Dear sir/ madam, I would like to inform you that, i am a irctc sbi credit card holder. I have 879 reward points. But i couldn't redeem my reward poins. I have sent a mail regarding this issue on 08th july, 2016, till now i didn't get any response from sbi. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
