I purchased sony led tv, whirlpool fridge, whirlpool washing machine, butterfly grinder on 21.6.2019 on sathya agencies 100feet road, coimbatore bill no [protected]. They told they offer gift item of 6 pcs modular container set during door delivery... At that time of delivery they told gift item not available we will provide u next week.. Almost 4 months over every time we asked about the gift they are telling still not available next week...

Hi, i have problem with delivery of my order, i have order my washing machine on saturday (26/10/2019). They said your order will delivered on monday onwards but still i didnt get my order. This is irshath ahamed, received call from satya agent on 22 october, they have convinced me to buy gps device in same day - i have paid 3500, before payment i used to receive call from agent, after that they are not picking my call, i kept calling their number but. I've ordered wet grinder on last sat (19/10/2019). They told that free delivery not available, you have to come and get the product in store once we received new piece. My name is dhanasekar. I have ordered an haier ac in sathya agencies, t. Nagar on 2nd october. But still product is not yet delivered and the customer support saying unwanted reasons. Now after pooja holidays only, they are ready to deliver and install it. Very worst service... They took one week for delivery and everything.. I never seen a customer service like this.....

I have purchased prestige gas stove fifteen days back. It's defective. One of the burner is leaking. While lighting the burner it's got fired in the on off regulator also. I have ordered an intex 40” led tv on 31-aug-2019 and same received on 05-sep-2019 and installed on 06-sep-2019.

I have identified the two quality issues on tv.
1. Tv buttons (Power, volume, menu) not working and not in position.
2. 20mm air bubbles on the screen.
3. Tv display having lot of scratches
