On dt 12/5/2016 i have put rs 19000/- in cdm at sadhana nagar indore mp but machine has stop working due to power failure or other reason and restart after some time and return back rs 4600/- only and rs 14400/- remain in the cdm but no slip of that amount came out from cdm and nor that amount is credit in my account no. [protected] on till date 7/8/16 inspite of my complaint at a time in my mother branch sadhana nagar sbi branch and adminstrative branch at indore sbi therefore it is requested to direct the sbi to resolve the above

    I have SBI account in the branch of kandukur in Andhra Pradesh.From this account only deduction messages are coming to my registered mobile number and did not receiving any credit messages.And also not getting otp when I was done shopping in online.Because of this I cannot shop in online.Please solve this problem.And say how can I my problem.

      I had applied for IRCTC Credit Card on 6 july, 16 as I travel and IRCTC has a co branding card with with SBI . I fail to understand that if SBI is determined not to issue a card to customers why it takes 20 Days/3 verification calls/Physical verification at my residence and hours later a regret "that the card cannot be issued and try later after six months" can some one at SBI answer why cannot I get the credit card my CIBIL score is 853 out of 900 and KYC is clear and NO dues to be recovered or liability with any Bank. What is the reason the card was declined. I am sure since SBI is a Govt Bank its lacking customer service and customers are paying for it since there is no one who cares about such grievances and there is no checking/accountability at higher level to check for such discrepancies.
      Kindly resolve and issue cards who deserve and are good pay master rather than the elite which make SBI run for its money. I have already escalated the issue at SBICards and seek urgent solution to it.

              I have made a demand draft no "044841" from SBI, (branch Code 16771) on 15/04/16 of Rs 2300/- as a exam fee of Prasar Bharti.But it was named wrongly so i went to the bank manager to cancel my dd but he said to cancel dd we have to make an accnt for the cancellation as i have made the dd by cash i dont have any accnt in sbi but they are refusing again n again to make a accnt acording to rbi guidline

                  I take a loan of 5 lacs rupees fm above sbi branch . and have a salary accout under Defence/Para military salary package in which no processing fee charges deducted fm loan amt. but my branch deduct an amount of Rs.5750 as processing fee of loan .                     I would like to make a complaint against sbi dsa representatives who have been threatening me and calling my office numbers despite of my telling them again and again not to call at my official numbers as i might loose my job over it.

                    I am running through a very tough financial situation, i do intent to pay my debt but this is not the way to collect and harass some one. I have the representative nitin, gulshan that i might loose my job but no use. They tell me they will keep calling me at office numbers and will come to my office, they force me to meet them and i tell them to talk over the phone but they keep threatening me that if i don't meet them out they will come to my office, i don't see any use of meeting any officials outside if the work can be done over the phone

                    As per my information your representative cannot call me if i am responding on my cell. But still your representative call me on my office number disclose information to other people in office. As per the law they are not authorised to call me after 6 however i still get calls after 6 n when i tell them to call me at the timings allotted by govt they tell me not to teach them laws

                    I have also written to the sbi customer care but did not get any resolution from them.

                    Please tell me what is the solution for this, there harassment is giving me lot of mental trauma and torture. I would be force to take extreme measures which would fall responsible on your banking methods, its a real harassment for people like me who are legitimate but due to some problem are unable to pay there obligations.

                    also request you to please advise your representatives to not call my office nos and colleagues and disclose m, y financial matter .
                    Again today no calls on my mobile by the SBI representative Nitin but only on my office number, threatening and asking them for money .My entire debt and financial issue is disclosed to the third party's.

                        There was an unauthorised transaction done by Shop Vista e-pay Kerala through my SBI credit card. Please help me resolve the same.

                        Date of transaction: 24th July,
                        Client name: ShopVista epay Kerala MUMBA
                        Amount deducted: INR 7781.

                        Now I have got a credit card statement asking me to clear this. It is not possible for me to pay this as this is unauthorized and this was done without OTP. Please contact me for further information as I would not like to give my card details here.

                            This card was applied against a fixed deposit on the instructions of SBI Employees.

                            Date Applied: 1/08/2016

                            Description of The Incident:

                            I was approached by SBI employees in my home branch for a credit card.

                            They assured me that I could available a credit card if I make a fixed deposit. Hence they made to create a fixed deposit and I applied for a credit card against it.

                            I waited for quite a time and got the verification call. They too assured that my application will be processed soon and I will get the card in about few weeks.

                            Now when I got my application number, which is[protected], I checked it on the SBI card website.

                            It says " We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time. "

                            Now this is completely bogus: What Policy? Depth Explanation Needed.

                            I had provided all the documents, met necessary KYC norms, even then I was made to create a fixed deposit account with the promise that I would surely get a credit card. Now my application is hung, the credit card department employee dont know what happened.

                            Most of the major banks provide Guarantee Credit Card against fixed deposits. I Think I was wrong choosing to trust SBI.

                            Prior this I approached other banks, like ICICI and Axis, if it would have been them, I would have already got my credit card instantly after fixed deposit. Now when it came to SBI, why I am facing such problems?

                            This is completely absurd. I had a choice of choosing other banks but still then I choose to apply for a Credit Card from SBI because it was my first bank and have been banking with it since my teenage.

                            They employee are unable to explain and now they say, it shouldn't have happened. But before they guaranteed me that I would obviously get a credit card, if I take it against a fixed deposit.

                            Now what should I do ?

                            I had a terrible experiences with SBI, and I'm thinking of moving all of my banking needs to some private banks like HDFC, Axis or ICICI Bank.

                            Resolution Desired:

                            Check my application, sate a resolution. Inform me clearly what happen, why I wasn't approved even though i had all the documents provided, and did a required fixed deposit for availing the credit card.

                            If I am eligible, intimate me, and process the application, if I'm not, cancel the Fixed deposit which was only in behalf for the credit card.

                            Right now I was in serious need of credit card, but I used some important funds for the credit card. If my application is not accepted, I will see this as a marketing gimmick played upon by SBI Employees who did not provide exact correct information and misguided me for only meeting their lead target of the month for their jobs.

                            I hope I would get a serious reply, I have already contacted most through most of the emails of the sbi card, and then even the facebook page. Still no reply yet.

                                    Fraudulent Transaction
                                    Sir,
                                    Today I received a call from Mr. Rakesh Verma, manager, SBI Mumbai ( [protected]) for verification of my SBI account as my ATM card bearing 45** **** **** **00 was accidentally blocked. Unfortunately, I had forgotten my ATM and had got a new pin. Believing it to be true I gave my ATM card details only to have a transaction made of Rs 700/- to SBI Buddy Mumbai (photo attached). It raised my suspicion when another transaction of approx Rs. 28, 289 was being made (photo attached).
                                    Kindly refund my money and initiate action against SBI Buddy for allowing fraudulent transaction.
                                    I have now blocked my ATM card .

                                        The assistant manager of sultan bathery branch state bank of india of Wayanad kerala, behaving very irresponsibly to the customers attending. Please take proper action from your side. This is not the first time I am experiencing this behavior from the same staff. Once he missed behaved with my mother. I coulndt raise a complaint at that time. Please find the attached photo the asst manager making people waiting hours and he is busy in mobile phone talk.
