Have ordered Screen guard for Samsung Galaxy 6 edge from this website, when the packet was received the screen guards was faulty .To my surprise, the website's support link does not work and neither the phone number mentioned on the invoice .
I wrote an email at their support id mentioned along with photographs for exchange, in response of which auto generated e mail was received but there is no response after that.
No response for the reminders also even after 2 weeks have already passed.

Hello

This is hemant i have ordered f1s cover and it was damage delivery by screenguard, i have tried many times to get in touch but none of you is responding. I am not getting how to return so please kindly pay attention on it.

    I have purchased two very expensive mobile covers. One i accepted even though the stitching was green instead of black. Other was very dirty and clip broken. Send so many emails to screen guards about return and refund but no contact. Just dont buy anything from this site. If you get your products ok then fine but otherwise forget your money. Amzon flipkart is always better option. I lost my money now its your call

      Https://screenguards.co.in/ is a fake url, they are not sending me the product, nor updating any status of product delivery(order #[protected]), its being more than a month now, they don't have any contact no also where we can contact. only email is given where there is a no response, kindly don't buy anything from this URL, atleast not before receiving the product

      Screenguards.co.in — Money not refunded

      I ordered a back pouch for iphone 5s. They delivered the product i paid them.
      I returned the order, but it is almost three months they had not refunded my money.
      Even they are not responding to my mails.

        I ordered a product from this website & by mistake they delivered a wrong product so i asked for a replacement at first. But after a long when i did not get any response then i raised a refund request after very long time they arranged a pick up after sending 10 to 20 mails they finally arranged a pickup of the product. I was glad that this website is still working. Now it's been 2 months approx. that i have not got any response from the website about my refund nor they are replying to any of my emails now.
        I think the company is running low on funds that's they are taking a long time to refund the money.
        Please help me getting my money back.
        And if the company is really running low on funds then please let me know i will donate some more money.

          I bought a VR headset at Screenguards.co.in through online. I was not satisfied with the product and raised a return request to them. They sent an email to me to send the product to their address. I sent the product through DTDC courier to their address and it got delivered to them. But even after 12 days they are not processing the refund. I sent so many emails to them but dint get any respone . The product cost is 2000 rupees please help me to get the refund amount.

            I had ordered mobile cover of my mobile but somehow i have not satisy with cover. So request on [protected] take back and give refund. The person on above no was told me that mark a mail on [protected]@screenguards.Co.In id. I had mark mail with all the required detail and also give my bank account detail since last 5 days.

            Still no revert from them

            Please solve it
