I am drafting this mail with heavy disappointment as this was the least expected from Sathya because it was the most trusted store where id go without a second thought top get any appliance. A refrigerator was purchased on the 12-Aug-2020 from Sathya Stores T.Nagar.
The fridge was delivered on 13-Aug-2020 and a Whirlpool representative came in on 14-Aug-2020 for the installation of the same. When the package was unpacked a lot of ants were found on the fridge and few welding defects were found. A call was immediately made to Sathya Agencies to report the same. They told that welding is something normal and ants in the fridge is not a concern. However i wasnt happy with the product as I constantly buy Whirlpool and havnt found anything defective so far. The Whirlpool tech said that I can go in for an exchange if I am unhappy with the product. I was immediately connected with the Whirlpool service centre, They had told me that they would visit the same day and did not turn up. A follow up call was Monday and Wednesday and till date they havent turned up. Ants are still coming out from the unit from various parts. I do not feel that this is normal. And i did not expect this kind of service from Whirlpool as well. Getting a defective product for 26000INR is not convincing.I would expect a speedy resolution on the same. Though the defective piece is from Whirlpool i still dint get it from a Whirlpool showroom but from a Sathya Agency. Before delivering a product you should have made sure it is perfect. Inspite of reporting the issue there is no proper response from Sathya which is highly disappointing.

      Hi...

      I bought ultra grinder perfect plus from sathya agency (P) ltd, palayamkottai, tirunelveli on[protected]. The sales person gave a defective piece. I tried to use first time the grinder doesn't get on. Sound coming from inside.

      So many days i have called customer care +91 [protected], [protected],[protected]. The customer care lady said service person will come within 2 days. So many 2 days gone. But not yet come and there is no proper response.

      Now i want replacement for this wet grinder. Its worth rs. 8350

        We purchased a Sony Tv worth of Rs.60000/- in Sathya vadapalani. We plan to a lower end TV in EMI in bajaji.Sales manager name:Vignesh & Sales Executive explained about the Gift voucher of 9000.Rs. of Bajaji if you purchase Sony tv.

        As per there words, we purchased a Sony TV. There is a condition that customer has to pay there first 3 dues before due date. We purchased on October. Till now we paid the dues on time.

        After 3 months (ie.from January) we were following the branches &Manager Mr.Vignesh about the vouchers. They are telling we are under process.we are under process. Almost 6 months they are telling the same reason. On 17th July, Mr.vighesh manager of Vadapalai introduced Mr. Yuvaraj a cluster manager told he will sort out the issue. Today ( 23.07.2020) me. Yuvaraj telling we can't able to Give any vouchers. That scheme got expired.

        From this we were following for past 6 months, but Sathya vadapalani can't fullfill their promise. Very very poor service & Very poor management. If the services are provided to customer like this your company image will be lost and customer won't believe your word.

        According to my point of view, I won't anymore and I won't recommend your company anymore.

        Very poor and very very bad service & wrong promise provided to the customer. ☹☹☹☹☹

          Dear sir/madam,
          I am gopalakrishnan. R (Mobile no: [protected] / [protected]), i had purchased new refrigerator (Model no: rr20m1y2xut) on 31.03.2019 in sathya agencies (P) ltd in theni district, tamilnadu. During december (2019) month, i found an issue in the fridge regarding cooling issues like day by day leakage of cooling gas because there was no cooling inside it. First time, i registered a complaint through a toll free number dated on 24.12.2019. The samsung product request number was [protected]. The service engineer came from theni on 09.01.2020 and filled the gas in the fridge only, but he did not replace the leakage part. When i asked the service engineer why, this problem persisted. He commonly replied that this problem arises due to voltage fluctuation.
          After some days again the same issue persisted. Second time, i registered a complaint through a toll free number dated 20.03.2020. The samsung product request number was [protected]. After 2 days, the service engineer came from theni and filled the gas in the fridge only, but he did not replace the leakage part. Once again i asked the service engineer why this problem was continuously arised. He did not reply to me.
          Third time also cooling of leakage issues persisted. I registered a complaint through toll free number and also samsung supervisor (Technical support) dated on 25.04.2020.
          I received the call from mr. Ramkumar samsung supervisor (Technical support), chennai on 14.05.2020. He asked the queries about the fridge entirely. After that, i asked the replacement of new refrigerator queries for repeating defective technical issues. He gave the transaction id for replacement queries. The transaction id was [protected]. He also replied that, after the lock down period, your issue will be resolved. But there was no reply from samsung.
          Fourth time, again i registered a complaint through a toll free number dated on 31.05.2020. The samsung product request number was [protected]. So for no one service engineer came from samsung. When i called service center theni ([protected]), they replied to me to bring the fridge to service center theni on[protected]..
          So that i registered a complaint through mail to samsung head india on[protected]. I got the reply from service head india with reference number ([protected]) on the same day at 5.49 pm. After one day samsung team members (Manager) contacted me over the phone. He/she asked the details about the issues & my feedback. Finally, the manager gave assurance to me that once again this fault persisted and immediately took action to replace the new fridge. I agreed. Then at the service center, theni arranged an auto and brought the fridge from my home on 13.06.2020. After service was done, the service engineer handed over the fridge on 24.06.2020. I received a call from gm mr. Vimal from samsung asking for feedback and reported to me if any problem existed within 40 days until this complaint was not closed. I agreed too.
          Fifth time, again i found the cooling down/reduction inside the fridge and leakage gas through the lock ring within a week. Immediately i called to gm mr. Vimal from samsung and told them about the issues. He replied to me to arrange the service engineer to solve these cooling issues. But i was not convinced.
          This continuous problem causes us to suffer particularly during the lockdown period. Lot of foods, vegetables, and milk products are starting to get fungus while the fridge is running. The product is unsatisfactory to us. Herewith i have attached the receipt
          Hence i kindly request you to replace the new refrigerator for that same. This is for your kind perusal. I am expecting favourable results from you.

