    We are the regular and loyal customer of Sathya agencies madippakkam. Recently bought Hair 1.5 Ton Air conditioner . But past 10 days we have the cooling issue, so i locked the complaint by the help of Sathya madipakkam but till now no one has to come to resolve my issue. i am waiting more than 10 days. So i Request to resolve my issue as soon as possible else please don't sale this not serviceable product. I feel very bad for bought this ac in Sathya. My complaint number is 0224.

      We have purchased 43 inch Lloyd Tv within 20days display damaged but Lloyd service closed this as physical damage but we are completely not aware of this damage.Sathya have to help on this

          I am unhappy very worst experience with sathya I won't purchase any product in satya future. All say internet purchases they will give Service if we purchase shop also they are cheating don't buy any product hight cost that can be duplicate all are fraud

            I purchased refrigerator gas stove and Grinder on July 8 from Erode Sathya store.
            I paid delivery amount also.
            My delivery address is Chithalandur.
            They informed to me go and get the gas stove from Thiruchengodu Sathya store.

            Next day I received my refridgerator from Salem.

            Not yet I received my Grinder.
            I asked thiruchengodu Sathya store today
            July 15.

            They informed to me
            No stock

            Kindly take the necessary action

            Do the needful

              I purchased Daikin AC from Sathya on May 27 2022, while purchasing they told free smart watch is not available right now, we wil give later. After three stil I'm waiting for my Sathya gift smart watch. From kelambakkam Sathya showroom also not responding properly

                I have ordered a llyod split 1.5 ton AC, it got delivered yesterday and today they did installation, after installation we came to know the display is not working and complained to technician, he said its has to be fixed by llyod and asked to sign the doc which says successfully installed and its working properly. I didn't gave him the installation voucher, after that i am calling to sathya agencies, they are not responding at all. and when called to llyod they are saying you should call to sathya agencies and get the product exchanged. This was my first purchase at sathya and never thought of this kind of response i will get. please help

                  I bought new mixie on your agencies before 2 years. Now mixie caught some internal fault, same was given to your agencie before 2 weeks. But still mixie was not check and open anything. They are told chilly reasons for time postponding.

                  My question is if new products they are told as same. Then why are you given warranty and gurantty details to customers.

                      Our native place is tenkasi, we planned to get a washing machine as a gift for my sister in law.Two days before we called Sathya Tenkasi, no response, they told I am in customer ' s house, we will call you later, but no response.At present we are in thiruppathur sivaganga working as teachers.But very good response in Karaikudi branch- one time visited, they called 10 times for us, the only reason they not able to deliver in tenkasi sathya.

                          We bought a Samsung A13 on May 2nd network not worked properly we came on next day to exchange they said it was network problem we crossed checked with the appropriate network there was no problem in the network it was by mobile we came today may 23rd to Sathya agency we waited for 4 hrs long and by now they said need to visit the Samsung service centre.what kind of service is this ? No exchange product and no refundable.

                              Hi, I had purchased Haier washing machines from salem Sathya old bus stand branch on 6/8/2020 and the project is constantly giving me a lot of trouble. The product is showing ERROR most of the time, I have been trying to solve this issue, but the manager is not giving a constant solution for this issue, each time they book for a service representative I have to pay them 600Rs by now I have been mating them nearly 7-9 times. Today when I called the manager again they said they will again book for service representative. Requested them to replace this Machine in the 1st month of the purchase date itself as it began to trouble right from the 1st month

                                  I had visited sathya showroom tambaram on May 1st night 9.20Pm, we thought of buying aC which had comprehensive warranty & recent technology like WIFI and good service support. Sathya showroom sales person shown the Samsung windfree models, he said it comes with comprehensive warranty and WIFI, in sathya store they had a display kit which is also mentioned of WIFI in windfree model, So we selected it, after we buy the product we had been given the receipt not the invoice, they said there is a printing issue, the AC was shipped after 4 days, then after 4 days once the installation engineer visited, ( 9th may), he had installed the kit, i asked him to show the wifi mode, he said the kit which you got is not wifi model, then i was shocked, visited the sathya show room from where i got the AC, they said windfree model will not have WIFI, then i took them to the place where we were shown with the display & i showed them the display sticker too, i also indicated the feature in the brochure. but they denied straightaway and they did not replace the unit,

                                    I have purchased a symphony air cooler on 3rd may around 9 pm from sathya agencies madurai Road, Virudhanagar Branch. It was stopped working with some burning smell on 6th may morning after that it wasn't working. I raised complaint with sathya team on 6th may evening they said they've registered complaint, the symphony team will call and come for service. Till now I didn't received any call from service side no one came from service. As a layman customer we bought product worth of Rs 6100 from sathya due this bad climate. If the product fault is happening after a month o[censored]sage I will accept but this is happening after 2 days of purchase. I'm completely disappointed with the service of sathya agencies when I call the team for support one by one they were transferring my phone call to another person. Finally I spoke to one female staff she was rude nd not listening to customer queries. I need refund or product replacement immediately. Otherwise I'll post my worst customer experience to all the social media platform.

                                      I am regular customer for Sathya Agency till date purchased TV Washing machine and recently i have purchased A/C from Sathya Agencies, Porur. (New branch)

                                      Customer executive Prakash is worst experience ever had to me before he had insisted me to get Samsung A/C comparing to Voltas but am interested in Voltas he forced me to buy and promised next day delivery and installation. He have given commitment and promised yesterday that the deliver of A/C and installation tonbe done same day. But till date he didnt support after my purchase. I had made full payment and waiting response from your end.

                                      Please inform your executive to not give any wrong commitment. I had trust you people till date but after this incident i never purchase and suggest Sathya Agencies to anyone. Please make people to be professional and genuine to customer before giving any commitment. Rightnow he didnt pick my call today and not proper responce. I will write consumer complaint about this issue.
