One more connected with previous complaint. They fixed MY AC amount as 24500 final and installation ll be charged. But in bill it shows net amount as 29500. No free gifts given. Then why such advertisement in showroom and TV ? No amount reduced for it. The man who came for delivery also said me to pay 29500. Why such controversy? Totally I felt some where I cheated...

On April 8th I visited Pollachi sathiya branch to look for AC. Again on Sunday 9rh I visited showroom to confirm Hitachi AC. I said ll pay Payment through credit card next day that is Mon April 10th. This complaint is sent because, there is no proper service received from sathya, Puducherry. We bought LG AC on April 1 2023 and still now we didn't get the installation done. We haven't got this much terrible experience from any other shops. Attaching the proof that installation is not done yet....

AC bought on[protected], the product is not even a year old, we have cooling issues now, raised complaint on[protected], requested to place complaint immediately, but they have registered only on 4-4-2023 by 11am, due to this delay service person is not allocated yet.

Since sathya is shown as 9am - 9pm services, requesting for immediate resolving.

If Sathya cant give this 9-9 service why it is mentioned as such?br...

Hi, we bought OLED55C1PTZ TV on 08.03.2022 from sathya agencies in Ulundurpet branch. It's been year since we bought this TV. We're staying in a rent house so, we couldn't fix it on the wall. I bought a LG Fridge GLS412SPZY Model cashback offer in my daughter name K Jayashni on 04/08/2022 at Nagapattinam branch. payment mode is six months emi HDFC credit card.
