                  Hi,

                  This is Khushi Jain user 700000, bearing SOL roll no.[protected] and SOL barcode[protected]. I had made the payment for my semester 1 BA(H) English on[protected] at 10:042 p.m. The website showed a run time error that stated that no money has been debited from my account, the image attached for perusal. I tried to make the payment again at 10:04 p.m. which again came up with run time error.

                  After some time I received a message from SOL stating that the payment receipt can be downloaded from SOL portal. I downloaded the receipt at 10:27 a.m. on[protected].

                  When I checked my bank statement, it showed that the amount had been debited twice for SOL admission. Kindly help me get my refund for double payment.
