I bought a TV washing machine, Water heater, pedestal fan and still a lot of home appliances in Satya show room

I really have a huge trust on their shop, I did not believe Girias I didn’t believe Vasantha and co which is also very close to me

The Samsung LED TV UHD 55 inches was purchased on the date 11 November 2018 from Satya Thirumulaivoiyal show room chennai 600062

It’s been 2 years till last month now

The TV is not working now got the executive and he is saying that the board is not working due to voltage fluctuations

I have a stabiliser for TV that also bought from Satya whom come this happen

I will never accept this within 2 years 1, 19, 000 Rs TV is not working is cannot be acceptable

I need a Solution for this
OR
I will definitely file a legal case on Satya agencies

And also with the attached bill I will post this in social media for sure.

    இன்று பொன்னமராவதியிà... இயங்கி வரும் சத்யா ஏஜென்சி சென்றிருந்தேன... புதிதாக உதயமாகி வரும் என்னுடைய இல்லத்திற்கு இரண்டு ஏசி வாங்குவதற்காà®�... சென்றிருந்தேன... குறிப்பிட்ட விற்பனையாளர் வந்து ஏசி பற்றி விவரங்கள் சொல்லி கொண்டிருந்தார�... அவருக்கு அலைபேசியில் ஒரு அழைப்பு வந்தது. காதில் head phone மாட்டி கொண்டு பேச ஆரமபித்தார். நானும் வருவார் வருவார் என காத்திருந்தேன... அவர் பேச்சை நிறுத்துவதாக தெரியவில்லை. உட்கார இருக்கையும் கொடுக்கவில்லà¯�... மாற்று திறனாளியாகிய நான் நினறு கொண்டே இருந்தேன். எனது சைகையையும் அவர் கண்டு கொள்ளவில்லை. அப்படியும் அவர் என்னை கண்டு கொள்ளாமல் பேசி கொண்டே இருந்தார். எனக்கு கோபம் வந்து கடையை விட்டு வெளியேறினேன். அப்போது தான் மேனெஜர் ஓடி வந்து என்னை சமாதான படுத்தினார். நான் சத்யா ஏஜென்சி customer care நம்பருக்கு அழைத்து பேசினேன். இன்று போட்டியில் வணிகம் நடக்கிறது. வாடிக்கையாளரை தக்க வைத்தல் எவ்வளவு அவசியம் என தெரியாமல் பொன்னமராவதி சத்யா ஏஜென்சி செயல் படுகிறது என்பதை தகவலுக்காக எல்லோருக்குமà¯�... தெரியபடுத்துக... மேலும் வசந்த்&கோ வருவதாக கேள்வி பட்டேன். சத்யா ஏஜென்சியில் எந்த பொருளும் வாங்க கூடாது என முடிவு எடுத்து விட்டேன்.

        Thank you, person came from Samsung and he informed us that the display unit has gone ( picture tube ) and to repair the charges will be around Rs. 18000/- . we bought this from you paying Rs. 36000/- just couple of years back .it is too much to spend this amount . i would be happy if you could request Mr. Francis to look into this matter and talk to us . awaiting response .

              December 1st we ordered whirlpool washing machine 7.5 kg bloom wash in Medavakkam branch. While explaining they mention the model has heater option. But they supplied without heater option. Then enquired they told whirlpool now stopped heater option in washing machine, then I checked Sathiya online shopping I observed heater model is available. Then I checked with Branch, they told now stock not available in whirlpool. I am not happy with their response. I asked them to exchange and give heater model, but they are not responding. My first experience in sathya is very bad. I hope this complaint team will solve my issue.

                      Dear sir
                      I am Sreevidya C R, working as manager in Canara bank madurai.I purchased an Air conditioner in 100 feet road coimbatore.Since I am in madurai, I have transferred amount of RS.37500 on 11.11.2020 for purchase of Voltas AC 1.5 ton .I requested them to install on the same day to my residence Karamadai, mettupalay a ma, but the manager refused and informed me that today 12.11.2020 it will be installed.
                      As on now nothing happened and no installation taken place.Even being a branch manager in busy schedule I was following up with the branch more than ten times .I have never seen a worst service like this.
                      A need to be fulfilled at the time of requirement.If not that is not needed afterwords.
                      Hence I request your good self to make arrangements for installation of the product today, if not I don't need the product.

                          I had purchase haier fridge in perambalur sathya agencies on 31.12.2016. Fridge compreser not working properly. I gave complaint in branch before 30 days. Yet to no one technicians come to home. I call to trichy haier customer care also 3 to 4 times. But no answer from there. Perambalur office also not good. Customer satisfaction not good. I thought why i purchased the fridge in perambalur sathya agencies.

                              I had purchased a mobile(Vivo Y20) on 24.10.2020 from Sathya (Add: 1/2 Thendral Nagar, Sathuvachari, Vellore - 632 004). We asked the sales executive (Mr. Mohan Raj K) to show best mobiles under 10-12k. We were shown Vivo Y20 and Vivo Y30 and given few specs details about them. When we asked about front camera we were said that both are same "16MP". Then I personally asked him to show Redmi note 9 pro and specs were good and we asked him which will be good for us. He said Vivo Y20 will only be good. More than anything I trusted this experience and knowledge and purchased it. Later after coming back home when we realized camera quality is really bad, it was just "8 MP". I seriously cannot accept to spend hard earned money this way. I just want them to change this phone. I trusted him and he had misused it. On asking them to tan actions he claims that he has shown us a tag that says all the specs but there was no mention of front camera in them. Please consider my issue and take necessary steps. I have all the accessories and papers that came along with phone as such. Herewith attach a copy of bill and specs tag for proof.

                                Hi,
                                I buy a mobile in Sathya showroom, with a accident damage policy in bajaj insurance. My mobile was accidental broken so I claimed for a policy. I received a claim amount but they didn't giving my mobile for repair. I asked for proof was my mobile what happened they didn't giving a proper response. Please make it as possible reason.
