Recently i purchased a washing machine from sathya agencies, velachery. It was delivered without packaging. Agent said it was a new stock from their warehouse but does not have the box pack. Purchased along with Samsung full Hd smart TV not switching ON. Both input and output leds not glowing it is in waranty period I want to claim the waranty otherwise you replace me the same model item.

Hi... We bought a tcl brand led tv from udumalpet sathya showroom last year... Within few months we got problem in the display... Now we again have problem... We have called many times to the showroom to rectify the problem but they are not responding properly... We feel bad... Within one year of the purchase so many problems... This is to bring to your knowledge that we purchased a 65inch lg TV in sathya agencies in cuddalore, approximately one and half month ago and they assured that they provide a jbl bluetooth speaker as a compliment with the TV and they didn't give it along with the TV. We had been following them for a long time for the speaker and they postponed in providing the speaker to us and finally today we got it that too a duplicate one which is not...

I purchased new washing machine (Samsung) on last saturday from sathya agencies karaikudi. At the time demonstration itself, it was found that it is defective one. The agencies promised me to replace with a new piece. But nearly one week over, there is no any response from agency. Next step to file a suit against sathya agencies. Majic remote curser and wifi not working, from the in station on wards any one of the problem is with the tv, two times tv factory reset done by the service person even october month service person changed the card. I have bought whirlpool 200l ice magic fridge october 2019. We saw the same fridge in the showroom in proper condition. But the delivered piece has wires loosely left near the milk trey.
