They shipped a different broken product and then they shipped a low quality product. They are now not willing to refund because the original broken product they sent was apparently broken when they received. Instead they have given me their points as credit, which is forcing to me to buy their product again against my wish. I whole issue is, their return policy states "no questions asked" return then why are they not willing to return products...

I've ordered a product from them based on the picture provided in their portal. After placing the order, i realize that the color of the product is not what I want, so I searched an option to cancel it. I couldn't find the option to cancel it, so i wrote it to the support dept as given in email and web portal, which was acknowledged and a ticket opened. That was within 1 hour of me placing the order, because they didn't give me the option...

Dear, i purchased two products from screen guards both the time they recalled the products and collected 899 inr twice. Right now they have our 1798 inr, they have not refunded me. They are just buying time.
According to them they would return the money after 10-12 working days. I contacted their service center, i have not received any satisfactory answer. Guys

This company is selling fake product. They have kept representative image on website good and when i have purchased from there. Totally fake and different item they have sent.
After giving complaint they have said send back product we will give refund. Now immediately when i have returned the product. They have said this product is used so we will not give you refund.

I regret to inform you that i got the parcel just now in which the cover is not for iphone x. The cover i received is at least 1.5 inch larger in length than of iphone x.
Therefore i request your kindness to do needful to take back the item as early as possible as pere the conditions of your firm and arrange for the payment...

Tried calling the company more than 10 times, but no response.

Yesterday (16th oct 2019) i received the product iphone x back cover (Order no – [protected]) via xpresbees courier (Awb: [protected]) and i am not satisfied with the product quality.

I booked my samsung galaxy s 6 edge flip cover through web site order no. [protected]
Total amount i paid is 563.06
I received yesterday through blue dart a w b -[protected] but i tried to my phone but it was lesser in size so i kept for one...

Have ordered a mobile case for my phone on 24 april 2019, (Order id [protected]) & i have received the product in 27 april 2019, my problem is i'm mot satisfied on this product. So many scratches on this cover and used condition, i want to return this product and i want my money back, this is my first purchase from screenguards.co.in, i. M totally disappointed,...

I bought phone cove online from screen guards india which is not as per the the advertisement and even the colour and design also different.
They mentioned about return of product with in 10 days but once you bought they will refuse to return or replace the product.
Their customer service also did not listen my query and disconnect the call.

My bad decision to buy phone cover from this fraud site....

I ordered a loda company wallet but i got a wrong wallet which is duplicate items. Even while delivering it was clearly written that order is so cheap. My order of wallet price is 2995 but my received wallet price is may be 50 or 100 rupees. So i tried to return the product but there was no return request available in the company's website. Then i tried to contact to their services but never got return call. They just made me wait for hours....

I was charged rs.1100/- for a magnetic screen guard. The product shown in website was different and the product i received was different.

I had ordered for a magnetic case but what i recieved is a plastic back cover for the mobile which is not even worth rs.50/-
I am not getting any response from the customer care nor to my mails.
Someone has to take action against this company. They are openly cheating people...
