I have successfully done the payment of 4090/- (transaction ID:200100005063611142428) to DU SOL on[protected] at 02:24(screenshot attached) but my id card and fee receipt hasn't been generated yet. The helpline numbers of DU SOL are all unresponsive.

    Hello,
    I was making payment for my UG admission registration.
    Rs. 4040 has been deducted from my Bank Ac, but I did not receive any 'payment success' mail from your side.
    It is stated by you that in case the payment is not successful then refund is given.
    Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

        Hi respected sir/mam, I'm Sneha and I'm taking admission in English honours course from sol but im facing some issues regarding my fee payment . I've made the payment on 2nd Nov of amount ₹4040 and the money has been deducted from my bank account but I unfortunately didn't get any kind of message and fee receipt copy and there is no payment option showing on my dashboard ( I've attached a photo) So I want you to help me regarding this issue and provide me the fee receipt and details of my admission as soon as possible.

          i had made my registration this date 1/11/2020 sol side for first year registration and after the payment deducted my account but i had no received fees and student id card there are show the screen you payment is active with 60 min but after 60 min wait no response...
          and i had also talk to my bank and other tpsl customer care .they are saying my side is payment done you can contract you sol than i send a mail for you

              Sir i had made my registeration on 28/10 of 1st year
              and also after final submission, had done with the payment also. Money has been deducted from my account but i hadn't receive the fees slip and student id card there is still showing payment button on my dashboard.
              Please help sir i m too tensed!!

                        Hello sir/maam...when I fill my sol du form, I fully filled my detail and last do payment but my payment is successful and also cut by my bank but doesn't get fees receipt . In fees receipt there is my student roll no. And barcode but not getting fees receipt i am not able to get my student id card

                                    I did my graduation from SOL in the year 2014 with SOL ROLL and exam roll no 2270367 . They said that they posted my degree on 2017 which I still didn't get it.                                       Last date for admission in sol should be extented as there still lock down in some states such as uttar pradesh
                                      It should be extented atleast for
                                      31st of july.
                                      It would helpful for children during corona lockdown as they able reach cafe for fee submission by particular bank.
