Purchased 1washing machine 13Aug2021, my credit card also using pay full amount but account side one person pay to Converted EMI this is nagercoil branch his name was George I saw only my statement paid by EMI ask this person he is totally roudly behaviours very disappointed me take action this type of people's otherwise your brand name very damaged.     We have purchased some goods from Mayiladuthurai showroom on 15th August 2021 worth around one lakh fifteen thousand in the name of Gowtham Ram, and told to deliver the goods at cuddalore on 20th August . we are waiting in cuddalore today(20august ) for about 10hrs till the goods were not received and not getting proper response from showroom . Kindly do process quickly or else cancel the goods and make refund

      Giving fake commitment

      I bought an AC during June 2021 and i was told they will be issuing voucher of 2000 rs against vaccination promotion. I got the online redemption code after few days, however it was given in way, by setting the expiry date as same date.

      I have been chasing customer for 10 days with no luck.

      This was the first product i bought in sathya and i regret choosing sathya.

      It was bought in Neyveli branch...

      I brought Whirlpool fridge of 2 star rating on 17.8 2021. But i not like 2 star rating . Please help to change my fridge to new one with 3 star. I pay extra cost of it. in sathya agencies in Cuddalore .they not accepting my requests.they told no way change the fridge .

        Am ordered Samsung double door 3star refrigerator with stand, a cost of 34400RS on Saturday in myiladuthurai Sathya agency and paid money.They said Inspite of no stock, they should purchase from other branches and send with in 2days...After 2days products not delivered... Am asking him through phone call, said delivered next day... Tuesday onwards not delivered any products and not gave me any responsible answer for delayed delivery, only am call him and they said must delivered that evening.. On that same day evening sales man call me and said they export products got tent so u should come the agency and select another brand or should receive refund...am went to agency and ask for refund, they ask bank details and send money within evening 6pm.. Everytime am ask they said will send you send youonly...But till now(Thursday) my money not refunded...worst experience where am got...kindly take a immediate action for that complaints...
        Refund received today... Thank you...

          Butterfly mixer was purchased in Sathya teo years back and unfortunately the product is kit working and it has a warranty of five years. We have the warranty card in hand sealed by satya agencies but unfortunately lost the hard copy of the bill. Since bill is mandatory to claim the warranty we approved satya agencies and they say that the bills/invoices are saved for only one year period. Do Satya agencies have a retention period of one year to the Bill's and invoices to the customer. Please guide us to get the Bill's for the same through which we can get the warranty claimed.

I have bought 43x80j from villupuram branch while I bought I opted for no cost emi but prior with out knowledge of the pinelabs machine store manager and the salesman swiped with bank emi, now am suffering from interest with the bank.

              Hi,

              07.08.2021 i bought Daikin air conditioner. On 09.08.2021 AC technician came for installation. when unpacked, technician found the piece delivered is used one & damaged piece (photos attached for your reference). Then we called sathya (West tambaram branch) they told the new piece will get deliver get installed by today (10.08.2021). But still now nothing happened. If its not done by today at 5.00PM, i will return the product and need the paid amount immediately. This is worst experience happened for me. Appreciated for quick response.

                We have bought whirlpool washing machine bloom 360 at Sathya agencies Medavakkam on May, 2021. It was a day before lockdown. Next day, when we put clothes for washing it starts vibrating violently and was about to fall down. Whirlpool technician guy (from Camproad branch chennai) visits our house and just shown the demo of violent vibration and abnormal movement. He just explained like this model itself a failure one and many customers are facing this same issues.
                Due to lockdown we couldn't reach Sathya agencies directly. Now it was period of 3 months and when we asked for exchange of another model or another previous model of machine they are not accepting and blaming us like "we have intension to change the machine, so we are cheating them".. im uploading the bill, photos and videos below. Please do the needful.

                  I have purchased LG AC in Sathya agencies Madipakkam branch. They have offered 10% cash back offer after 90 days after the purchase date. I have purchased on 12th Apr 2021. Till now amount is not credited. When I approached the sales person he is asking me to share confidential data like my credit card which is not worthy to share with the 3rd person. Such a fraud commitments given to me by Sathya staff... I will take this consumer court

                    I bought symphony air cooler on 27th APRIL 2021 from Sathya agencies Nagercoil (court road). Rotten egg smell is coming while operating. I can’t able to sleep because of that smell.
                    I called for service team, they came and checked, again the same smell continues. Service team told to clean the filter. I tried that too but no improvement.

