I ordered chrompton fan 4 days ago and I paid online after paid they said non availability of product it got cancelled and I asked about refund they said within 24 hrs or it takes 2-3 days 4 days passed still not refunded when it will refunded?

    Dear team,

    It is almost four months Since I have bought Samsung curd mastero double door fridge and IFB washing machine from Sathya Cuddalore branch. During purchase they have promised for some gifts, but after that everytime when I enquire they used to said that gifts were not in Stock and I was in waiting list to receive that gift. May I know how long should I wait, It is really not acceptable.

      I ordered a chrompton pedestal fan through satya online shopping first they processed and they said due to non availability they cancelled the product I want to know when my amount get refunded exactly they didn't respond that question first they wantedly call me which product to you want to purchase but after cancelled they didn't respond I paid for that product through online mode.i want to know when my amount get refunded.

          I bought a Samsung 43 "TV at Villupuram branch on 03/02/2021. It was delivered to me on 04/02/2021. The next day when I instlaion it it did not work properly .. So they promised to give me another replacement TV the next day. / 2021) Delivery will be made only if you contact me and pay for the delivery.After that I agreed to deliver it for free after calling the store number and it has been dragging on since the day I bought it.I kindly request you to immediately arrange for TV delivery and installationtion for me.                     Last week my family members (mother and daughter) visited Sathya agencies in pattukottai to purchase household things(fridge, washing machine etc).. Salesman job is to explain the description about the product. But they asked to remove the mask to her daughter and other salesman asking mobile number to the daughter. Even the manager doesn't care about this. Listen we are there to purchase not for any other reason.. if such activities carried out there how the people came and purchase household things.. We were totally disappointed for what happened to us in Sathya agencies (pattukottai).. I[censored] sincerely care about the customer kindly take action on salesman who were working in Sathya agencies pattukottai..I believe that you will take necessary steps to stop this issue.

                      I bought a TV washing machine, Water heater, pedestal fan and still a lot of home appliances in Satya show room

                      I really have a huge trust on their shop, I did not believe Girias I didn’t believe Vasantha and co which is also very close to me

                      The Samsung LED TV UHD 55 inches was purchased on the date 11 November 2018 from Satya Thirumulaivoiyal show room chennai 600062

                      It’s been 2 years till last month now

                      The TV is not working now got the executive and he is saying that the board is not working due to voltage fluctuations

                      I have a stabiliser for TV that also bought from Satya whom come this happen

                      I will never accept this within 2 years 1, 19, 000 Rs TV is not working is cannot be acceptable

                      I need a Solution for this
                      OR
                      I will definitely file a legal case on Satya agencies

                      And also with the attached bill I will post this in social media for sure.

                        இன்று பொன்னமராவதியில் இயங்கி வரும் சத்யா ஏஜென்சி சென்றிருந்தேன். புதிதாக உதயமாகி வரும் என்னுடைய இல்லத்திற்கு இரண்டு ஏசி வாங்குவதற்காக சென்றிருந்தேன். குறிப்பிட்ட விற்பனையாளர் வந்து ஏசி பற்றி விவரங்கள் சொல்லி கொண்டிருந்தார். அவருக்கு அலைபேசியில் ஒரு அழைப்பு வந்தது. காதில் head phone மாட்டி கொண்டு பேச ஆரமபித்தார். நானும் வருவார் வருவார் என காத்திருந்தேன். அவர் பேச்சை நிறுத்துவதாக தெரியவில்லை. உட்கார இருக்கையும் கொடுக்கவில்லை. மாற்று திறனாளியாகிய நான் நினறு கொண்டே இருந்தேன். எனது சைகையையும் அவர் கண்டு கொள்ளவில்லை. அப்படியும் அவர் என்னை கண்டு கொள்ளாமல் பேசி கொண்டே இருந்தார். எனக்கு கோபம் வந்து கடையை விட்டு வெளியேறினேன். அப்போது தான் மேனெஜர் ஓடி வந்து என்னை சமாதான படுத்தினார். நான் சத்யா ஏஜென்சி customer care நம்பருக்கு அழைத்து பேசினேன். இன்று போட்டியில் வணிகம் நடக்கிறது. வாடிக்கையாளரை தக்க வைத்தல் எவ்வளவு அவசியம் என தெரியாமல் பொன்னமராவதி சத்யா ஏஜென்சி செயல் படுகிறது என்பதை தகவலுக்காக எல்லோருக்கும் தெரியபடுத்துகிறேன். மேலும் வசந்த்&கோ வருவதாக கேள்வி பட்டேன். சத்யா ஏஜென்சியில் எந்த பொருளும் வாங்க கூடாது என முடிவு எடுத்து விட்டேன்.

                            Thank you, person came from Samsung and he informed us that the display unit has gone ( picture tube ) and to repair the charges will be around Rs. 18000/- . we bought this from you paying Rs. 36000/- just couple of years back .it is too much to spend this amount . i would be happy if you could request Mr. Francis to look into this matter and talk to us . awaiting response .

                              Hi madam/sir,
                              I bought a Sony 55inch tv modelx9500g recently date:30/11/2020 from Sathya agencies (Kanchipuram) branch.I asked them for a new tv, I had told them several times that I will only buy a new tv, not an old one or a displayed model tv.i had paid rupees 105000 for the tv.But the model given to me is a old tv which had been used for model display in vellore showroom and the used tv is already one and half years old, the lcd usage hours of the tv shows that it had been used for 3598 hours.So with due respect the client who told me that it is a new tv is Srini ([protected]) from Kanchipuram branch, My parents request is to replace the tv with another model in Sony or refund the entired paid sum.

                              Remember this incident has tarnished the trust I had kept in Sathya agencies, which did a dirty job of selling an already used led tv as a new tv.hence I will attach all the photos

                                    December 1st we ordered whirlpool washing machine 7.5 kg bloom wash in Medavakkam branch. While explaining they mention the model has heater option. But they supplied without heater option. Then enquired they told whirlpool now stopped heater option in washing machine, then I checked Sathiya online shopping I observed heater model is available. Then I checked with Branch, they told now stock not available in whirlpool. I am not happy with their response. I asked them to exchange and give heater model, but they are not responding. My first experience in sathya is very bad. I hope this complaint team will solve my issue.

                                      I bought Armstrag smart TV on 28th Nov. Theni branch. They had said that installation 30th Nov. Well speech sales executive Mr. Sathish on time installation. But technician not bring wall mount clamp & un eligible customer survice.
                                      More than 3 days not install the TV.
                                      At present Ex. Not pick my call also.
