No 1 fraudulent website. 100 rs product 1000 ₹ here. There is no refund policy. There is no support. Last time i received damaged product. But there is no customer support about this.

I contacted via mail. But there is no reply.

I had requested for the return of a phone case i had purchased from screen guard india. Order id is [protected]. The quality of the product was terrible. It had scratches on the back and appeared used. My request had not been responded to since 4 days. Even now the mail is only requesting for a replacement. I am very disappointed in the product. More than that in the service screen guard has been providing. Please look into the matter and respond as soon as possible.

I had ordered for a vaku anti-drop transparent iphone6s cover from screenguards.co.in which was delivered to me yesterday (14.12.2017) and i didn’t like it and it’s in perfect condition and i immediately want to return it and get my refund of ₹671. I have already written 3 emails to them and tried contacting them twice but no response! It would be great if my order is returned and my refund is initiated as this isn’t a small amount of money that i’ve spent!

I had purchase a i phone 7 back cover on 2nd dec 2017 for 999rs.

As per company site/policy product can be return with in 10 days of purchase but on call with customer representative, he said "we can't return the product if you change your mind because we delivered what ever you ordered".

I feel cheated in this case as it is totally against the law/policy.

I bought oneplus 5 case but that was not like they display product in the picture. I asked them for return and one girl called me for this. She took my details on whatsapp asking address from where the product needs to picked-up. So finally person picked-up the product and i finally returned it. Now it's been 3 weeks, no refund no information from them. The girl which use to ask me details is not replying me, when i call her she is disconnecting the call. They are not replying me of my messages, my emails. What the hell they are doing. Seriously i and my friends are never going to order anything from this site. Very very very poor customer satisfaction. They show no responsibility towards customer. Zero customer support.

Hello, i bought a cover for s7 edge. My order id is : [protected]. I am not satisfied of that product because it is not worth 700 rs (Quality not conform to the picture in your website). And i was trying to do the procedure for returning the product but i am not able to do that (I cannot access to my account). I had purchased a iphone 7 case and screen guard from screen guard.co.in. The quality of the product is very bad so i wanted to return the product. I tried calling them but they are not connecting me to the customer service as they are saying all ther executives are buys and they have noted my number and will give me a call back, i have not received a single call from them i have written a mail to them regarding this but i have not received any repl to my mails.

1. I have purchased a cover of redmi 4, but i didn't liked the product as the quality was not as expected.

4. I tried calling customer care but no response from there also.

5. Such a poor response, not expected.

₹50 worth cover they saled at ₹670. Returned on my own money. Still not refunding amount after 18 days of pack delivery to their address. Improper response from customer care service. Any questions same answer from them. Quality check and refund. But no response even after 18 days. Who will pay interest for 670₹ and courier services.

I ordered a iphone 5s product case (Vaku - apple iphone 5s 760 series case) for rs. 699, looking at the pictures in their website.. While i was browsing through instagram i came to know about the product. I ordered it on 8th nov 2017, order no.[protected]. Delivered by bluedart with #[protected] on 11th nov 2017. As soon as i saw the product, i found it as a cheap quality product which is not worth 699/-, i felt cheated with the pictures they posted on the website. I immediatelu called the support number - [protected] and lodged a request to return the product and asked them for refund.. They asked me to send the pictures of the product through whatsapp to a number [protected], i did that. They said that aan executive has initiated to pickup the product on same day i. E., on 11th nov 17. Till now no one has come to pick up the product.. I wrote mails and everytime a get a message that support ticket has raised bearing a support request number# 88137957. I get the emails reply saying support status is open.. I sincerely ask one question when i order a product they deliver it in just 3 days immediately and when i lodged a complaint for it cheap quality which is not at all worth for atleat 200. They dont send an executive to pick up the product and they are not concerning about giving the real step to solve it. I cannot lose my hard earned money for a cheap quality product.. I want the product to be picked and i want the refund.

I whats apped my complaint and concerns on [protected], they didnt gave any sort of reply.. Please take the proper action. Resolve it, money doesnt come easily. Refund it by picking your product [protected]@screenguards.in.

I had ordered vaku ® samsung galaxy j7 pro pureview series anti-drop 4-corner 360° protection full transparent tpu back cover transparent (Order #[protected]) on november 9th 2017. I received the product on 17th november 2017 and the quality is really cheap. Not at all worth rs. 699. I wanted to return the product but there is no provision on the website. I want to return the product. The good thing is that i have not paid the courier company yet for the cash on delivery (Cod). So refund is not an issue. I want to return the product. So please take it up asap.

I tried calling the company but no response from whomsoever and even mailed to customer support but no response. I have seen the previous comments where the company talks about communication gap and unable to reach, but i am available on my registered phone number 24/7.

Hi. I ordered iphone 8 case worth rs. 1000 and what i got was iphone 7 case. I could have bought many for iphone 7 from the market as they are flooded with them but i wanted for iphone 8. I had ordered for a black oppo f3 back and front case.. I received an orange one and not just that.. It's not even for oppo f3 but a way smaller phone.. The number given for contact is useless.. The recorded message always tells the executives are busy and they'll get back to us.. They never do.. And i've sent various emails as well.. Very bad customer service.. I've been charged 800 rs for a wrong product..

They claim to be the premium phone accessories in india, but the truth is they are not!
First of all the products displayed are edited and added filters to look extremely attractive and when they areive its completely different!
Secondly i had ordered an case for my iphone 8 on 31st oct. The delivery was quite quick but as soon as i opened the pack the case inside was half broken! I showed it to the courier guy and he said to return it via website.
So i mailed them and then there was no reply, i called them on their customer care number, and luckily they picked and i said them all this thing. So the girl on the other end of the phone was like send me a pic on the whats app we will have a look and we will exchange it. So i did! I sent them the oic and all my order details. After 2 # days there was a reply asking do you qant to exchange? I replied yes! Later after 3 daya there qas still no reply from them and they even did not pick any of my calls nor answered my mails! And they even have a return or exchange policy of 10 days! So i later understoodd that these piggies will just avoid you for 10 long days and later they will say that you have crossed the period of return. They are not humans! Screenguards.co.in is fraudulent! # wasted my 1200/- behind a bloody broken cover. Instead of screenguards i would recommend you a page on instagram which sell the most amazing looking cases at just 499/-. Go search and follow @epics_cases on instagram and order a case for your phone from there.
This is ridiculous! I mean u claim to be the best where aa you are just making a fool out o[censored]s! I strongly recommend you not to buy from screenguards.co they are fake!
