I have bought LG AC in Thiruvallur sathya show room and got a zebronic watch free along with tha AC. That watch is not working for last two months I went and asked in show room they are asking to book a complaint in Zebronic site and they will come and collect the product and provide replacement.But there is no option like that. I am being cheated by those employees of thiruvallur sathya. Facing very bad experience with sathya

    I purchased LG aquaguard from Sathya Agencies Tenkasi on 25Nov 2022 by exchanging my old aquaguard which was in good working conditions. But due to Hurryburry, while billing, it was forgotten to adjust the amount of Rs 500 for my old machine as promised. Then they said Rs 500 will be paid to me. But the people in sathya agency at Tenkasi did not give the amount so far. Kindly look into the matter and cause necessary action to remit the amount to me immediately.

        Hi sir iam nandhakumar my mobile number [protected] my friend gifted samsung sound bar hwq-600A his name is manivannnan he purshase that product july month that produt have many complaint first time i book a call in samsung service center technician came and changed the pcb board after 2 days the same problem comes again i book a call technician told me again the same issue is there so we prefer to change another new pcb board but service center is not ready to gave assurance pls take immidiate action and also attached my bill copy

          Hi Myself Vinothkumar from Villupuram, TamilNadu, I have ordered v-guard sprinthot 15L water heater on June'22 from Sathya Agencies (P) Ltd Villupuram Branch, after one month o[censored]sing (August 2022) it's started water leakage from the tank for all over the day, then I have raised the complaint to sathya customer care and vguard technician came and serviced that product, I have requested vguard person to replce the product but they mentioned if this issue occurs for next time we will provide replace, then later again after 2 months same issue happen now October 2022 water leak is more heavy this time, we again complaint sathya for replacement of new product they are not providing replacement they are asking us to check with v-guard customer care for product repair.

          With in 4 months this issue happing second time we are not satisfied with the product we are requesting for replacement of new product or we need our money back.

          Villupuram branch service is very bad, last one week I am following this issue still there is no solution even no proer responce for calls they are talking very rude manner, I went directely to sathya showroom twice for this issue they are not responding properly.

          Kindly take a necessary action on this, if not I will file a complaint against sathya with available proof and issue a complaint notice on the same

          if required I will attach all the proof, recordings of calls and water heater issue videos for your reference

              . I am suresh from Madurantakam. I had paid for Venus Splash 10L water Heater and V Guard V50 Stablizer on 23.10.2022 in Sathya Madurantakam. But that Showroom manager delivered V Guard Stablizer only and venus water heater not delivered due to no stock demo only available.

              . Sathya Madurantakam branch manager stated that, he will arrange the water heater from chengalpet branch and delivered u r address on tomorrow (24.10.2022).

              . on 24.10.2022, the branch manager don't call to me for arranged that water heater. I called to manager on 24.10.2022 A.N. He told all staffs are busy in sales after two hours delivered water heater to u r home directly. I was wait at 5.30 p.m.. Then i called to manager at 5.40 p.m. He told delivery van broke down in singaperumal koil so for late and he fixed delivery time at 09.00 p.m. But he don't delivered.

              . Hence, i cancelled my purchase of water heater. He assured with in three days u r cash settle through bank account, i shared my wife's bank account details to branch mobile number. After 3 days my cash not settled by cash or bank account. I separately complaint to sathya customer care from 25.10.2022 to 28.10.2022. All called audios are recorded by me. I was very mentally affected this issue.
              I need u r support. Kindly settle my cash immediately.

              Very worst customer service in satya, Madurantakam Branch and Amount variation of every product in that branch vs sathya online site.

                  I wish to place on record the poor post sale service by sathya agencies. I bought Llyod LED 50 inch tv at medavakkam sathya agency on 28th jan 2022. To my surprise there was a display error on my new tv for which I raised a complaint two months back. First of all I am not happy that how a new TV can have this problem within 6 months. Am I given a faulty TV?

                  Service engineer attended the complaint and he said that the display needs to be changed and it will be covered under warranty. After 2 weeks, when I followed up with sathya agency again, they said that my complaint is resolved and closed. So again I raised another complaint for the same issue and the same service engineer came and again took my compliant. When I asked why my previous complaint was closed, he gave an unconvincing answer and went away.

                  Now looks like another service request is raised and it looks like my request is pending because of non availability of spare. It has been one month I am getting the same answer and hence I want to escalate this . If I don't have my request attended immediately I will be forced to raise consumer case under consumer protection Act 1986

                  Note : in the past six months, I have bought one washing machine, one tv, one ac in sathya and now I feel that I have chosen the wrong shop.