          Note:
          I have forwarded & followup done with mr. Chandrasekar, service engineer in sathya agencies, theni regarding service for cooling issues. More than 4 times of same issues (No cooling due to gas leakage) persisted. But samsung company has not interested to replace a new fridge for that above mentioned issues. I hope, sathya agencies has provided good services to us. I kindly request you to help me for replacement of new refridgerator from samsung.

              Hi, i brought a tv named intec led ij401fhd, now the audio is playing but not the video is playing, since it happened on june 16 we tried to contact the sathya stores madipakkam, but they didn't picked up, today i called them and they to contact customer care, i contacted them they said that the company is closed and we will not take any response for it and told to contact the showroom, i again contacted the showroom and they said we will fil a complaint, why is there right to buy there i just wanted a service and ready to pay for it, why you are doing this. This makes me very frustrated and tensed of it, if you didn't take the responsibility i will file a case in the consumer court for the service you had given and the response you had given, so make the point straight that we want a service and we will pay for it, arrange it quickly.

                Hello,

                With reference to invoice number agu1299, billed in the name of kavitha k.
                I vinoth k, purchased a lg led nano cell tv 55” for 69000inr through credit card on 18th june 2020 around 6.50 pm.

                Before the sale, i already enquired about the product 4 days before the purchase and sale executive explained about the zero cost emi and bank cash back and additional offers cash back are explained as per requested by me for icici card.

                Yesterday i visited the show room and choose 55” tv from lg nano cell and price quote for 69000inr. And i requested sale person to put under the zero cost emi with cash back and additional offer offered of 10% or 7500inr under icici emi scheme.
                And for same sales executive swiped icici card and due to cash limit my card is declined and i request sales executive to check for same offer whether applicable on citi, axis and yes bank.
                I request sale executive to check with citi card with whether same offer is available or not. I also insist sale representative whether the same offers are applicable through citi card. He said yes. Then i asked to process the invoice for 69000inr under no cost emi scheme.

                After the payment made, the slip is generated.
                And on slip i noticed the invoice made for 69000 inr under 15% roi. And emi need to pay monthly was around 500inr extra and also one offer is mentioned like interest wave off in term of cash back around 5733.90 inr.

                During the billing i request them for zero cost emi based on that i am supposed to pay 5750 * 12 month = 69000 inr. But the slip is generated with 15%roi, monthly i am now supposed to pay 6227.82 inr which is 477.82 addition in difference on planned emi.
                Also i got manufacture cash back of 5733.90. But there is no cash back from bank side in additional.

                Immediately after slip generated i asked sale person about the roi emi. He said this was the no cost emi. And same for that i explained the workout on slip. But sale person understood his mistake but unable to accept it. And also tried to contact citi card customer care but operational hour is closed. Then it was about to closing time old store i asked sales representative to hold down with this bill until this clear with citi card customer care. Also sales representative accepted the holding of bill and so product is not received or delivered.

                Today 19/6/2020 around 11.30am vistited the showroom for clarification. Before i am visiting the store on 19th i contacted citi card customer care and understood the billing method made and other offer which applicable. Even customer care told the billing is made for 69000 inr at 15% roi and no such offer is provided from bank side. And also they said that there is no no cost emi is provided for multibrand stores.

