I have purchased a blue star 1.5 ton AC on last week in sivagangai branch .AC got delivered by 2 days delay, even for the delay I didn't get any proper updates in prior .Tuesday delivered but still there is no response for the installation process .I was very upset with the delay and not getting proper intimation on any thing over my purchase.i don't think 44 k rs order will be easy & simple thing to a big professional company like Sathya. There is lot of other local dealers are available but I have trust on Sathya that's why I have ordered through even by mobile .everything went out wrong and feeling very depressed over your service .please give some basic respect to the customer money and time .