                  Expect to get a replacement of my repaired TV as soon as possible

                    Dear sir,

                    I have purchased Voltas AC on Sep 18th at Vadapalani branch, Chennai and I have received the original invoice on Sep 20th .

                    While purchasing and invoicing nobody asked about my GST details, later after receiving the original invoice I requested to enter the GST details and provide the GST invoice on Sep 20th, the sales person and the office team told they will amend the changes & provide, but they are delaying and saying it is impossible. I have questioned why is it not possible in the current month, they are not responding properly.

                    If the GST invoice is not provided I will file a legal complaint and also post the same issue in social media regarding the customer services and the products.

                      I have purchase the mentioned TV for Rs 31099 In west tambaram.
                      And I said them I will pay 15000 and balance by credit card but they said I have a cash back of 1500 and no cost EMI with kotak bank without additional charges.
                      But when they completed the process the total cost reached 33500.
                      When I enquired with the service person he informed me that there is surcharges and the staff didn't inform me correctly.
                      And the other thing is sales person said that there is a offer in this television with 5 years extended warranty without any additional charges.
                      But I came to know when I received the invoice I have to pay additional charges for warranty.
                      The next thing is the salesman promised about the installation in 48 hours.
                      But still the installation is not completed.
                      Or no information when it will be completed.

                      the salesman are fooling the customers.

                      I have spend 34000 including delivery which should have been 28000.

                      Additionally I paid delivery charges of 500
                      Additionally paid 3300 for warranty didn't ask for.

                          Respected sir/madam,
                          I bought a mobile on 4.10.22 of OPPO A76. I asked to the sales person it's a 5g model they mentioned A75 aspect of same of version. A76 is a 5g model. The main thing for bought a phone of 5g only. But I check the phone details in my About phone it's mentioned as 4g mobile. The sale person cheated me and give a 4g mobile. She told me when I called to her we can update at the time. there were option will be reflected at the time.
                          I checked through internet OPPO A76 is a 5g model.
                          Kindly change the mobile of 4g to 5g model. I asked to the store once we open we cannot exchange it. I humbly request you to kindly solve my quarries and allot me a 5g mobile.

                              Promotion and way of treating a customer in ambattur sathya agencies are very poor. Saying some fake promotion I buy a daikin AC from sathya agencies ambattur opposite to stedford hospital they said 1.5 ton daikin ac is rs 45000 but I check with other store it was 41000 and staff are taking commission the promoter name is sumathi they said some discount before payment and after they did gave its spoil the sathya name please go through it

                                Yesterday we bought an tv show room at the branch in redhills, Chennai -52.a brand of sony Bravia LED Google tv 43 inches for price 49, 900.they said that was the last peice from the brand and the have stopped producing the model of this tv which we bought and they have given the display product for the 49990.but we gathered information from our close ones they said that display peice will be given by half of the rate but, they have sold us with more amount.we are asking for replace or return the amount.so, please help us to solve the problem.

                                We need an new product.

                                  I bought LG Nano 80 LED 55" inch TV in Sathya Agencies, Tirupattur. Within 24 hours after Installation it got fired and got smoke. I immediately informed on this regard. But still there is no any response from the agencies. Kindly let us know how can we handle this situation. Otherwise I shall go to consumer court and complaint the case file against the agencies for their irresponsibility.

                                    I bought a Nano 80 55" LED Tv in Tirupattur location on Last Saturday 10th September 2022. On the day of purchase they promised us delivery and installation will be done on same day on Wednesday 14th September 2022. On Wednesday there were no proper response for the call. After the follow up at night they delivered the TV. But no installation and fixation done. They just delivered and kept in home and went off. they promised by tomorrow installation will be done. But Today 15th September 2022 I was calling and asking many times they were telling from morning that we will install. So far no action. Majorly when I am calling and asking there were no proper response.While talking itself they cut the call. Its seriously irresponsible and unresponsive.

                                      I bought an Air Conditioner on 26.04.2022 (Tuesday) from Sathya Stores Pvt. Ltd by swiping my debit card through the POS machine. The transaction was cancelled due to some error, but my money (Rs.43, 050-) was debited on the same day. I complained about this issue in bank. The bank says the transaction was successful. I am in need proper evidence (i.e., 1 week bank statement from 26th April to 3rd May from Sathya agencies Pvt. limit) for further complaint in respective bank. But, they are providing screenshot from MS-Excel which is not eligible as a proof of complaining in bank. kindly look after this.
