I want to exchange my tempered because the color of front tempered is disable so plz exchange my tempered because the color of tempered make my phone ugly and it's not looking very good. The back cover is good but the front tempered is ugly and the color of tempered is disable and dull. Please change my tempered as soon as possible. I beg to say please exchange otherwise in future i will not buy any product from your company

    I have placed the order on 12/07/2017 to screen guard india people, i got the product delivered 14/07/2014, i dint like the product it was like fake product to me i was charges 1999 for the product. My oder id :[protected], later called the company people they are not responding to calls i mailed to [protected]@screenguards.co.in they replayed also exchange of the product i told them i want refund but till now i dint get any response nor the reply from them.

        Tried calling the company[protected], but no response.

        On (12th july 2017) i received the product "vaku ® oneplus 3 / 3t leather stiched gold electroplated soft tpu back cover" via blue dart courier (Awb: [protected], shipment no: [protected]) and i am not satisfied with the product quality.

        Hence, i request you to arrange for return and refund the amount of rs. 719.00/- asap.

          I ordered an iphone 7 led cover but instead got a inphone 7plus led cover. They promised to schedule a pickup within 2 working days and this is the 4th day running.. Support team is always busy and no one calls back! My pickup is yet to happen.. I have sent 20 mails in the past 4 days to which they have only generated an rma and left it like that.
          They did not mail back or call back.

            I was told that refund will be processed in 4-5 working days.in spite of repeated reminders on facebook page, phone, and emails, i have still not received the refund. Can somebody help me get refund from this company?

              I have ordered mobile back panel+ screen gurd in http://screenguards.co.in website. It got delivered on 03/07/2017 via blue dart courier and I found that item broken in one corner when I open courier pack and product quality is too bad .
              I sent mail to screengurd.co.in website team([protected]@screenguards.co.in) with pictures and requested for refund . (as mentioned in website - we should send mail to team for replace or refund) . But I didn't get any response from team still now . Nobody is care about customer issues from this website. I saw in online . many people facing same issue with this website.

                Such a worst sale and service i have ever experienced. First of all the product is faulty and doesnt work as expected . I have been continuously following up through mail and kver call to aupport team and there is no response except for dummy auto generated mail which states that my reply has been noted. Its so much frustrating and having paid so much for something worthy of nothing and no response as well. Ita almost now more than 10 days am awaiting a response. There is respect or value for the money!

Ensure to check if the LED glows and is in working condition. Please change the status else return the money as i have already lost my desire to posses your case! :(

                      I bought a iphone 6s+ back-case and the item was delivered to me after a month post 15-20 follow-ups. After so much of struggle i received a wrong product and i have to courier the same back as i didn't like their service. The product has been received by a person named sunil on 23rd may and from then no communication from their end. I have to call & mail them on a daily basis and zero response for the last three weeks. The case costs me 2k +, its a warning to everyone don't trust this website.

                            I hereby inform that dated 13/01/2018 i have received my ordered (Order No. [protected]) tempered glass for samsung galaxy s8 phone (Black).

                            I am sad to say that i had received a damaged piece.

                            Therefore, i requested the support team to arrange to return it & issue a the same dr. Vaku- Samsung galaxy s8 ultra- thin 3D curved edge Tempered Glass- Black. Also, to ensure that this time i do not receive the damaged item.

                            The latest fraud on facebook. I ordered oppo f7 back cover. I got shocked to see the quality. It was like as if someone has already used it. Please see the picture. Not only that but the courier company executive appointed to pick up the return was so arrogant that abused me over the phone.
                            Please don't fall for their glossy adds. Their product is totally pathetic.

                            I want to return my screen guard of my phone which was I received today. I don't like this product. It does not match with my phone. I want to return it. Plz arrange your return policy against my complaint .and refund my money as soon as possible

                                I tried calling to customer care they are disconnecting my call that they leave a message will call back to you but there is no response..
                                I think it's a fake site so don't buy any product from this site..
                                If it's not a fake site send your delivery boy to pick the returned item and at that time I want my money back by hand not throw bank a/c because I don't have any trust of this site

                                  I had purchased a phone case for iphone 6s for 2000 ruppees. When it was delivered the case was of poor quality which was not worth for 2000 ruppees so i requested for change as they have assured 10 day return policy. I alredy sent many mail regarding this and i didnt get a single reply.

                                  I hope you will consider my problem and solve.

                                    Ordered for i7 cover paid rs 990/- received i7 plus cover, which is of not my use. Complained 10 times, then i contacted through phone, person sent for collection the wrongly sent product. Till then, neither i got my payment back nor the product. They are number one fraud company. Beware of these companies.

                                    Ashamed screen guard india, you are spoiling our country's enveironment.

                                    No body is doing anything against them. I am going to lodge an fir against them.

                                        Have ordered Screen guard for Samsung Galaxy 6 edge from this website, when the packet was received the screen guards was faulty .To my surprise, the website's support link does not work and neither the phone number mentioned on the invoice .
                                        I wrote an email at their support id mentioned along with photographs for exchange, in response of which auto generated e mail was received but there is no response after that.
                                        No response for the reminders also even after 2 weeks have already passed.
