Have raised complained to fix the fridge which was purchased 3 to 4 years ago, since it was not getting cooled
Customer service executive confirmed to get it resolved quickly...but it has been week no resolution yet..
Now, agents not responding call or giving any call back.

    I bought it on Sunday, June 4th, 2023, and it was delivered on Monday,
    June 5th, 2023. Finally, installation staff came by Wednesday,
    and the product was opened before me. I recorded a video,
    but it was damaged, and now no one can replace the product still.

      Dear team Sathya

      Free gift pending for more then a month. No proper response from the T nagar branch head / incharge/ sale person incharge etc.

      Carrier AC - 2 Numbers

      AC 1 Bill name - Mohammed Sanoon - [protected]
      AC 2 Bill name - Jarina Banu - [protected].

      Worst responds from Sales person Mr. Rajesh.
      Number wrong commitments for 30 days.

      Discussed the issue with Branch head - Vignesh and Mani. Again they gave wrong commitment.

      Currently Mr. Mani. incharge. Telling stock not available.

      This is pathetic service from Sathya as group.

      Am a senior citizen calling everyday for the pending gift. Daily i get disappointed with the wrong commitment given by Sathya team.

      Need proper response from this.

      Or else I will create this as big issue. And post in all social media like Twitter / Facebook / insta etc. Also i will write to Google review and take legal action on consumer court with all your records and wrong commitment for more then 30days.

          We purchased Bluestar AC, IFB Washing machine and a Sony TV on Monday(29th May). Wednesday they installed the Bluestar AC and within 30 mins of first run, Machine is not working. When we called the technician, He came back and
          found the main board in the machine itself faulty. This is really not acceptable, So l would like to get a replacement of working AC today and this time I wont pay the installation charge from my side since there is no fault from my side. Appreciate your quick action. Thank you!

            We ordered AC from Sathya Pondicherry. It took them one week them to install the AC and within one month AC stopped working and technician said there is gas leak in our AC within a month of purchase from Sathya. When we approached them they said different reason for the issues. Again they took it back and said replace within a day. It is been one week, again there is no any proper response. Later they send a product two days ago, and still the manger has no idea what is going on even we went there to make complaint to Sathya shop about carrier product to him a week ago. Poor customer service and we are really really disappointed with your service. For more than three weeks we have this issues yet it not resolved… we are planning to make a move against ur company. We are not buying any product later from this company for sure..

              I booked carrier Ac from sathya in west tambaram mudichur road, on 17th May 2023. After that ac technician came on 23rd may 2023, that day the technician opened indoor ac that was broken. He said we change the product. But today date is 25th may 2023 till now nobody come and nothing to exchange. This is very unnecessary no one can answer properly only they said today we deliver the ac like that only fake information. Here after we not buy anything in sathya. Very worst customer service. I am very disappointed with that.

                I purchased the LG Conditioner 1.5-ton 5-star 2023 last month (May 18, 2023) from Sathya Agency, Sivagangai branch, located in Sivagangai 630561. The sales staff informed me that the air conditioner was a Wi-Fi supported model, and since I wanted to buy a Wi-Fi supported model, I made the purchase. However, the product I received was not a Wi-Fi supported model.

                From Sathya Agency's side, we never received a demo for the air conditioner. We tried to set it up ourselves and then contacted LG customer care for technician support. Once the technician came and reviewed the product, they confirmed that the model we had purchased was not a Wi-Fi model. It appears that we purchased the wrong model. Yesterday, I informed the manager about this issue, but they did not respond properly. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in looking into this matter and helping me as soon as possible."

                    I have purchased 2 Air Conditioner
                    (Samsung windfree 1.5ton 5 star 2023) last month (April 22 2023, April 24 2023) at Sathya agency, Reddiyarpalayam branch, pondicherry 605010.
                    Sales staff said that the air conditioner is a wifi supported model also I was willing to buy a wifi supported model, but the product I recieved was not a wifi supported model.
                    From Sathya Agency side we never got a demo for the Air Conditioner, we tried ourselves and then contacted Samsung customer care for technician support, Once technician came reviewed and said this model is not a wifi model we have purchased a Wrong model, later yesterday I informed Manager about this issue. I kindly request you to look into this issue and help me as soon as possible

                      On 18/05/2023 I have purchased refrigerator and gas stove of total worth Rs 31390/- but without my knowledge they have included a bath tub of Rs 200 in the bill and made pay total amount of Rs 31600/- .During the time of giving confirmation order he the sales man Mr Logeswaran didn't even informed me about this.As a customer on the basis of faith in Sathya agencies I made the payment without rethinking and when I check the bill after returning home I came to know this.This kind of activities will definitely effect the reputation and belief in SATHYA AGENCIES .When I contacted the shop over phone two three times no one including the sales person who attended us also didn't give a convincing reply.In total my purchasing experience is very disgusting

                        Hi I bought llyod Ac from Sathya Thiruvanmiyur. Sales person name Hari. From the day of purchase I never got any kind of support from him. He only brain washed me to buy AC after buying the way of handling is different. He is not lift for sales itself.. I really can't tolerate his attitude and behavior.. sathya agencies peoples really need to take action against him.. to avoid other customers suffers..

                        One month am suffering for the installation of my AC.. today Installation peoples asking two ladders from my end.. Poor support from sathya showroom Thiruvanmiyur and poor support from havells

                          I was informed to west masi Street, madurai showroom which i was purchased and that grinder was wrongly delivered...they assigned one person to verify whether it is wrongly delivered and he came and said item was wrongly delivered..and he is not responsible for replacement.
                          after again i called to showroom they asked me to come and replace but i was paid for delivery charges including
                          i refused to come showroom. i asked to replace new one and to deliver it on my home.
                          after two days came for replacement he took the wrongly delivered item and he kept the new one. i asked to check the machine whether it is working properly

                          one phone call came to that person he went outside of my house and he was speaking around 10 mins after that he went without informing me. i was waiting for him to verify i came to know that he was left and not verified the replacement grinder.

