I have not got my refund which i have made twice in Satya Agencies, Villivakkam Vide the Bill No : 23013WHC4107270 . Two times the swipe has happend . Till now no response from Satya to give my refund amount which i have made by Axis bank : : 34500
Need help to assist to take it up
We bought Voltas AC 1.5 ton 5 star inverter type on 21 st Apr 24 at Sathya agencies, Karaikal 609602 branch for which they offered free gift of 4 chairs.
Separate invoice raised for AC and chairs
AC delivered on 22nd but free chairs are not delivered till now and dealer is not responding for our request.

      I have purchased the soundbar from Sathya showroom Uthangarai and cancelled it due to some issues. Purchase was made on October 24rh. I visited the shop two to three times for refund and keep calling them for refund. They keep saying some reason and delaying my refund. I'm tired and really disappointed

            We buy the product AC in your chennai Kolathur branch.
            We face the problem purchase of 2 months.

            we raised complaint to REPLACEMENT NEW AC.

            but your people The part has changed that your men will do what we do.

            So I didn't get full help from you & i am not satisfy in this type of service.

            That will be very late for us, Can't do anything else We want to change that part only.

            For this method to happen after complanit It has been 20 days since we complained.

            NOTE : We are not satisfied with your service

            Above this, it will not be good if we get any problem from that AC

            now problem solved

                    Air Conditioner.

                    I am buying new AC ( 21.05.23 ) DAIKIN 1.5 TON FTL50UV16 3 STAR in the name of SANTHOSH KUMAR.
                    Purchased by near my location CHENNAI - SATYA AGENCIES PVT LTD.
                    PERAVALLUR, KOLATHUR, CHENNAI - 600082.

                    Its Delivered by next Day of booking. I appreciate your Fast Delivery.

                    But your people came from installation next 5 Days ( 27.05.23 ) with my pressure & lot of calls.

                    They done installation & finished their work but not properly done installation work.

                    We use our NEW AC Drain Water return back to Leaked in INDOOR ( AC ) only.

                    We raise the complaint same day that installation people & your Sathya Store also.

                    They said we will come tomorrow and resolve the issue.

                    But They resolve the issue after 10 Days only with my heavy pressure & lot of calls.

                    Now again we face the problem because of AC.

                    After 2 Months now last 7Days we face issue in this Air Conditioner Cooling Problem.

                    We complaint with same Sathya store & After they send Daikin service centre person.

                    And that person told me your AC billing still now Don"t Registered Properly in Daikin service centre.

                    Therefore we cannot service now. You go to where you bought it and ask.

                    So we went to Sathya store sales person Mr. Jagan & Ajay tell them what is te issue.
                    After that they discussion on that time they check that
                    The Installation men"s are did not come from Daikin.
                    Mr. Ajay sent by his personal contact people.

                    Then we knew that Mr.Ajay had made a big mistake.
                    Mr. Ajay contact details : +91 [protected] for your reff..

                    So I am expecting now your side I want you to give us a good answer..

                    Pls raise Complaint to High priority issue resolve my problem.

                    If any AC running do not properly refund my amount & you can take your things with you.

                      We planned to purchase AC and went to sathya agencies, sivlagangai TN to buy one. We were there to see reviews on non inverter ac brands but The manager in the showroom forced us to purchase Voltas inverter ac which we were not interested. They gave good reviews about it and made us to purchase. After installing we got an issue stating gas leakage. We called customer care and the free service was done after 20days we raised an call.
                      Now after a month again we got a same issue
                      When this service was done he said everything is alright
                      But again we got an issue a month before.
                      Now the sathya agencies are not responding to our problem and they are too lethargic and telling us we too are facing same problem at home.
                      Is this a proper way to reply to their customer??
                      It's just 3months and we end up with an issue 3 times. Why the hell they are providing free services then?
                      Both sathyas and Voltas are cheating us completely. We need to be resolved this completely and need compensate on this.
                      As a family we cannot manage this summer.we too have elderly people and kids in our family.they are suffering a lot.

                          I hereby writing this text with lot of frustration.

                          I have choosen Sathya enterprises for purchasing for buying new home appliances to my new house. Now i feel bad for my decision.

                          I have bought Refrigerator, washing machine and TV on 23/05/2023 which is worth of 138000. Invoice number 230231kki2000712

                          Customer name in the bill has been printed with spelling mistake. We have informed the same to your billing counter on the spot and requested to revise it instantly.

                          Wrong name mentioned on the invoice is EANGOVAN.

                          Correct name should be as ELANGOVAN.

                          We got response from your showroom manager that revision on billing receipt will done within a week. Even after multiple follow ups and direct visit, the issue has not been sorted out. We need the receipt with correct name for GST claim purpose.

                                On[protected], I purchased home appliances for Rs.31, 009 at your Thiruppathur branch in the name of B Vinayaka Mani Karthikeyah who is my brother-in-law.
                                They didn't provide the invoice/bill at that time, instead they told me to come & collect the same on next day[protected] morning. I gave them 2 days time & went to shop on[protected] at 8:50 pm. At that time also they told that bill is not ready come next day like this. They purposely postpone the bill for their monthly sales target. Monthly sales target is your company internal process..how could they impose their target on us customers? Should I go to your branch daily for the bill? Don't I have any other work? From the very beginning I have purchased so many electronic things from your Karaikudi branch & Thiruppathur branch for my relatives & for me. I think hereafter I have to reconsider my choice.

                                  model SAMSUNG A34 8 GB RAM, 256 ROM COLOR BLACKi need GST Bill in my company name and GST number, but he given normal name with address bill, after i am asking to manager why you are giving normal bill, he says i dont know gst, what is gst, he asking to me, roughly speaking with me, i m not satisfied. he speak soundly , he speak not politely with me,
                                  so first trained to manager customer relationship, gst meaning, speak with customer product explanation, offer details etc

                                    I order an Voltas air cooler online and cancelled the order due to out of stock . Order number is #[protected] . It has been 2 weeks and still I am not receiving the refund . Please refund my money back as quick as possible . Or I have to take this problem in different direction.

                                        I purchased the Panasonic Air Conditioner 1.5-ton 5-star 2023 on June 03, 2023, from Sathya Agency, Chennai Thiruvanmiyur branch. They A/C Delivered Ac in Next day without Stabilizer, Delivery guy not informed about missing stabilizer then i have informed Sathya Sales men, he told they were no stock on stabilizer (purchased on 3rd Jun today 14th jun still no stock available)

                                        Then A/C Installation Part, After so many phone call and follow-up Panasonic technician came for installation on 8th June. After Installation, the Installed New A/c Making noise from 8th June to today(14-June) i have informed Satya's sales men, Manager, other staff, Panasonic customer support, Installed Technician no one care and response on above mentioning matter, Because they successfully saled the product there part is over then we need to get all those fault/ damage/ bulls** etc.

                                        First time spending all earned money to purchase high star A/C on Sathya's, Their service before buying is good after purchase one of the worst services they have made me heavy headache. better think twice to shop any high valued house appliance, personally I won't recommend it.
