Hi,
I ordered Dr. VAKU shockproof case for S10plus mobile for Rs 809.10 on 9th Oct 2021. The amount was debitted from my account but the site said that payment was unsuccessful. Kindly update if my payment was received and whether my order got placed or else kindly refund my amount. The moment money was deducted i was redirected to a cashfree payment page where it said that the order was unsuccessful. The site so called screenguard customer ticket is useless. We are not able to track our complaint status also like we can't track our order. We trusted your site and thats why we ordered and it is your ultimate responsibility as owner/manager to attend our queries.

The screenguards staff has replied that they will process my order in 3 to 5 working days but still no action from them.They are not even sending a link to track my order nor do they reply or pick up the calls. Consumer complaints team please take an action against this Screen guards India . If this continues then lot of people will lose their money in this scam website. I want my money back or i want the product i ordered. The Apologies can't be accepted to compensate the loss of my money from screenguards india.

I ordered Dr. VAKU shockproof case for S10plus mobile for Rs 809. 10 on 09/10/2021 at 3.28 pm. The amount was debitted from my account but the site said that payment was unsuccessful. Kindly update if my payment was received and whether my order got placed or else kindly refund my amount. Soon after the payment was done through UPI i was redirected to the cashfree page where it said the order was unsuccessful but amount was deducted . Doubt if this business site is a scam.Very bad site. They cannot even send a link to track orders or to customer query tickets. I want my money back

I Have placed order for iPhone 7 screen guard (White Color) on on May 31, 2021 2:19:46 PM and order #[protected].
I have received the order on 04-june-2021. After looking at the screen guard, i noticed that it is not white color and also the item is broken at the right top side. Immediately I tried to reach out to their customer care [protected], but no one answered. Since last week, I have been calling that number and also I raised Support requests in their website [#88387147]. But i have not received any response.
Its pathetic and unreliable website. I strongly suggest no one to buy from that fraud website

I have ordered "Dr. Vaku ® Swadesi Non-Contact Infrared Thermometer – Made in India" product on the website https://screenguards.co.in/ and paid the amount of Rs 899.10 on May 11th, 2021, but so far I have not received any update.

Order status is showing as canceled, but the amount is deducted.
Even I have created support ticket #88385867 but so far I have not heard from the Support team or no one answering my call.

Please resolve this issue ASAP.

I placed an order on April 18th 2021 for a screen guard for my samsung A70, no response or update from them till May 13th 2021.

Tried whatsapp, email. Email i get auto response, but no follow ups.

They are based out of delhi and i think they are either affected by covid or something serious has happened.

So would suggest not to buy from them for now

They have also confirmed that the item will be despatched within 2 or 3 days. They didn't despatch the item even after 3 reminders sent through email & 2 reminders through whatsapp. So far there is no response. Nobody is picking up the calls. It appears like fraudulent company. I want to have refund of my amount

I placed my order for an oximeter 9n screenguards site on April 20, 2021.
Online payment done for same.
But till now no information received for order. Whether same will be delivered or not.
If not they should return money as they have wasted time in this pandemic situation on a covid accessory item.

I even complained on site. Called their customer care but no one attends on phone nor reply on email.

I was a regular customer for Dr Vaku screen guards n have purchased dozens of covers n tampered screen guards since last few years till Kovid-19 lock down for Samsung pro, A5 n A7.
Recently online also I placed an order for tampered glass 6d for A7 2018 and made online payment but no receipt or immediate response was received about the product and I sent with transaction receipt files through 3 no e mails to them but still no reply.I tried to contact them on phone mentioned on their web site but phone is not in use then I texted them message with transaction files on their whatsapp no taken also from their web.Now I approached Bank for dispute.I am astonished what happened to this reputed company and asked them either sent the product or returned back my amount.
Kovid-19 has disturbed to companies also with virus I afraid.
