Dear Sir,
We have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator Model-RR21A2F2X9U- S/No :04NQ4PAR402197 At
Sathya Agencies, No-115-1, 115-2, 115-3, 116, Kumaran Road, Tirupur-641 601-Tamil Nadu India on 11/07/2021
One week after using, we found the issue look like snow on the freezer outside door and the water sweating from that. We complained this issue at Samsung customer care and as per service engineer advice, we have changed the fridge settings.
After that also, the same problem is continuing till now. Again we have complained about this issue at Sathya Store and also Samsung customer care. But no action had been taken to close this issue.
Please help me to get proper response and service from Sathya agencies and Samsung customer care.