                And i store i contacted manager and few sales head representatives.
                Initially they tried to convince me that bill is generated for no cost emi. And then i started explaining the billing method made.

                Invoice made for 69000 inr

                Sales person offered and requested by me.
                No cost emi for 12 months with cash back offered from manufacture and bank (Icici)
                So 69000 inr / 12 months = 5750 inr (Monthly emi)
                And
                Cash back of 10% or 7500 inr maximum from bank side

                But actually

                Emi monthly need to pay 6227.82 inr per month
                So 6227.82 * 12 month = 74733.84 total

                Emi supposed to pay monthly 5750 inr and now 6227.82 inr. Difference of 477.82 inr monthly. 477.82 inr * 12 month = 5733.84 inr.
                I am paying extra 5733.84 inr in total.
                Also from manufacture side they provided the interest waver offer in term of cash back of 5733.90 inr to the lg product.
                No cash back offer is provided by bank because this was hidden by sales executive.

                After i described all again sales representative argued with me like this is zero cost emi so i contacted manager of the store and manager understood the calculation and he also tried to convince to take product as the amount is processed on card. But when i talk to citi card customer card they mentioned the amount is showing pending and not yet claimed by merchant.
                Finally i decided to void the invoice and manager also accepted the cancellation. Regarding the cancellation procedure and reversal of amount to citi card is also explained. He understood and accepted to cancellation.

                I am ready to take product. But i can’t burden me with high cost on emi for monthly.
                And sales person said all offers are applicable as same like icici then only i decided to go with citi card. If i case of offer not applied i would have wait and brought with icici card itself. If i would have got cash back offer from bank it would have reduced burden like paying almost 1.5 month emi is saved.

                So there i now way to accept the mistake from side. As requested me sales person also confirms that’s the same offers are applicable. So the mistake is from sathya agencies end. Also i request within 20 min to hold the bill in case of any mistake i asked sales executive to cancel order and i will make payment via different card. And i said i will buy with icici or axis card which ever bank offer is applicable. Store sales representative also accepted.

                So finally i request the manager of sathya agencies, salem to cancel the invoice made and asked to provide arn reference number for amount via card reversal.

                I m also writing this issue to bring into consideration for higher person of sathya agencies. If the sales support is done as requested by customer requirement, i would have not wrote or raised an issue. Now this burden me on emi.
                Kindly do needful and process the reversal asap.

I already called the sathya agecy kovilpatti management many times and raised complaint about the ac defect. But nobody is responding properly and not doing the customer service propely.

                  I wanted this issue to escalate it to higher level. I need your help to fix my issue as soon as possible. As customer, i am really worried to buy the product in your agency.

                    I purchased ifb microwave oven 20bc4 on 30.06.20. They delivered a damaged product.
                    I contacted customer care and the ms. Dhivya and mr. Sriram. Initially they responded now they don't even attend the call.
                    Kindly help me in returning or replacing the product it's been 18 days.

                      Self visited tuticorin sathya main branch to buy a brand new sony x8000g 49 inch tv on 08.06.2020 at around 13:00hrs. They welcomed well and explained about the available tv models. I asked for sony x8000g 49inch, they said stock is not available at this branch and we will find the stock at other branches r else we will get directly from sony by placing po. So based on that i made an advance amount of rs 1000/- on the same day. The next day i got a call that the tv is coming u can collect it by evening. I said i will take it on 10.06.2020. On 10.06.2020 i went to the branch by evening 5:45pm asked for the tv. They took the box from 1st floor and showed. The box was repacked one it was not a fresh tv because it had two packing tapes and box edges were in damaged condition. Still the service person convinced me that it is directly from sony and they opened the box and the remotes and other accessorizes were simply placed. Still he convinced me and he took the panel out in the panel all the ports were with dust and panel corner stickers were with dust. Still he was convincing me, i was not convinced and then he told i will open and show another new tv. So they brought a 43inch sony tv and the box was having single sticker and it was opened the remotes and other accessorizes were in tis place it was afresh packing. Then with heavy heart i said please dont do like this give us a good tv for the amount what we are paying. Since being a big home appliance center i didn't expected this. I usually take all accessorizes from sathya this time it has broke out. But still i have some faith on sathya so please see that i get a fresh piece sony x8000g 49inch tv.

                        On 16.05.2020 i've paid ₹37250 through google pay at sathya trichy and booked for an daikin ac but due to delay in delivery and improper response from sathya trichy i've cancelled it and asked for refund. It's been 20 days and i haven't got my money back and the executives at sathya trichy not responding to this problem at all. I'm attaching the bank statement of the transaction kindly refund the amount asap.

