Solved my problem 😅 today (07.12.2020) replaced my Haier 55 inch tv thanks a lot to Sathya showroom and mr Rakesh Haier tv incharge good talented person for selling iam giving 5star to Rakesh and Sathya showroom mudichur rd and all over the world pls don't mistake me previous complaint thanks thanks a lot.

      Dear sir
      I am Sreevidya C R, working as manager in Canara bank madurai.I purchased an Air conditioner in 100 feet road coimbatore.Since I am in madurai, I have transferred amount of RS.37500 on 11.11.2020 for purchase of Voltas AC 1.5 ton .I requested them to install on the same day to my residence Karamadai, mettupalay a ma, but the manager refused and informed me that today 12.11.2020 it will be installed.
      As on now nothing happened and no installation taken place.Even being a branch manager in busy schedule I was following up with the branch more than ten times .I have never seen a worst service like this.
      A need to be fulfilled at the time of requirement.If not that is not needed afterwords.
      Hence I request your good self to make arrangements for installation of the product today, if not I don't need the product.

          I had purchase haier fridge in perambalur sathya agencies on 31.12.2016. Fridge compreser not working properly. I gave complaint in branch before 30 days. Yet to no one technicians come to home. I call to trichy haier customer care also 3 to 4 times. But no answer from there. Perambalur office also not good. Customer satisfaction not good. I thought why i purchased the fridge in perambalur sathya agencies.

              I had purchased a mobile(Vivo Y20) on 24.10.2020 from Sathya (Add: 1/2 Thendral Nagar, Sathuvachari, Vellore - 632 004). We asked the sales executive (Mr. Mohan Raj K) to show best mobiles under 10-12k. We were shown Vivo Y20 and Vivo Y30 and given few specs details about them. When we asked about front camera we were said that both are same "16MP". Then I personally asked him to show Redmi note 9 pro and specs were good and we asked him which will be good for us. He said Vivo Y20 will only be good. More than anything I trusted this experience and knowledge and purchased it. Later after coming back home when we realized camera quality is really bad, it was just "8 MP". I seriously cannot accept to spend hard earned money this way. I just want them to change this phone. I trusted him and he had misused it. On asking them to tan actions he claims that he has shown us a tag that says all the specs but there was no mention of front camera in them. Please consider my issue and take necessary steps. I have all the accessories and papers that came along with phone as such. Herewith attach a copy of bill and specs tag for proof.

                              We have purchased sowbaghya Tilting Grinder on 1st Oct 2020 from Ambattur Sathya Agency opposite to Sted Ford Hospital. We find defective in the product wherein the switch is in loose contact. We haven't used even once, and we need a replacement of the same product, instead of servicing we request for a replacement. There is no proper response from the stores. We are not happy with the service. While selling they give us so many positive hopes, but after sales is not fair.
                              The sales representative doesn't have proper communication as how to deal with customers.

                                  Purchased almost 2 lakhs worth accessories and Sathya's associates said while purchasing I will get complimentary items but almost 3 months and more gone no response from them..I went directly and asked about it they were neglected to give and no one responding out there.. Such a bad experience..I never suggest anybody to purchase on Sathya's ..if you ppl not offering the complimentary items why you ppl giving offers while purchasing for an sale purpose you ppl giving these type of fake statement's I think..even my relatives or my friends I never suggest to have with Sathya's..you ppl lost a loyal customer make a note of it..

                                      I ordered refrigerator on Aug 22..I received the product on aug 24 and the refrigerator was very small in size than I expected ..ours is a big family..so I wanted to replace the product with big one.and I contacted sales employee Ms.manju..she collected all the details for replacement .after few days she is telling that we are waiting for approval from warehouse..and once we get the approval, your product will be replaced..but it's been 10 days..still how long we have to wait for approval?? .fed up with your customer service..

                                        Last 2 weeks ago I went to purchase a vacuum cleaner at Sathya agency tenkasi branch, but no one attend us even we wait more than 20 minutes, they don't even ask us to wait politely, we start to walk near by shop and we purchase which product we needed, this is very bad experience to me, now a days I don't recommend Sathya to others. Really really I disappointed. Hope this complint reach u and you take necessary action to improve customer service very worst to best.
