    I have not yet received any reply neither from you (RBI) nor from the sbi.regarding the cheque returned by SBI Ramgarh Jharkhand branch, due to confirmation from the drawee of the cheque could not be taken over mobile due to switched off.
    Please let me know whether any chq can returned by the bank due to contract not established over mobile with the drawee of the cheque if so then why not others bank is follow this rule.If any cheque is incash without the consent of the drawee, who will be responsible for the said payment.
    An early reply in this matter is solicited and hence requested.

      My wife ganita shah is having saving account vide s. b. a/c. no.[protected], in the state bank of india, m. g. road branch, secunderabad. telangana state. i applied for the new cheque book of my wife smt. ganita shah along with the requisite slip which is available in the old cheque book more than one year back but as on date we have received the cheque book. after that also i have given letter to the branch stating that we have not received the cheque book, earlier they stated that they will verify but now they are saying that bring the requisite which is available in the old cheque, now the question is that once we have submitted that original requisite slip now how can be give.

      I am having bank account in other bank also in which they are simply themselves issuing new cheque book without any requisite slip when i am at the stage of issuing my last cheque leaf automatically. whereas in this state bank of india they not issuing new cheque book even after several request. this is the position of one of the biggest nationalise bank.

      Infact the behaviour of the staff is also non co-operative in the bank they are behaving as if i am the defaulter and i am supposed to pay loan amount. we are having more than 20 accounts in the very same branch of our family members and of our firms and due to this kind of behaviour we are forced to open accounts in other banks also.

      Hence i request the concern authority of state bank of india to take steps for issuance of new cheque book of my wife for s. b. a/c. no.[protected], m. g. road, secunderabad branch, telangana state. if the same pattern of recklessness is followed the days are very near when the nationalised bank will have no business transactions.

      The complaint is not resolved and it is simply posted as resolved. Infact if the bank is so serious they might have send the details when the cheque book was issued and when it was dispatched and when it was received. Or the bank might have send cheque book after raising the present complaint. But they simply marked as resolved. This shows their attitude on the complaint by the customer.

        Hi,

        I have shared the required kyc document with bank but still my address is not updated in their records. Due to this they are delivering my credit card in my old address. From past 1 month they have sent the card twice to my old address and every time i called them, they said the address is updated and i would receive it shortly. I am not sure with this loophole in their system (I. E where the customer is following up to update the address, they are reluctant to do the same) how do ensure kyc of their customer.

              In 28th july i went to deposit my salary cheque at sbi karjat branch ahmednagar. The officer at the counter was so rude that he ill treated all of costumer who came by i enquired the people around and heard a lot of complaints on him and the entire management at that branch. And the worst thing is that my cheque is still not cleared. Since all were village people they give at most respect to educated bank employees and in return never raise their voice against the in human activities i was there for 30 min.. I can list done what all happened. But i wish this is taken seriously, they farmers mostly. Please treat them with dignity and respect...

              All other banks are providing Free cash deposit service. Sbi must also offer the same. . Else it will lose the customers. . I will also not use any also tell my friends about this and tell not to use sbi to deposit money. .

                Yesterday i received call from telephone no.[protected] true caller wad showing the no. from named bharahari. i asked is it that authentic telephone no. of sbi. that lady threatened me that your credit card will be blocked if do not give the information. i disconnected the call. after that i tried on the same no. many times but either that no. is getting no reply or switched off.

                      Sir, i have recently got opened my sbi a/c at air force udhampur branch (03658) on 18/07/16 and got my atm at my mailing address on 25/07/16. I have also got an sms frm sbi regarding my atm pin, texted as ;
                      ("pin for your state bank debit card ending with 8806 dispatched to branch 03658 on 26/07/2016 by speedpost awb ea[protected]in. Visit the branch for pin".)
                      But still i didn't get the pin. I also called the customer care number and requested for otp for new pin generation, but didn't get the otp too. I tried to talk to customer representative and i have been told for call back request on ivr within 4hours... But i never got any call from sbi till the daday
                      Sir, plz help me out. I'm very disappointed with sbi service.

                        I have tried to deposit of rs.9200/- in kakinada, e. g. dt., ap., first i have inserted 100 denomination (2notes) and tried to insert 500 notes, but in vain as m/c. is full, but i was charged rs.25/- for deposit of rs.200/-. it is the mistake of bank for not keeping m/c. full alert message. and my transaction is in completed. again i will have to pay for remaining amount deposit charges. who is responsible for such mistakes?.

                          I have make a payment through my sbi visa card (No. [protected]) of rs.2, 051.50 vide "pos prch pos[protected] mops-sbc our-card-dr mumba" on 18/06/2016. My amount was debited but the transaction was failed. So please take necessary action to refund my amount as soon as possible. I make a complaint through the email address [protected]@sbi.Co.In” and they registered a complaintagainst the same on 20/06/2016 under the ticket number pg[protected]. I have informed my branch but no action.

                              Please let me know whether there is any guide line by the rbi to bankers to take consent from the drawee before in cash chq though the drawee having sufficient balance in his acccount, if contact over mobile/telephone could not establised due to any reasons, they are advised to returned the cheque un-paid to the drawer.

                                Hi,

                                Wanted to inform you that i got a call from +91 [protected] claiming that they were from sbi credit card department. They informed me that they wanted to provide me with new credit card which would be chip enabled and with enhanced credit limit.

                                They had all my card details which include credit card number, expiry date, cvv number and my registered address (Both residence and office address). They asked me to confirm as to which address i want to receive my new card so i confirmed my office address for the same (Didn’t mention address myself as they already had).

                                Further to this, they informed me that they wanted to transfer my old card reward points to new card to which they will send an otp on my number. They asked me to share otp received, i shared 1 otp with them. Soon after sharing otp with them i got transaction of rs. 2500 made alert message and multiple otp for further transactions (Rs. 2500, 5069 etc). I hung up their phone and instantly got my card blocked and reissued a new one.

                                I request you to not to settle down the transactions of rs. 2500 made twice.

                                      With reference to the above subject, my name is S.M. Paramesh who is having an account at Citi Bank, MG Road branch, Bangalore write to request that I had transaction (withdrawal) on SBI ATM 12th cross Wilson garden on 3rd July 2016, at 2pm for an amount of Rs. 3000/- wherein the money came and went back to the machine which happened in front of the security incharge and Rs. 3000/- was deducted from my Citibank account rasied the complaint to SBI wilson garden branch they were helpless rasied to citibank, they said they want 7days time for investigation and they credited Rs.3000/- immediately to my acoount from them as an urgency after 10 days they debited Rs. 3000/- from my account stating that the transaction was valid and asked to contact the concerned Atm branch for the dispute happened after my request for the soft copy of transaction happened on 3 july which they forwared to me and i am attaching the same.

                                        I made IMPS transaction on 28th July 2016 from SBI Hingne branch (online banking) to Abhyudaya bank. The status is pending since 28th July. Money is deducted from my account but not yet deposited to either account.

                                        I made test transaction of 100 rupees few days back. It worked well. However for this transaction, I am facing issue. What should I do?
