I paid fee via UPI on 30 nov and amount deducted and fee receipt not generated...

I had paid 4040 rs for first year admission, amount is deducted and not updated after one hour, now it is again showing fee payment portal....

Money deducted from my account and no confirmation sent by du sol followed by a error...

I have made the payment for bcom H. Course and it got successfully credited from my account but I am not able to download the fee receipt and the roll number....

I had made the payment for my semester 1 BA(H) English on[protected] at 10:042 p.m. The website showed a run time error that stated that no money has been debited from my account, the image attached for perusal. I tried to make the payment again at 10:04 p.m. which again came up with run time error.

I made my payment today morning after 10:30 and it showed that the payment got deducted and then the page showed that there is a payment issue and then I checked my payment details but its still showing to make the payment but my account got deducted with amount mentioned for admission .
