    Hi I have purchased carrier ac on 22nd January in ramanathapuram sathya agencies in that packaging missed ac remote and manual usage book then we have complaint about the same to sathya aswell as carrier customer care its been more tha 12days still not delivering the missing accessories, paid the amount 122days still taking the customer words series and not delivering the products, whenever call the both customer service, one of the worst ever seen such a pathetic customer service guy in retail but sathya appointmented and answering the complaints like not bothering about the missing accessories need to take very strict actions for this lethargic peoples for eating the customer money without delivering the right products

      I bought OG inverter AC on 12/09/2020. The salesman and Manager said that Warrenty for the Indoor thing is 1 year and outdoor is 5 years. I too have the proof for the same. But now there is a impair in the outdoor thing and the salesman and Manager is asking us to oay for the same. Kindly consider

        Not issuing of gift (smart watch)

        I purchased Hitachi split ac 1.5 ton ZUNOH 3100F R32 318HEDO 3 STAR On. 25/01/22, after billing the person refused to issue smart watch even though I mentioned TV advertisement and showroom advertisement, they say it's only in perticular brand only, if it's only some brand then why advertisement given in all ac, it is ridiculous and cheated and spoil the name of your concern.

              This is Keerthikadevi. I have purchased items from Sathya between March 26, 2016 to April 15, 2016. I tried to retrieve the bills by using my phone number [protected].
              I couldn’t retrieve at all. I remember having this number and bought the items.
              I have possibly given one of the below address:
              1. KIADB Industrial area, 25-31, 2nd phase, EPIP Zone, whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066

              2. 54-1, west Thottam, linganoor, Vadavalli, veerakeralam road, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu - 641041.

              It is very urgent for me. I tried to go Sathya directly and called couple of times as well. They couldn’t help me at all. I need this for one of my court procedure and highly important for me.

                We have bought preethi alya chimney one week ago at sathya agencies gingee, but the product delivered from dindivanam..when we call for installation they r saying that to call us dindivanam sathya for installation..we didn't have any other wrk rather calling each n every branch for installation..i[censored] didn't have the product or installation facilities at that particular branch u could have informed us..n ppl are behaving worst in customer service in gingee particularly one lady who spoke with us..worst responsibility ..u r the provider u ppl r responsible till the installation process..but u ppl r very curious about selling the product bcoz of money rather than customer service..worst experience ever..this is the last product..never ever gng to purchase anything from u

                  I have purchased one single door fridge 10 days back from Sathya agency, Kumananchavadi, chennai. Home delivery arranged by Sathya agency with additional cost paid be me. After delivery Whirlpool technician attended the installation, while unboxing product was in some damage condition. Later it was replaced with another fridge in 3 days. The replacement was not in good condition, it's more dirty and full of dust formed in back unit. It's looks very old product and looks not good. At the same time Whirlpool technician came for installation and he finished his job and he not checked about the condition of the product. After some time I checked the back unit of fridge and cleaned the dusts, I have noticed the one of part was in unfixed condition, that technician not even checked that. I have raised this concerns to Sathya agency sales person he apologized on that. After two days I identified the another issue in freezer inside, it's unfixed in position, that also not checked by technician. Overall I was worried about the quality issue with Sathya and Whirlpool. I have paid for this product, it should be worthy, but it's not like that. It's really disappointed for me and poor service to customer. What is the action will be taken for this complaint???

                    I have went to sathya store singaperumal kovil chennai for seeing the samsung tv.
                    I have asked them whether there is an EMI optional available they told its available.
                    But I was not interested in buying the TV.
                    But the Manger and the sale person told me that just we can swipe the card and check it. Then I went to the counter and they put the EMI for 1 year and he asked for the pin I also told the pin.the bill is generated and the I got the bill from the swiping Machine. This swiping is done only for the purpose of checking the interest amount.but the sales person done the process for billing amount of 23, 800.
                    Now the bank has created the loan amount and the amount is debited from my side.i have asked for the refund amount, but they are telling it will take 15 days to get the amount back.

                      I brought a 50 Inch Haier TV from Sathya Agencies, vriddhachalam Cuddalore district 606001 in 2020 like in Feb, Got some horizontal lines on Screen. So i have contacted service center. Service person came down on Nov2021 and informed that TV panel got issues. so it can be replaceable within 20 working days. Its been more than a two month. No action taken from Sathya Agencies Side. From past three weeks, they told that no stock for 50 inch tv, so push me to purchase 65 inch TV, I said ok also. But from past three weeks no one is responding me on issues. Every time making fake promise. Even Cuddalore AGM promised me he will give a call on Monday. Nothing Happened. Really i am geting fursated everyday on Seeing TV and wasting my time on chasing them. So I believe this compliant platform will be solve my issue.

                        I recently went to newly opened shop in our hometown to get some electric products.

                        This is one of the worst shop I have ever came across. Customer experience was zero.
                        Members who work there are lacking of knowledge on the products.
                        Member at the bill counter was speaking to somebody over the call and generating bill who almost made me to wait for more than 10 minutes even though I am the only customer.
                        No covid precautions has been followed as suggested by the tamilnadu has been followed.

                        They don't even have a knife to re-cover the product after verification. Employee was using his teeth to cut off the tape after sealing it, very disgusting.

                            I bought a Samsung washing machine on 27/11/21.They did it 4 days after installing it. After that the water overflowed into that washing machine. complied at Mannargudi Sathya branch.
                            But Technicians arrived 5 days later. They said the water league in Dabemrum was over. They made a false commitment today and tomorrow saying that they will do the replacement. I bought the product and did not use it even for a day. Then they gave me a Samsung voucher. But I asked if I wanted the same model washing machine. When asked last Monday they gave a commitment to give on Wednesday.
                            But when asked today they say Saturday will give. I have become a very depressed person. They have only been giving me the wrong commitment from the beginning. How to trust your store if you do this..

                                  I purchased a 55 inches ELGI TV from Sathya agencies located in coonoor on 04/11/2021. The wall mount TV stand provided with the TV is suitable for for erecting the TV in my house, I approached your showroom and informed about the same and had asked for different model wall mount stand(the type of stand that suits for erection was shown to them, They had promised me that they will look into the matter and inform me at the earliest, Till date I have not received any communication from your showroom in this regard. You are therefore requested to look into this matter at the earliest as I am not satisfied with the way your showroom in coonoor has acted.