                            I purchased samsung double door fridge on[protected] we started facing problem from the next day itself due to wrong commitment from sathya staffs tambaram . But i got delivered after 5 days only, but after 1 and half month fridge not at all cooling and i placed a complaint with samsung customer care ( service request number [protected] ) . The engineer came after 1 and half month long delay due to covid19... And said compressor fault and will be replaced after spare availability, we asked them to replace new fridge instead of changing compressor because we just used for 40 to 50 days and it cost is arround 32k hence we are not satisfied in changing compressor . They said for that you need to talk where you purchased. So immediately registerd all to them they assured within a week time they will replace with new one . But after a month last four days back they delivered a fridge it was used/demo peice it was full of scratches and dent . We are not satisfied with that and asked them to change it by new one now they where not attending or call . Not satisfied with sathya agencies staff ( we have pre recorde conversation of their wrong commitments ) ... We expect quick relief from this ...

                                I purchased amstrad led tv from medavakkam sathya stores on 30.12.2019. I was promised i will get cash back of rs.1700 in 90 days. Now its more than 5 months still not received. When we approached sathya store, they accepted their mistake as it was wrongly communicated to me but they can't give cash back now. So please help me to get my cash back as promised. I have charge slip as a proof.

Again last month I complained in service centre they came today they said display went .sir we dint use the TV also we all r working person no one is their to watch TV how display went we dont know .pls rectify us and pls we return the tv and get us new one we r not satisfied by this service also pls covey my request sir .thank u so much.

                                    We asked this tv for 67k, on 4th june 2020. The sales person told us that they cant provide the tv for that price. On the very next day the same sales person simply called us and told that we can offer the tv that the price you asked. We took amount from banks of different atm and went to the shop at evening. At couple of minutes paying money for the tv satya stores told that we thought you were asking for 70k price and they increased the price as they can. This act ruined my work (Since i am it guy working from home) also the improper attitude of sales person made our day too worse. We totally condemn for the attitude of satya stores trichy. This branch of satya stores is cheating people by changing the price at last minute..

                                      I ordered blue star inverter ac from satya agencies, pattabiram branch on 25th may 2020. They promised to deliver the product within three days. We have paid some amount on spot after ordering it and rest of the amount to be paid on delivery. On 27th may, delivery man delivered ac which was non-inverter. I suspected since nothing was written on box about inverter/non-inverter details. On asking him he confidently said it was "inverter blue star ac". Next day, two persons came for installation. We asked them to open the box and confirm if the product delivered to us was inverter or non-inverter. They clearly said the box model is inverter but the ac delivered to you is "normal ac". We immediately called agency where that person[kishore] said that the product got misplaced with some other customer and he will make arrangements to replace ac next day. It's been 5 days since then he just keeps making false promises by saying it will surely, 100% come tomorrow. We went to his shop on saturday[30th may 2020] and told him if it doesnt get delivered in next 2 days we will cancel the product. We are really tired and frustrated with his attitude and ill behavior. I promise to never buy any product from satya agency anymore.

                                      We are thinking to cancel the product tomorrow. It's a bad experience.

                                        On dt. 26/08/2019 i purchased a whirlpool washing machine invoice number. Cpw24560 at sathya agency porur at full payment. For less than a month its working was fine. Then it makes a noise. So i contacted whirlpool customer care team for rectification. They came nd replaced motor (Service engineer informed manufacturing defect in the motor) nd assured no such noise will appear in future.
                                        Off late, again i am the problem persits
                                        1) unbearable noise.
                                        2) sound in the spinners.

                                        Again i forced to reach your toll free number for rectification. Nobody reached me until again i contact your team. One service engineer came nd informed motor needs to replace again. And he confirmed me, new machine will be replaced within a week.

                                        I waited more than 20days, no one turned to call me... I dont have any option so i called sathya agencies porur. They promised new machine will be deliver within 24 hrs. This was happened before the corona pandemic. I didn't get the new machine till date.

                                        All these are causing great inconvenience and i feel cheated. Very worst customer service!!!

                                        Earlier i am using a product more than 5years and had no trouble in the machine. This machine looks like assembly model.

                                        Now i don't have any faith in your product.

                                        Plz let me know, why the motor faulty within a short period?

                                        I want to know sathya agencies selling any used one to the customers?.

                                        No reliability in the customer service neither sathya or whirlpool (Such a big reputed company).

                                        This is really embarassing!!! Ten ppl in my family members. Hope you understand the situation.

                                        I, therefore request you to replace the new one at the earliest. Will be highly appreciated.
