I buy a mobile in Sathya showroom, with a accident damage policy in bajaj insurance. My mobile was accidental broken so I claimed for a policy. I received a claim amount but they didn't giving my mobile for repair. I asked for proof was my mobile what happened they didn't giving a proper response. Please make it as possible reason. I bought a new refrigerator on[protected] in full cash payment. But commissioning not done for still now, I contact to customer care but response....

I’ve registered for complaint in Sathya-showroom in Villupuram on June 2019 as TV Display is not working and we requested complaint booking for change of it. Our complaint was not raised online for 02 full weeks and even after visiting the Villupuram Sathya showroom. Atlast complaint booking was also done from our end.

And then, we had 02 service persons (aged 20-23) to address our issue after the complaint...

Sir, I have purchased a new whirlpool refrigerator before 4 days which was damaged and I have raised a request to the sathya store and they have replaced the refrigerator but the replaced refrigerator has some accessories missing and lot of scratches inside .., I'm not have a feeling of buying a new fridge totally disappointed, , its looks like a used one, so please kindly solve my issue do needful ., Thank you...

Purchased almost 2 lakhs worth accessories and Sathya's associates said while purchasing I will get complimentary items but almost 3 months and more gone no response from them..I went directly and asked about it they were neglected to give and no one responding out there.. Such a bad experience..I never suggest anybody to purchase on Sathya's ..if you ppl not offering the complimentary items why you ppl giving offers while purchasing for...

Last thursday smart tv booked but yesterday only delivered but still installation not done... I have taken two days leave for product & installation
Samsung executive came and they didn't provide the installtion equipments and just placed the tv on table. How long it will take... They are not responding from installation team. Then we spoke to the executive he said u have to pay 750 for installation.

We need the installation...

I ordered refrigerator on Aug 22..I received the product on aug 24 and the refrigerator was very small in size than I expected ..ours is a big family..so I wanted to replace the product with big one.and I contacted sales employee Ms.manju..she collected all the details for replacement .after few days she is telling that we are waiting for approval from warehouse..and once we get the approval, your product will be replaced..but it's been 10...

Last 2 weeks ago I went to purchase a vacuum cleaner at Sathya agency tenkasi branch, but no one attend us even we wait more than 20 minutes, they don't even ask us to wait politely, we start to walk near by shop and we purchase which product we needed, this is very bad experience to me, now a days I don't recommend Sathya to others. I am drafting this mail with heavy disappointment as this was the least expected from Sathya because it was the most trusted store where id go without a second thought top get any appliance. A refrigerator was purchased on the 12-Aug-2020 from Sathya Stores T.Nagar.
The fridge was delivered on 13-Aug-2020 and a Whirlpool representative came in on 14-Aug-2020 for the installation of the same. When the package was unpacked a lot of ants...
