Can't login last 7 days. My next door neighbour is connected as or when required. I report to my b. T. Road branch, kolkata-700002 today. I tried from my branch and it connected easily. My a/c.# [protected]. I get it before seven days regularly. What is the cause behind it. But i am able to connect axis, bob and allahabad bank. Please solve the problem...

    Fraudulent Transaction
    Sir,
    Today I received a call from Mr. Rakesh Verma, manager, SBI Mumbai ( [protected]) for verification of my SBI account as my ATM card bearing 45** **** **** **00 was accidentally blocked. Unfortunately, I had forgotten my ATM and had got a new pin. Believing it to be true I gave my ATM card details only to have a transaction made of Rs 700/- to SBI Buddy Mumbai (photo attached). It raised my suspicion when another transaction of approx Rs. 28, 289 was being made (photo attached).
    Kindly refund my money and initiate action against SBI Buddy for allowing fraudulent transaction.
    I have now blocked my ATM card .

      Today I have faced problem with SBI deposit machine dwarakanagar branch Visakhapatnam. 530003.
      I have card deposited to my own account 500*2 I.e, 1000/- and it is not credited to my own account during 03/08/2014 at 12:41pm kindly help. I Have spoke to the branch manager but no response .
      Please kindly help me in getting back my amount to my account and

        The assistant manager of sultan bathery branch state bank of india of Wayanad kerala, behaving very irresponsibly to the customers attending. Please take proper action from your side. This is not the first time I am experiencing this behavior from the same staff. Once he missed behaved with my mother. I coulndt raise a complaint at that time. Please find the attached photo the asst manager making people waiting hours and he is busy in mobile phone talk.

          In ashram road branch of ahmedabad the staff of banks of state bank of India is not allowed to deposited the cheque of another sbi branch and says rudely that we have instruction of superior to not allowed to deposited the cheque of another branch of SBI. there is no any rule by rbi to not allow to deposite the cheque of another branch of same bank.

          if the all private banks are ready to accept the another branch of same bank cheque then what is the problem with State Bank Of India Ashram road branch

            I did not get any message or confirmation about the cpp charge, and it deducted directly from my credit card.

            I did not find any site to stop this service.

            I also send an message to get call back from cpp, but did not get any reply from them.

            I need to reverse that charge from my credit card and want to stop the cpp service immediately.

                Im bonafine defence pensioner o[censored]r bank since march 2009. I never faced such problem till jun 2016.

                Suddenly my pension from july 2016 has been stopped from ur side without informing me. Where as rti act 2005, i should be informed prior to stopping pension.

                Plz credit my pension immediately or provide me the valid respectable reason. So that i fulfill the difficiency. This is not acceptable from our nation's first primary leading bank.

                  I am an account holder in sbi, narengi branch, guwahati assam.
                  I have applied for cts cheque book through my sbi branch on last 18th july 2016. (Photo attached herewith) & till now has not received it. I aslo posted complaints on their help line no agaist complaint no cb[protected] but there was on response from their end. I also personally meet branch manager (Operation) at my sbi branch & told them about the same but no results found from their side.

                    Long term home insurance issued in wrong name but payment received from me / debited the cheque issued by me. Now as the policy issued in wrong name please refund me the cost of insurance. Policy no : 4578456 dt 27/06/16. Negotiable instruments can be endorsed but it is a insurance policy. So, it is to be issued afresh. It is very much disappointing that after issuing a wrong name policy all are silent.
                    Long Term Home policy no: 4578456 dated 27/06/16 issued to Pulal Kumar Sen instead of Dulal Kumar Sen. Premium was received Rs 18 724/-from Dulal Kumar Sen .Now my demand is to get back the amount as the policy was issued in wrong name or issue the policy in my name as Dulal Kumar Sen .No one from SBI General now attending to my request.                       A/c payee cheque were returned un-paid by the sbi, ramgarh, jharkhand brach, a reason that due to swithoff of the mobile of drawee, confirmation of benifeciary name amount is not verified.
                      Pl let me know whether there is any guideline of rbi to take consent before making payment from the drawee of the cheques or this is your bank policy, if so is there any information to the account holder of such action.

                        Sir, we are facing harships because of sbi bank employee negligence. We have deposited challan in sbi friends colony branch but employee deposited that challan in other. We have got income tax notice because of not showing challan in 26as penalized with 12520 .. After receiving such notice from income tax we have contacted from sbi friends colony branch to correct their mistakes.. But they refused admit their mistake from 1st instance then later taken all the details of challan and assured us to provide a letter from bank for wrongly submitted the challan.. After that we used to visit bank to get that letter from bank but bank employess making exuses again & again.. We are harassed by bank again & again..

                          Yesterday (01/08/2016), i tried several times and even staff deputed at e - corner room (Located at m. G. Marg, gangtok, sikkim) help me to make online payment of housing loan, i am sorry to say that machine didn't accept the cash.
                          Immediately, i informed to the sbi office located in same building, the concerned officer accompanied me to confirm the error from the deputed staff. Staff informed him that machine has decline to accept his cash.
                          As such concerned officer informed me that since transaction is related housing loan, you cannot make payment from this e - corner.
                          My question is... 1. What is the use of e - corner?
                          2. Is it not possible to make online payment of loan from e-corner
                          3. What ever the officer concerned has said is really true that you can't make online payment/ deposit cash from e-corner please

                                In hurry i have done a payment of rs. 13000.00 on 2nd of july 2016' through neft. which was suppose to made to standard charted bank credit card.