                          I again checked the replaced grinder in the box some of the contents were missing in the box again. it was a worst experience from the sathya agency.
                          i will never come to sathya and never recommend to anyone. i was tierd of asking for the correct product to deliver. sathya agency concentration only for income not for service. while seeing the tv ads my bloods are boiling and my thoughts are why i purchased on sathya..i used to purchased on some other place very worst if this was happen to your home then only you can realise. otherwise you will see it as a just a complaint.

                            We bought LG ac and frIdge in eral satya, AC we bought through Bajaj finance and fridge ready cash, they told to give the gift voucher as complimentary, but they added the gift value in the bill, then y they are saying gift .. but that gift value also different in both bills what a fraud they are doing and cheating customers,

                              In deep grievance I'm writing this, on 20.04.2023 around 8.00pm I have visited Sathya Showroom at 100ft road situated at Coimbatore for purchasing 2 Air Conditioners and I have finalized 2 IFB air conditioners and informed the sales executive Mr. Ajith Kumar and the manager that I will be doing the payment on the next day. Simultaneously on 21.04.2023 around 12.00PM I made the payment of Rs.70, 000/- [Rs.35, 000/- per AC] through my debit card in the POS machine. As per the executive, the Rs.35, 000/- consists of Rs.32, 500/- for the AC, Rs.1, 500/- for the installation charges and Rs.1, 000/- for the stabilizer.
                              After the payment, Mr. Ajith Kumar called me over phone and said that the installation charges has to paid to the person during the installation process. Later he has made a void sale transaction of Rs.70, 000/- through the same POS machine and informed me of the same. He also mentioned that the amount will be reversed to my account on the same day but I haven't received it. I waited for 5 working days upto 28/04/2023 and haven't received the amount. I asked the respective person executive multiple times and his reply was the same that he reversed it. Later I have lodged a complaint through your customer care and was also not getting any proper reply. Later I called Sathya agencies, 100ft road, Coimbatore branch and escalated the issue and Mr. George contacted me and promised me to that he will resolve the issue but after so many days he also didn't help me in receiving the amount and I haven't received the AC even.
                              I have also contacted my bank and their reply was that it is not able to take the complaint because they cant raise a complaint on the non credit of amount as my payment was successful and they also told me that the complaint should be raised from your bank side after verifying the status.
                              I am writing this complaint after so many tries as a last hope, kindly help me in getting the amount. I and My Father have purchased many household items from you like Washing Machine, 2 Televisions etc.

                                    Registered a complaint with Sathya Agencies in Ooty regarding a service request on May 3, 2023. Even after explicitly mentioning that the product requiring service is a Samsung 55-inch TV, the concerned person registers it under LG fridge. They assured that the complaint will be addressed in 48 hours but they've only created more confusion for us. After constant follow-ups, we receive information from the Head Office that the Ooty branch registered the complaint for LG fridge without checking properly. HO is able to see the purchase details of the TV but the Ooty branch doesn't even these details stating that they don't have purchase data that is older than one year. The branch only had fridge purchase in their records whereas the TV purchased from them in February 20, 2021, they have no records of. This goes to show that the Head Office and the branch are working as separate entities without giving any importance to service related issues. Our complaint remains unresolved with one party throwing the blame on the other. This is the pathetic status of after-sales service provided by Sathya Agencies.

                                      By 15th April 2023 the stabilizer should have been delivered but the tracking number shows it is delivered to incorrect address. Calling to this number +[protected] is not responding and nobody there to contact further and deal with this issue.

                                        I brought a tv on 26 mar 2023 and got installed on 28th mar 2023, after couple of days the right edge started to have a dark white light in same intensity across for all image and scene, and after that started to get horizontal lines,

                                        Informed to satya to get replaced Or refund as there store policy, but to my surprise they raise Samsung defect to get it fixed, which the team visited three times and acknowledge that one side is more. But they a response se as it is part of the product. So design flaw which is accepted bty Samsung and for vertical lines they said will update, no response efor couple of days and closed sayi g no defect I tv.

                                        I reached satya they said they can only bridge Samsung service apart from that nothing they can do.

                                        So now don't know what to do as showroom not responding even after acknowledge the defect by seeing the proof, central customer team also not following up and no proper service ticket satya have, we have to call them every time. On top Samsung is sayi g it is not a defect.

                                        So it a disaster for me as a customer going into showroom as sathya to buy tv. I should have belived Amazon, flipkart and croma a trusty worthy dealer with right customer support.

                                        Yesterday we, west tambaram manager, panel technican and sales guy came to inspect to cross verify my complaint and they too witnesses the issue and acknowledged, what I raised was correct by comparing the tv in showroom they demo.

                                        Hope now satya can help me to get it replaced.

                                        It is 3rd day after raising the issue, still no update from Satya or Samsung, All the evidence of the defects was accessed by the Samsung technical team and submitted.

                                        I am really don't know what Sathya or Samsung is expected us to do. if they want to keep for observation be my guest take the TV and keep for 24 hours observation for your further analysis.

                                        I am feeling that the blue fest sale with partner with samsung is to sell second quality products. Hence both the team sathya and samsung are not responding, instead they are trying to neglect the defect raised by customer.

                                        But the problem has gone to square one, as they starting from first that again the TV has to be inspected and visited my home today. Don't know if this is going to be running for months to get the solution..
