I have made a transaction via amazon of on 6 July 2016 around 13500 something and while I was purchasing I have selected the 9 months installment but as per the statement it is showing the whole amount and interest has been created as per the whole amount so I called to customer care and lodge a complaint and the customer care executive told me that I will get a call before 29 July 2016 however I still haven't received any call from your side and tomorrow means 31 July is the due date so who is going to tell me that how much amount I have to pay even i called again customer care two time but firstly they disconnected the call after 14 minutes and then waiting queue is 28 minutes so i don't think so this is acceptable. This is happening third time now i think stop the services.

    I have lost my atm card on 13 th July & on my request it was blocked immediately by customer care. But I got back the card on the same day after few hours of searching and wrote a request letter to my home branch manager for Unblocking the same card . But after about 15 days now my Atm card has not yet been unblocked by them & I am facing tremendous problems regarding transactions through my Atm card. Please help me in this regard at earliest.

    Inconvenient to go to the bank in working hours as we also have to go to office at the same time. Request to get it installed urgently.

        My name is Poonam Sehgal and i live in chandigarh, on 30th july 2016 i got calls from from 2 numbers [protected] and [protected] at different times the person calling from these numbers was same who claimed to be the manager of SBI bank and said that due to some reasons my atm card has been blocked and he wants my atm card number to unblock it.on checking my card by making a transaction i found that transactions were not being processed which made me to believe that he is a genuine official of the bank and i gave him my account number then he asked me for the otp which i got after giving him the number.on giving him the otp a transaction of Rs.5000 was made from my account to sbibuddy with transaction number GU[protected]

        i request to please undo the transaction and return my money

          One of the most common bank for the common people is SBI and now it charges Minimum Rs. 50/- for non home branch cash deposits. and Service Tax of Rs. 7.5/- is also imposed. How can a bank charge for such a core business for which people open bank accounts. In the world of centralized banking such charges shall not prevail. This is just forcing people to open more and more accounts in the city wherever they go. SHAME ! ! !

            My account no. [protected]. Ihave re regitered my net banking for view only. But now i have forgot my user name and password. Iam not able to verify my statement of accounts. Please do the needful thanks in advance. Rfirst ihave registerd for net banking view only option and i have received pre printed kit. I have wrongly scratced the portions and the username and password were not able to read. Then ihave approaced my branch they have re register and a fresh k it was given to me.                 Not getting journal number

                I have submitted a request for issue of a new debit card on 18/7/2016 for my savings bank account no. [protected].. Its home branch is dlf qutab plaza gurgaon. My kyc is maintained at nirman bhawan new delhi branch of the sbi hence the application was submitted in that branch.
                On enquiry from the sbi help line iwas told that the card has been issued on 19/7/2016. But till date i have not received the card
                Kindly look into the matter so that the card is delivered to me at the earliest.

                'Hi, I'm a Credit Card Holder of SBI, and my grievance isMy Credit card Bill generation date is 24th of every month and my due date is 14th of every month.I had outstanding due amount of 80880 to be paid by due date of 14th July(with subject to some minimum amount).So, I Paid 5000 of the amount on due date and 70000 of the amount on 19th of July.Now, the remaining outstanding amount remains as 5880.So, now the Bank instead of charging interest on just the due amount left I.e., 5880, has charged me finance charges other interest on the whole 75880 for 20 days (i.e., from 24th June to 19th July)apart from Genuine finance charges on 5880.Sir, Kindly let me know the Genuine Bill for the due amount.I was going across the RBI policies and I came to know that suppose if the customer/consumer clears off his due amount even after the due date but before the next bill Generation cycle he won't be to the subject to charge of any interest on him/her.So, here eventhough I haven't paid the whole/complete amount before the next billing cycle still I paid the 90% of the amount.
                Also, I would like to notify you that I have already taken home loan from SBI, and I am first time user of any credit card and the Person who had given me the credit card didn't notified me any details regarding payment dates and interest charged and other required information, except the offers.Therefore I was called in person to collect the due amount every month and was levied charge of 90 for that without any information to me.Moreover, they didn't informed me about my due date and all and silently was imposing late payment fee for every month.Therefore, in last 7-8 months I have paid more than 17000 which includes late payment fees and normal other charges.Sir, being a customer of national bank with such heavy loan, Please consider the things/situations in regard and give me the Genuine justification for my cause.