                                For reversal i have spoken to sbi customer care with reference no. 1-[protected] on 18th july 2016, wednesday.

                                Sbi customer care committed that the reversal will be done on urgent basis, after writing this email to back-end department max with in 10 days.

                                O the back-end department, kindly process the request as speedy as possible.

                                Note:
                                1. the above matter was reported on 18th july '16 to call center sbi with reference no. 1-[protected].
                                2. the same matter was reported to sbi in writing on 18th july '16 with reference interaction id:1-[protected].
                                3. on 19th july '16, i got a reply asking following details
                                A. we hereby inform you that the credit balance of rs.13, 000.11, on your sbi card account
                                B. we also request you to mention the below details in mail for further course of actions:
                                C. beneficiary name
                                D. mothers maiden name (or) date of birth
                                E. residential address with pin code
                                F. official address with pin code
                                G. contact number
                                4. on the same day a reply was made with mentioning all the above details that is on 19th july 2016.

                                I have waited till 28th july '16 thursday, but nothing has happened. so i called the sbi call center again with the reference no. 1-[protected] this time they kept me waiting for more than 45min. because i was requesting to speak to the supervisor. i was not convince with the reply of executive, as she was asking more 10 (ten) days. from the days 28th july '16.

                                The executive was just trying to escape, and telling my supervisor is busy and we will arrange a call back. i asked them, you give me exact time when i will get a call with date. then she again kept me on hold. finally waiting for more than 01 (one) hour mr. abhishek (supervisor) came on call, after which he has committed that all the details are received and the reversal will be done within three working days.

                                Today is 01st aug 2016, monday. still nothing has happens and when i called to call center with reference no. 1-[protected]. again they were asking 10 (ten) days time for reversal from 01 aug '16. today again i requested to connect to supervisor, they refused and told a call back will be arrange, after waiting for soo long as the supervisor was still to busy.

                                In this way i am losing my very important time and money. more over i am getting tension as the reply are very unsatisfactory. every ten days they extend it to another ten days.
                                My mobile bill is raised due to the keeping hold for soo long. with other banks i am not at all having any problem. they never delay in any thing my standard charted bank credit card still waiting for payment and also reversed my late fee immediately, so why cant this sbi doo the action.

                                I request kindly look into my matter. this sbi has troubled me earlier also with regards to the same credit card when it was active. the earlier case is as follows and i need your department help in this to get justice.

                                I am attaching the last and latest statement of my credit card no. [protected], dated 4 jun 2015.

                                As per the statement i have given an alert that if i will not be going to redeemed my 15 points by the end of july 31, 2015.

                                So i called sbi cards and inquired. surprisingly they informed me that my 2000 points got laps. which is not atoll true. because as per my last statement the points available from the card issue date is total number of 3662 points.

                                I want to redeem my 3662 points as soon as possible.

                                As a proof i am attaching my latest statement. which gives an alert on expiry of 15 points not for 2000 points.


                                Note :

                                1. the above matter was reported to sbi on 22nd jun 2015, and requested sbi to settle the issue and till the time freeze my account and no interest to be calculated on my outsatanding.
                                2. the matter was reported to sbi under following reference nos.

                                4. the sbi has putted rs. 11, 000.00 interest on my credit card and not given any benefit of reward points. their recovery agents have troubled me in my office hours. it was totally depression and discussing working culture of sbi.

                                5. i have paid a total amount of rs. 30, 000.00 in spite of rs. 19, 000.00. i want justice.

                                Kindly help me, i want to take this matter to court. i kept every documentary proof with me.

                                      I have paid rs 4500 towards passport application no16-[protected].where as i have to pay only rs1500 for the reissue of passport.the payment was made through net banking of hdfc using my debit cards.rs 3000 was made through card no 4386********5826and rs 1500 was paid through card no 4386********5818. transaction id is cp41552393.the payment was made between 23.45pm on 09/02/2016 and 00.30 am on 10/02/2016.kindly refund excess money of rs 3000 deducted to my hdfc a/c.this has come on my pass book also.
                                      The complaint registration Process was very simple.and is very effective.

                                        I have deposited rs.28500/- (rs. twenty eight thousand and five hundred only) at cdm in front of sbi main branch, eloor road, kalamasery at 10.20 pm. but unfortunately the machine was not processing properly after the deposit and closing of the door of the machine. the same has not been accounted and no message has come. the money was stuck inside, i believe. kindly do the needful urgently to include the amount deposited in my account. my savings account number is [protected] and ifs code is sbin0008630. an early reply is solicited

                                        State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I was made a card to card transfer through my Atm amount of 2000 rupee the payee was not yet receive the amount so please help me in connecting customer care of sbi. The process was wasting my balance.
