I ordered a back cover (Vaku apple iphone 6 glossy edition back cover) for my i phone and i received back cover completely broken.
Now company is not replying on my complaint.
Please help.

Company is big fraud.

My request to everyone, please first open package then pay otherwise you will be fooled by such companies. They may ask you to pay first but either hook or crook you need to check parcel first otherwise your money could be wasted.

I received the duplicate product / other company product
Product mention in the order "vaku ® wire-less fast charging powerbank abs body with digital display high power 10, 000 mah dual-usb output power bank"

When i received i didn't check the company model because of the trust but when product is not working properly then i check my order and product both are different

Now customer care number not reachable,

Now refund the money or replace the product with original product

Ihad purchased a cover for iphone x on 18th june 2018. As compared to the sleek model shown on the website, what i received was a bulky and scratched cover, which i immediately returned the very next day on 19 june. I had to wait till they received the product back for them to initiate refund. It was mentioned as 10-15 days. Even after that i didnt get a refund.

I called their customer care on 20 july 2018. The lady told me that refund was made on 16th july. However my bank statement shows no such amount credited into my account.

The customer agent is insisting on me sharing my 1 month bank statement. I do not agree to do so as its confidential and can be misused. Why r ull forcing customers to share their private bank statements. U should check via the transaction id why the payment was not made. I understand asking for 1 week statement, why would u need a 1 month statement. It is a fact that payment was not made as soon as return was done and if your system is showing 16th july then why do you need for before that. Please provide me with details whereby it is mentioned that i need to share 1 month bank statement. If there is no such requirement, then do take necessary action against the customer care lady.

Please update on the refund.

I tried to return the product i.e S6 edge cover which i ordered from this website . It is just not worth 900 Rupees but there is no reply from the other end. I mailed them the very next day after receiving the product. There is a clear disclaimer on their website about the return policy of 10 days. But there is no cooperation from their end. Stop fooling around or face legal action. They are fraud.

White colour did not look good on golden phone tats why want to return product and want below cover in replacement.

Have ordered back cover for Samsung Galaxy s8 plus edge from this website, the packet received with back cover was faulty . I wrote an email at their support id mentioned along with photographs, in response of which auto generated email was received but there is no response after that. This is poor support from screen guard india. It has been mentioned that we need to report back with 72 hours if the product is faulty or damaged one.

Every time they are saying as refund will be done today as many times but till now refund not credited if they are really a professional person they should refund the money else if they are cheap thief stealing and eating in people’s money who trust their service then they are not a human being they equal to a dirty pig

Hello I ordered Iphone X case (2) on july 2nd and received the order on July 5th but Not happy with the quality, I have sent several E-mails, tried calling also, but did not get any response. I need the return and refund happening at the earliest.

I have the E-mails, and as per your policy it has to be within 10 Days to return without any physical damage caused, I have not even touched after seeing the quality, Please collect it back ASAP.

My order id#[protected] initiated refund 20 days before those guys informed in mail as refund will be done in 10 days but till now refund not yet credited to my account and today one stupid lady called me from screenguard and informed as ur order is shipped and will reach u in 2 days. I don’t know how that stupid lady can ship my cancelled order?? Those people are really a # who cheat people and eat in their money. I won’t accept if the order reach me and i want my money back from those cheaters

I ordered a case for my phone. Order no : [protected]. I received a totally damaged product. It was a COD order and my family member received it and paid the amount. When I opened the pack the product was broken & damaged. I raised a complaint, ticket no. is : 88200133 regarding this. I also called several times on the customer care number but was not given any solution. Now, no body replies to my mails or provides a solution on customer care number. I also went to the address mentioned on the website but that address is fake & there is no such office at that address. Seems like a completely fraud company looking at the reviews here.

Had purchased a mobile cover (Order # [protected]). It had some issues with the product. So called them and initiated a refund and returned the product as well.
They acknowledged on 18th april that the product was received by them in good condition.
I received a mail that refund has been initiated 18th april. But till now haven't received any refund.
On 15 may'2018 after writing a mail they have sent a mail as “resolved (Refunded)”.
Wrote multiple mails, checked with my bank and also tried calling their helpline: "[protected]", but it was never responded.
And today 5 june'2018, still haven’t received any money or communication from them.

Finally, i am left with no option than posting about this here.

Further, if nothing works out, i would definitely seek legal help and will chase it till the end.

Consumers beware. Don't get trapped in their fancy policy page.

The product i got is a cheap looking one. Its very much different from what i orderd for. I paid 899 rs for the item and the item which i got is not worth. I had placed an refund complaint on their site as soon as i recieved the item. They are not giving any reply and when i called them the call rings and cuts off. Poor service and fake products. Dont buy anything from this site, havnt got any reply either

I have ordered wireless charger wide order no.[protected] and it’s delivered on 24.05.2018 through bluedart courier.
I paid rs.1, 999/-
Unfortunately the said wireless charger is not working properly. Charging getting down within short period n also not charging properly.

This site is totally fraud, i ordered a polarised lens back cover for my 5s for rs 899 but i just received a simple back cover which is only worth rs 100, i tried to login to my account for return and refund policy but there is no way you can login. So just forget about the refund, this site is just fooling people, the product looks totally different as given in the website. So be aware of this site.

I order a mobile cover of vivo v9 and i am not satisfy with the price of the product so i complaint and i get a response but my money is not given back to me. One boy came from screenguard and he take the mobile cover and when i ask him that where is the money then he said that money is back in you in few hours. I said ok... When i call to the number that is given for complaint he said to me that your money is came in your account number. I said that i dont give you any account number so how could return my money in account. I request to you to return my money in cash. Please.

I am not satisfy with the price of the product. I want my 799 rupees back. Please return my money. When i open the product i get shock that this product is not of 799 rupees. So i decided to complain and then when i call on the number that is given on consumer complaint site they said that your money will be back in 48 hours but i does not get my money back then i call on this number one more time then they said to me that you have send the mobile cover photo. So i do it and now i think that i'll get my money back fast.
