Dear Sir,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my continued concern and disappointment regarding the unresolved nature of my previous complaint,[protected]. Despite my efforts to seek resolution, I have not seen any satisfactory progress or acknowledgment of my concerns.
To recap, my initial complaint pertained to new telivision TCL warranty clarification . Since filing the complaint, I have spoken store manager and sales person Unfortunately, none of these efforts have led to a satisfactory resolution or addressed the issues raised.
I understand that resolving complaints may require time and investigation, but the lack of communication and progress has left me feeling frustrated and unheard. I believe in fair and transparent processes, and I am eager to see a resolution that is equitable and addresses the concerns outlined in my initial complaint.
