Such a worst sale and service i have ever experienced. First of all the product is faulty and doesnt work as expected. I have been continuously following up through mail and kver call to aupport team and there is no response except for dummy auto generated mail which states that my reply has been noted. Its so much frustrating and having paid so much for something worthy of nothing and no response as well. Ita almost now more than 10 days am awaiting a response. There is respect or value for the money!

After so much delay and continuous follow ups finally screenguard india has managed to send a replacement for luminous case however my order was for iphone 6plus case and what you have sent me is iphone 6/6s case.

Please help to arrange for iphone 6 plus case and check my previous order. Kindly verify before you dispatch. Thanks.

This is not resolved yet and please note my order is for black/ white leke luminous case for iphone 6 plus and especially the case is expected to work and serve the purpose of its very make. Ensure to check if the led glows and is in working condition. Please change the status else return the money as i have already lost my desire to posses your case! : (

I had ordered a product and wanted some infor regarding the same, sent a mail query, no revert
I got the product and as expected this is a sub standard product and very different from what was advertised.
I put in several complaints to return the same no revert
I tried calling the number on the website it just say all executives busy we have noted your number and will call back, no revert

I made payment for vivo y66 back cover (Mobile) online on 1st nov 2017. Till date i haven't received any message or email from screen guard india that i have ordered and made payment through an authenticate source. I have got message with order number (Dear marcian, your order no. [protected]) and payment amount (Rs.863.04/-). I don't know when my product will get delivered also. I tried calling screen guard india millions of time but no response. They done even call back. I even wrote mails to them but no response. I need a response from screen guard asap. If they can't deliver the product i ordered then i need my money back. Otherwise i will take a legal action against screen guard india as they seem to be fooling people.

Dear all, there is appeal to all viewers and shoppers don't buy any product from screen guard.com, i ordered for screen guard of samsung j7 prime few days back worth rs 600, where as low quality screen guard were available in market but i wished to buy from screen guard.com as they seemed professional from there display but it's really shameful act that there is no value for customer money, as they are sending broken screen guard in box.
As the courier is packed you can't see what's inside whether safe, broken or not available.

I have thrown the same in my garbage bag and money went to dustbin, shame on such useless companies.

I bought a screen guard for my mi note 4 few days back from them but instead of sending me the product which they have shown on their website they have send me a different cheap screen guard which we can get from any shop. Tried calling their customer service number @ [protected] but no one answered the call nor replied to my email [protected]@screengurads.co.in. People do not buy anything from them because they are frauds.

This is with regards to order # [protected] which was ordered on 14 september 2017 and upon receiving the product i noticed that damaged product has been shipped and also wrong design. I raised for replacement/refund and accordingly they arranged for pick up by http://nuvoex.com/ courier services awb # scg70682000. This product has been successfully returned to screen guard team on 26 sep 2017. Now upon follow up they are giving me the reason that they have received the product in broken and damaged condition, however when i handed over the product to nuvoex person he checked the product and verified the condition of product and he packed the product in front of me and this was per the instruction given by screen guard. Now if the product has damaged during the transit why should customer me held responsible, screen guard team to catch hold of nuvoex. With the above said issue i would like to official lodge a complaint on screenguard india

I ordered vaku case cover and got come 360 cheap chinese duplicate product from screenguards.co.in... Anyone can tell that product is not even closed to ad and box is original.. This company is selling 200 rupees cover in 1000 rupees..

I got some cheap quality 360degree brand cover inside box of dr vaku. Feel cheated by “screenguards.co.in”

There is big difference what you show and commit on website and what you actual deliver.. No one keeps product in plastic wrapper when there is good box.. Either product is replaced by duplicate or may be product itself is bad.. It is lose on sides.. Looks like cheap chinese copy of cover.. Not even worth rupees 200-300 and i paid 1000...

This is classic bad experience of online order what you order and what you get...

Anyways i burnt my fingers and i shall never repeat mistake of ordering cover from your website.

Absolute disappointment. Had ordered anti - blue dr. Vaku screen guard worth rs.599. Received a fake screen guard, which i would get it in a nearby market for 50 rs. No customer helpline. They mentioned in their site that we need to go to helpdesk and fill rws form. But where in the hell is it? Dialled the number, but to no avail. Never ever buy from this site.

I had purchased mobile product for 699. I have mailed support team. But there is no respone. When we call there is no response to contact them. I think they dont care once product is sold.. Hook or crrok use the product.

They have delivered product but there is no apple logo on their product, now i want replace /return product their representative not replying my mail & they don't have customer helpline no.

I ordered a cover for s1 plus wrong product delivery. So i tried to return the product but there was no return request available in the company's website. Then i tried to contact to their services but never got return call. They just made me wait for hours. Even when i tried to send mail to them it showed server problem. I wish to contact them as soon as possible. So please help...

I have ordered iphone se cover and i was very disappointed with the product quality. Also, the condition of the phone case is not good, its looking like as it is already used.

The quality of the product shown at the website is totally different from which i have received. I filed one return complaint and not getting any response from there tried calling more than 20 times.

Al i want is my money back, don't make fool of customers.
