amount - did not get proper bill) a water geyser in the requested colour. The salesperson and manager told me they could arrange it the next day and the installation would take between two to three days.

                The following -next day evening at around 7 PM, I received a call from a sales representative who informed me that my order had been received but that no one was available to deliver it right away & will be delivered the next day. I agreed.

                And in the next day till 5PM no response from them and called ask the details & they said your product in on the way will delivery once received and there they Lying to the customer and have asked refund they said don't worry will delivery in 1hr some how received the product and the best part is not the color I have choose(liked one color and highlighted and mentioned should need that color only) and call next day 4PM no proper response from them I want solutions ASAP.

                  Very very worst shop I ever seen before. Totally full of fraud nd fake products.
                  Actually we booked a Sony TV. They are giving the display price for the customer. The deal was broken. Then we found out that nd we returned them the product. Then they said. Tommorow new product will be delivered. Till now it got more than 3 days. They haven't delivery the product till now. Very very worst experience. We asked the reason. They are telling the very very poor nd cheap reason. Pls don't buy anything from this shop. From my opinion. Very very worst experience. Totally very very disappoint.

                            I have purchased LG AC from Sathya on March 28 2022. AC was not working from June 17 and later I complained this problem to Sathya. Service Executive checked and told that PCB board is not working . Then they took 5 days to change PCB board and afterwards they found that Motor is also not working.
                            They took another 4 days to change the Motor. Again AC is not working from July 8.
                            I was so much depressed that again it was not working . I asked for replacement of AC from Sathya showroom, but they are not replying properly. Please help

                                    We bought double road fridge from Sathya Agencies in mudichur rd on 27/10/2013(dd/mm/yyyy) and now my fridge is not working and need to claim 10 warranty to fix this issue, most of the bills are lost due to 2015 flood in our area, for getting the bill i have approach sathya agencies since my machine was not working(26/04/2022), almost 2 months, still i am not able get the bill, please do needful to get the bill, so that i can claim my warranty
