I have bought an LG 4k TV - 75 inch from Sathyas Trichy showroom on 15th Aug 2022 for Rs. 1, 15, 000. They have promised that item will be delivered by Wednesday morning, since item is available in another warehouse. I have also mentioned that Thursday I will be out of town, so item has to be delivered on Wednesday morning. But till date, there is no proper response from their end. Also during item delivery, they have taken a photo with me stating that I am a premium customer along with a mobile as gift, but once the photo has been taken, they have taken back the mobile giving an excuse.
I have purchased many items from Sathyas but this is the worst support I got from the team.
Couldn't contact the Satyas customer care through any of the numbers given in their website.