                    I raised the issue two months ago but Satya Nagercoil had a worst customer support, they didn’t reply properly with a correct solution.

                    I didn’t used the air cooler properly even for one month.

                    Your usual support is highly appreciated.

                      We have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator Model-RR21A2F2X9U- S/No :04NQ4PAR402197 At
                      Sathya Agencies, No-115-1, 115-2, 115-3, 116, Kumaran Road, Tirupur-641 601-Tamil Nadu India on 11/07/2021
                      One week after using, we found the issue look like snow on the freezer outside door and the water sweating from that. We complained this issue at Samsung customer care and as per service engineer advice, we have changed the fridge settings.
                      After that also, the same problem is continuing till now. Again we have complained about this issue at Sathya Store and also Samsung customer care. But no action had been taken to close this issue.
                      Please help me to get proper response and service from Sathya agencies and Samsung customer care.
                      Herewith I have attached issue images/video clips for your kind consideration. Hope you can do the needful in this Issue.

                          I bought the new Ac ( Blue Start) and Vgaurg Stabilizer by online on May 2020. I got problem with Stabilizer now.

                          Can you please confirm anyone for below queries ?

                          1) are they providing the home based service for Repairing the "Vgaurg Stabilizer" ?
                          2) If No, why they have given the false commit while purchasing the Ac and Stabilizer by online ?

                            Hello Sir/ Madam
                            I'm from Vellore. We bought a new Bluestar Airconditioner before one month From Sathya Electronics Katpadi Near Rangalaya Kalyana mandapam and whenever we switch on that AC we receive an error H6. We informed to Sathya electronice and fought with them to replace the AC, They replaced that AC and suprisingly we received the same error on a replaced new AC. I do know why Sathya electronics is salesing these type of Old second hand AC's. We asked the Sathya show room to Refund since this is a repeat fault on their side but they refused, More over the manager is not responding and giving respect to customer properly. Now 45.000 is really waste for us. Really sathya electronics is a bad showroom. Please anyone do not buy any products from Sathya Electronics and waste your money. Share this message as much as you can.

                              We bought a Butterfly Grinder 2L Rhino TTWOA on 30th April 2021 from Sathya Agencies Ooty; and used the same in the subsequent week. The grinder stopped half the way. A complaint was placed and due to lock down, there was delay in the service agents rectifying the same. After rectification, when we used the Grinder, the same issue happened and after multiple follow up and calls to Sathya Agencies (Ooty), the service agents came around the 3 week of July to rectify it. Again, we are facing the same issue and I find it extremely difficult to get the representative from Sathya Agencies (Ooty) in a call.

                              To summarize, we have used the grinder thrice and with the same being repaired twice. It is now not working again. It is less than 3 months that we bought the product and I would either want a replacement of the product or a refund of amounts paid. With no proper response from Sathya Agencies Ooty, I am forced to post this complaint in this forum.

                                Dear sir,

                                We wish to bring to your notice that we have purchased a samsung fridge in the year 2016 and they have provided a warrenty card and mentioned compressor warrenty period 10 years, but we have raised service with samsung due to fridge suddenly stopped working samsung service engineer told it is compressor fauld but they want the purchase bill we have misplaced the same hence we have requested sathya showroom pursaiwakam one udhay following but still not received told some soft ware issue but called sathya customer care they said only respective branch will have bill not in head office now samsung says it is only 5 yrs warrenty not 10 years blame game problem still not solved waiting for more than 3 weeks worst service wrong commitment not good quality product promised service not given no proper follow up by employees we are in mental torcher and upset buy purschasing things from sathya.

                                Personal tension due to this non response to share a photo copy of bill via email or whatsapp requested but no revert if fridge closed more then 3 week due to this issue if any other leakage or any part damage it will cost more

                                  Our AC required service and we contacted Salem Sathya electronis on 27/03/2021. A person arrived and told us our AC required some parts to be replaced and he will get back within a week but till today we did not get any proper response. we are really fed with up with Sathya electronis.we request you to solve the issue as soon as possible.
