Dear sir,

We wish to bring to your notice that we have purchased a samsung fridge in the year 2016 and they have provided a warrenty card and mentioned compressor warrenty period 10 years, but we have raised service with samsung due to fridge suddenly stopped working samsung service engineer told it is compressor fauld but they want the purchase bill we have misplaced the same hence we have requested sathya showroom pursaiwakam one udhay following but still not received told some soft ware issue but called sathya customer care they said only respective branch will have bill not in head office now samsung says it is only 5 yrs warrenty not 10 years blame game problem still not solved waiting for more than 3 weeks worst service wrong commitment not good quality product promised service not given no proper follow up by employees we are in mental torcher and upset buy purschasing things from sathya.

Personal tension due to this non response to share a photo copy of bill via email or whatsapp requested but no revert if fridge closed more then 3 week due to this issue if any other leakage or any part damage it will cost more

    Our AC required service and we contacted Salem Sathya electronis on 27/03/2021. A person arrived and told us our AC required some parts to be replaced and he will get back within a week but till today we did not get any proper response. we are really fed with up with Sathya electronis.we request you to solve the issue as soon as possible.

          Address: Flat No.6, Sriragh Apartments, New No.4 (Old No16) Temple Avenue, Srinagar Colony, Behind Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai-600015.

          I bought a SamSung washing machine Model: WW60R20EKMW 6Kg Front Loading, GST Invoice No.1210031CH15001795 dated[protected]. Due to Lockdown in Chennai it was delivered during first week of July, and Samsung Technician came to install it on 16th July 2021. While unboxing for installation & demonstration, he found the Control Panel not working. He reported about the damage to Sathya Agencies & to Samsung. The Samsung service engineer came on 17th July 21 to check and found there is damage & breakage in the internal parts of the washing machine.

          Therefore, we request Sathya Agencies to replace this washing machine with a new one without any further delay. Any difference in the cost can be paid by us. Please reply immediately because we are unable to fulfill our daily washing of clothes, though we have already spent the money for the purchase of the washing machine from Sathya Agencies.

              We bought a 55 inch Sony TV in this shop . The attendent told us that he will surely arrange for Headphone in Sony brand .                 I bought a washing machine on 25.09.2016 at Satya Agency in Kovilpatti... On 12.07.2021 there was an error PR in the washing machine. Then I called Satya Agency and asked them to service my washing machine. But Satya Agency worker has provided us with substandard local company service without destroying the service of Videocon company. That local corporate service person cheated us and got more money and left to repair our washing machine as well. Thus the Satya Agency in Kovilpatti has made me very depressed. I ask Satya Agency to take up my complaint and provide a good quality service to my washing machine and repair my washing machine asap...

Then I called Satya Agency and asked them to service my washing machine.                     Dear Sir,

                    I bring to your kind notice that I have purchased an Air Conditioner (Model: OG AC 1.5TON ASGG18CGTA – B INVERTER 5 STAR) from SATHYA AGENCIES, MANNARGUDI on 16/03/2020.

                    I chose to buy this product on account of the reputation the Brand carries in the Market.

                    But to my surprise and utter disappointment, I found leakage of water in the indoor unit on the very next day itself soon it was installed.

                    I called the service center and they came and fixed the problem. But after two weeks, I faced another problem in the Unit, I called service center again for fixing the issue.

                    The service people came and after checking informed me that there was an issue in the board and it needs to be replaced. They have booked an order for replacement of the board.

                    By that time since the lockdown was announced by that time due to COVID 19 spread and it obviously took a long time for the replacement of the board. I would like to inform here that till the time for almost 3 months, I suffered a lot without A/C support.

                    My sufferings from your A/C didn’t end here. After a few months itself, I once faced the same problem. Initially after checking y, they told that there is problem in Board once again and they arranged to change the Board. But still the issue wasn’t solved.

                    To my utter disappointment, I found them telling that Compressor needs to be replaced. At this time I left with no other option but to ask why this many problem comes from this unit ans why the unit itself cannot be replaced.

                    Now they promised that there won’t be any issues after this compressor is replaced. But before replacing the compressor once again, the lockdown was imposed and my suffering without the A/c support still continued.

                    After quite long days, they arranged to change the compressor. Now the problem wasn’t still fixed. So they checked the board once again, and still ended in failure. Then they have arranged to take the AC unit to their service place last week.

                    Now they are telling that they will somehow fix the issue and there may not be any need for replacement.

                    But now Iam totally dejected and disappointed over your product since I faced lot of difficulties with this product and deeply disappointed with your service and response.

                    I wish to tell that this is my last complaint regarding this issue and to give you a warning that take this AC unit back and give me a full compensation. The second option is that take your AC unit back and give me replacement with a brand new Unit. This is one last chance, Iam giving you.

                    If not my demand is not met within next week, I will be subjected to take this issue to a proper Legal Consumer Forum for filing a suit against you. I will be left with no other option but to publish the issue in social media to make the entire people community to become aware of your notorious malfunction of your Brand.

                      We have purchased a godrej ac in nov 2020 in sathya Thanjavur branch and it got repair Around May 2021 immediately we made a complaint at sathya customer care they replied and said that due to lockdown it's not possible to fix immediately.

                      After lockdown from sathya they have immediately took action to repair ac..after checking the ac they said its a PCB failure need to order the parts but it vill take some time ..it happened around jun 2021 ..
                      But till now there is no response or answering as parts order delay due to lockdown.

                      .we are regular customer more than 10 years..but very upset with your service..

                          I was buy the AC in Sathya valapalani branch in[protected] that time they are telling vaccination coupon are available so I was buy the AC but still am not get the coupon I try to contact Sathya valapalani branch manager they telling to me the offer was closed 😡😡 but when I buying the AC tat time they telling offer is available so only I was buy the AC.

                            So far the experience with Sathya is most horrible ever.

                            I had been calling them for installation, which they did (at last), after much delay and breaking several promises.

                            After installation, we observed leakage in the copper pipe laid out by them. Now, I have been following up with them for the last 10 days.

                            My recommendation, do not buy anything from Sathya, if you need any service. If you buy, God save yiu.

                              I have purchased Hitachi1.5 (5 ⭐️) ac on oct ‘20.
                              As mentioned first three free services while purchase.
                              No follow up no proper response.
                              Waiting from Thursday for the 2nd free service.
                              No proper repose yet.
                              This is my second ac purchase from Sathya’s.
                              Last purchase I got it from (carrier 5 star in 2019)Karur by-pass and it was completely satisfying.
                              This time recent purchase I got it from Fort station road branch and no follow up no proper response after repeated home calls and messages.
