I have ordered iphone 6s protection cover from scren guards india on 15 september. Yesterday in evening i have received the product but the product does not match the description as shown. I called the customer care of screen guards india but didnt get any response since yesterday evening. And i have also contacted eail support of the same site and asked them that i want to return my product but didnt get any response for there also. So please look for the same. 1st of all the helpline numbers seldom work. Even if somebody picks up it disconnects automatically. There is no call back from them also. I have been trying to call since last 1 week.

I had ordered 2 iphone se covers ([protected] & [protected]) and had sent it back to the official address. There was confirmation from blue dart for the delivery as well.

I have sent emails too but no response. This is pure harassment by the company.

Tried calling the company[protected], but no response.

On (30th august 2017) i received the product vaku ® samsung s7 kowloon series top quality soft silicone 4 frames plus ultra-thin case transparent cover via blue dart courier (Awb: [protected], shipment no: [protected]) the product quality is so cheap and i am not at all satisfied with the product quality. The product was entirely different from the product shown in their website. It is not even worth for rs.50/- even though they charged for the same was rs.799/-

Hence, i request you to arrange for return and refund the amount of rs. 799.00/- asap. There is no other way we can request a refund through their website.

I had ordered a wrong back case which i would like to exchange and a tempered glass which was of inferior quality vide pickrr way bill #[protected] for my order #855866 with order id [protected]. I have sent a few mails with no response and made several calls to[protected] but was connected only on couple of occasions and both time i was disconnected before i could explain the issue and the person on the other hand could verify my details which was simply frustrating to say the least.
The ia voice says my number is noted and will be called back that was just another rubbish.

I ordered a cover for i phone 7 plus but i got a cover for i phone 7 . Even while delivering it was clearly written the cover is for iphone 7 plus. So i tried to return the product but there was no return request available in the company's website. Then i tried to contact to their services but never got return call.
