    Am purchasing airconditioner(bluestar) in karaikudi sathya electronics showroom (date 5/4/2021)..
    They said they would deliver on 7/4/2021.
    But to date they have not delivered the product.
    They received the full amount from me, including the transport amout also.
    Everyday showroom guys says today comes and tomorrow comes, I do not receive until today.
    I get frustrated hearing this everyday.
    I loss the hope in sathya electronic showroom.

      Hello, I had ordered an inverter AC from Sathya on Monday( 5th April). Sales man (Senthil) had promised that AC will be delivered latest by 7th and installation to happen next day( 8th). When I approached installation team today, I am being told that installation will happen only on Saturday (10th) April. This is totally disappointing because sathya sales men have lied about timeliness. I am feeling like cheated. I hope someone will look into my complaint and take action. This was my first purchase from Sathya and am not feeling happy about it. Will not recommend sathya to my friends and family if it's not addressed on time

          Hi I'm prabu recently purchase in your showroom at 04/04/2021 on blue star ac fs318vltu. Booking no:2101100LCO000083. My booking ac outdoor coil wings for damage.i will return to the product .then two days after replacing a new outdoor but not good same more than damage . I will call for Branch 33AAICS8948L1ZN THIRUVARUR. not responding my phone call .then already 4 times visit your showroom . totally unsatisfied your customer support. I purchased for ac 38000 rs but not responses for your coustomer .plz consider this mail and follow him .then plz respect and response your costomer. Plz resolve the problem quickly. Thank you .

            Dear Agency,

            I have purchased Carrier AC on Saturday 3rd April 2021 from Trichy, Karur Bypass Road. They have committed that they will deliver it by sunday. But until now they have not delivered more over when we have tried reaching the branch office. We have got a reply it will be delayed 1 more day. They have also communicated if you can't wait kindly come and collect your money.

            My humble request to the management. If the branch doesn't have a product better let them not show the demo. Let the sales executives not give a false commitment. Either resolve this. If not kindly return the money so that we will be happy of it.

              I have a bought a new DAIKIN AC 1.5 from satya byepass road madurai and they have committed as installation will be done by within 2 days but it not happen after so many struggle installation has done after that AC is running but there is no cooling and the showroom peoples are showing attitude now very worst behaviour seriously fed-up

                Worst service and giving wrong commitments to the customer

                Before making the order calling multilple times after that not responding properly .

                I have ordered a AC thay made commitments it will dispatched and installed on certain time if you make order fastly. But after ordered need to make several follow up because they have not delivered on right time and installation and they have not bothered and giving false statements.

                I have followed more than 15 mins times in a day not giving any attention.

                If anybody ask my strong feeling not to go with satya. Beacuse that much got frustrated about the service and giving me the false statements which will make to right a complaint.

                I hope it will be routed to your higher officials and take action which will not affect for other customers. Other wise I need to complaint directly to your higher officials.

                  I purchased Samsung 1.5 ton AC from krishnagiri sathya showroom on[protected] @ 1pm they gave assurance to home delivery on (3rd April 21) & fitting will be on (4th April 21) morning 9 am but they default on delivery they asked we are unable to delivery to hosur so u take from your own risk, so I spend 1500 to vehicle & took the delivery yesterday 3rd April 21, today from morning onwards I took leave & waiting for your service person but now they are telling today we can't able to fix our service person in another appointment so we will fix by Wednesday, this is very stupid thing to communicate with customer iam totally disappointed on your sathya service so if today not able to fix the AC please take back your product & return back my amount other wise iam ready to face to file consumer act .

                        I have purchased[protected] AC on arakonam sathya store. During purchase salesman rajesh informed[protected] before 3.00pm assured installed actually. So only I have purchased AC. But still 8.00 pm nobody come to install. This is worst experience I got. I don't want AC. I need to return.

                          We bought ultra grinder perfect on 7th March 2021 from porur branch and it is not grinding rice. It takes close to two hours to grind 1kg rice. Need to check the grinding stone and replacement or issue should be resolved.

                            Today 02.04.2021 satya agency tnagar delivered sony x8000h 43inch tv and sony ht s20r home theater. In home theater set, woofer edge got damaged. Box also got wound at the same place where woofer edge placed. Home theater looks shaggy and old

                            I need immediate replacement of sony home theater

                            I have ordered tv and home theater on 28.03.2021. They agreed to deliver on 31st match 2021. But delayed delivery taken place on 2nd April 2021

                            I have bought refrigerator and other home appliances in satya tnagar, but this is not satisfactory

                                  I am really frustrated on Sathya order delivery and demo on convection oven delay. My mobile no:- [protected].
                                  You shall check my billing details using my mobile number. I recently purchased oven and ac recently from Sathya showroom in Chidhambaram. I regularly followed up for oven delivery and for demo no one visited or even call and inform me on the demo.
                                  Regarding AC I haven’t receive yet.

                                  Most sad part is, i only follow for order delivery and demo. No gone from Sathya response to my order.

                                  If this mail goes to concern department. Please check and help to resolve my issue.

                                      Today (25.03.21) at 1.30 pm at Bypass Road Branch Satya Agency in Madurai I approached the seller to buy the washing machine in installments in my wife's name and after looking at some models I went to their accounting staff to see if my wife is eligible for the loan and asked who she should buy from  Aadhar asked for pan card details and while saying all this he asked my wife which bank I called Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) to which she said she could not lend me the next minute.  After asking why, he said he wanted a cheque and thought for a while.  And if the IOB looked at me as a level, I asked him if it was a federal bank and he said no more slapping me in the face without even looking at my eligibility.
