I have a PPF account in branch SBI Roy Bahadur .Road Branch .Kolkata .Branch Code 16768. I have visited branch on 1.08.18 and 04.08.2018 for statement .But they refused to provide the statement . On 01.08.2018 From counter No. 3 advised me go to E.corner .I visited E.Corner and found the Passbook update machine is out of commission, again I visited SBI branch
again they refused stating that online is not available .
Unable to understand why SBI employees harassing customers in such a way .

    with due respect i want to state that i am in condition of bankrupt. since i am unemployed and psychological stress given by SBI CREDIT CARD. I want to settle amount on the basis of minimum amount which i have to pay. I am feeling helpless may be commit suicide if its not happen. i am ready to go jail if am not right. I paid lot of money to the card.

      Mr abhay kumar, cashier of sbi anushakti rawatbhata (Which is the rajasthan atomic power station, plant site bhanch) (Bank branch code no-10652) do not exhibit the decent behaviour while interacting with the visiting account holders (Which are the employees of rajasthan atomic power station, a central public sector enterprises). There are only three officials (One manager, second cashier and third a female attendant). The bank official which is interacting with the account holder is the cashier, mr abhay kumar. Since all the account holders are the employee of public sector company, so such behavior on the part of bank official is highly objectionable and embarrassing. There is need to train him in the interpersonal skills if not already provided or take the stringent actions if he takes such course of interaction deliberately.

        I have a credit card bill due and i have been paying min balance so far but i skipped this months payment due to some financial problems. I get a text message that they have a sent a legal notice regarding my due and on the top of that their recovery agent calls me to pay the minimum balance and paid a visit at my home but i was at work. This is all fear tactics and intimidation. These jokers will go any extent to recover their amount due. I am not running away from my credit card dues but this behaviour and tactics is not acceptable.

        So first they threaten me with a legal notice and then implying that i should min balance too. Sbi needs a serious reconsiderations with their work ethics. If you want to take legal action go ahead but i am not going now down to such tricks and intimidation.

        Correct me if i am wrong they are only allowed to visit or call me again and again if i had missed the payment for more than 90days.

        at 7:13 p.m i got a message from sbi that 295 rs deducted from my account and transferred to Investment Intermedi. I dont know anything about this investment. Please help.

        Had specifically asked how many days will cheque books take? I was told it would take a week; after almost 15 days I did not receive the cheque books.
        After visiting the branch they said they had not requested for the cheque books and they will request now. So I need to wait for another 4-5 days again.
        Why promise if cannot be fulfilled.

          Iam gnana pradeep mulam, and working as ops manager in bajaj finserv sullurpeta nellore (Dist) ap, recently some customer came to our branch and asking about ecs bounces change, actually this charge did by central team of sbi, not to bajaj finserv, iam already give complaint given sbi manger but those sbi staff not give proper information to customer and customer come to our office arrangements his charges,

          In sbi bank ecs bounces charged by 295 on 3 time, and to bajaj finserv i requesting please tell them to that department

              I have done the payment. They have deducted money while making tspsc vro and baverage corporation application fee through this dirty sbi payment gateway. I have called the customer care no which they are displaying in website.

              There are many poor fellows who are awaiting for so many days for getting an opportunity. But this so called sbi vanishing their dreams and eating their money. Called to customer care no response and even sent a mail no response.

                  Dear sir,

                  I m holding an sbi credit card and i was regularly paying its minimum due. However, this month they suddenly imposed 500 rs over limit charge and shown that i have spent over my credit limit. However, as per the msg sent to my mobile on any purchase its never showed that i have exceeded my credit limit and it showed tht i consumed 80% i'd the credit limit. They even showed in mssg the amount left within my credit limit. How, can they impose an over limit when as per bank mssg i have spent within my credit limit. This is a scam to extract extra money from ppl. If i exhausted my credit limit, why was i never sent mssg showing tht i m spending over nd above my credit limit. Please help me as i don't know how to get out of this mess. They are clearly doing a theft in name of giving credit card

                        There is an issue that online sbi is not working since this morning uk hours. I am suffering to transfer any money. They also do not update the site to keep customer informed. Not sure how are these customer impact actions being looked by regulators.

                        They should compensate the customers as it is adding significant stress and discomfort and not paying expected services.

A transfer of rs 7230 is shown on dt[protected] in my mini statement. On dt 04/08/2018 ihave used my debit card for transferring of rs 7000 to uco bank holder naming hans raj... But unfortunetly trnasaction become failed and no money is transfer to hans raj... But mini statement shows that rs 7230 is transffered to unknown source... Pl help me.

                              Illegal withdrawal of money from my account on 22.07.2018 through atm moolchand, delhi. I had withdrawn 5000.00 for myself early morning around 9:00 am from south extension part 2 branch after than a sum of 20, 000 and 15, 000 were withdrawal and amount of 30000.00 was transfer to another account names as mubarak ansari from atm moolchand, delhi. I had a total loss of 65, 000. I hadn’t shared my bank details and atm pin to anyone. I had already registered an online fir on same day in lajpat nagar police station and also informed the parent bank on 23.07.2018 i. E within 24 hrs but they are saying its not their job, cyber crime had to deal with it. Now who is going to pay my money back as there is no fault of mine.

So the transaction cannot be carried out. It gives me tension and worry. It is meaningless to continue as a customer in sbi. I should spread this message in social media for their inability to solve this. If we complain on line we get regret message for not able to register my complaint

                                  I have submitted form 15h on 7.4.18 against my fd in sbi. The concernd staff has not submitted it in the system & has given me the receiving also. Now my a/c has been deducted with rs2898 as tax deduction. After my so many complaints neither the branch has solved my problem nor the sbi complaint cell has helped me. So i am complled to contact banking ombudsman with that receiving signed by the officer of branch.

                                    I got fraud call on 1st august 2018. He had asked me details to varifying my card nd for reward points i hv given him information after some time i found that he had used my card nd for paytm noida. Nd 9905 rs are used from my credit card... I realize it was fraud nd i have complain about it in customer care nd block my card. The payment of rs 9905 was in prosess for 2 days i have inform to my bank branch dey have said me dnt worry we will stop it.. But next day in morning the payment was done now what should i do..

                                      cash retracted by cdm

                                      While depositing rupees : 10000/- (4*500 4*2000) cash to my account using cdm cardless transaction. It displayed cash message remove cash and machine opens its deposit slot and cash was locked in slot, no way to remove cash. After while slot closed and says error "transaction timeout".