                  While i applied for the credit card, i was explained that i can withdraw cash from atm and use it to pay for shopping and and needn't pay any extra fee/charges/interest on the same, provided i have paid the same within 30 days of the generation of the statement. Now i can see from my card statement that company have charged rs. 300 for atm cash withdrawal, rs. 150/- for generation of statement and few more deductions have been made (For them the description is not available).

                  Now, i feel cheated. It is really a shame on sbi that is providing such a poor and fraudulent services to its customers.

                    Myself ramaprasad chakraborty, working in isro, dept of space, govt of india, sriharikota. Though my permanent address is in kolkata, i stay in andhra pradesh due to my job.In 2013 i have taken a home loan from shyamnagar (Baguiati), kolkata branch to purchase an apartment at dum dum, kolkata.In this year i. E. 2016 i have applied for a topup home loan against the said home loan at racpc rajarhat, kolkata. Six months over after application. All documentation over and i received my sanction letter also issued on 4-jun-2016. Loan account also has been created immediately. But because of some unknown reason money is not being disbursed in my loan account. I am not getting any information. Whenever i try to get update over phone, i get new new excuses and those are conflicting. Some time they are mentioning that there is some issue in documentation part, between racpc, rajarhat and sbi, shar, sriharikota branches. Within few days they declared everything resolved, money is about to be disbursed. Again after a week they are mentioning the same problem. Please look into this as earliest.

                      But at last page after i entered otp i received a sms which is like: thank you for_ using your sbi debit card 519xx6754 for a purchase worth rs20786 on pos [protected] at mops-sbc-our-card-dr txn#[protected].
                      The transaction is between 13:14 to 13:18 on[protected]. but i didn't get the transaction receipt and du reference number
                      Now i don't know what to do as i have to submit my semester fee.

                                In the sbi branch of barasat one can not deposit cash through cash counters in the bank worth amount less than rs 50000. If you have less amount of money you will be asked by the bank officials to go the cash less deposit machine. Nut there for every transaction bank will charge rs 25. So it is better to assume that state bank of india is not available for monetary transaction. Such worst measures by the banking authority should be condemned. The bank has been a part of these kinds of foul play now a days. Almost 60 percent banking consumers depend on sbi and in return they are simply playing with the customers. Strict action should be taken against such authority or common will start taking action by themselves.

My lpg consumer number is 72020829. But according to ncpi my aadhar number is not mapped with any bank. I have asked so many times in my bank and they said they had done from his side and updated my aadhaar with my bank account, and its not updated from npci.                                     My account (vishal goswami) no. [protected] of indra nagar branch bareilly up has ben closed under sme/ots/2009 scheme vide the letter no sarc/bly/mck/624 dated 29.08.2009. but in my cibil that show rs.9480 overdue. how it can be resolve. it is showing my cibil score very low. i can not apply for any loan.

                                    I have called and met to indira nagar branch manager too.
                                    But he said, it is not our fault please go to cibil site to resolve this case.

                                    I have gone through cibil site. they sent a mail me and write to contact your loan account branch.

                                    Kindly guide me what i do.
                                    I am very upset with this poor answers.

                                    Please find my noc on attachment.
                                    And do the needful as soon as possible.

                                      2 days ago my mom applied for sbi online banking and yesterday received username and password, after 24 hours i tried to log in but showed invalid!
                                      It was not first time? Before that we tried for so many times but the same thing every time invalid! Why? We lost hopes with sbi, the branch (Opera house) is very slow and time consuming, every time we visit the branch minimum of one hour or longer is wasted and the work is half done and half not? We had to pay charges to mhada lottery and we just lost it now!!! Shame on sbi.
